The team at German Auto Werks is fantastic. They took great care of my BMW at a fair price. They do what they say they will and don't try to charge you for anything unnecessary. On the contrary, walked away with a few valuable tips to keep my high mileage BMW on the road and out of the shop. They definitely gained a new loyal customer.

Avoid this place! I brought my newly purchased used BMW 328i to this shop and asked him to look it over. I made the mistake of dropping it off overnight. He produced a $4,386.60 quote which didn't even address the two warning lights that were on. One of the things he mentioned was a cracked rim. He warned of the danger and advised not to drive on the Interstate. I took it to a tire shop and they said it was fine. As I'm leaving Flagler Auto Repair, I notice part of the protective plastic underneath is scraping, so I take it back. I walk around a bit and then come to the garage to see one of the guys ripping and yanking the enitre plastic protective piece out. I thought they were going to cable tie the loose piece up, not rip it apart! I then drive away and I hear scraping again :(. A couple weeks later I text the guy to see if he actually found a rim to replace mine...no response.

Hands down the best BMW repair specialists in Palm Coast. Had the oil changed and a JB4 tuner installed. I'm picky with who works on my car and their knowledge and attention to detail is superior. Definitely a customer for life now! Thank you to James and Robbie!

James is by far the best. I will be a life long customer. My call was answered immediately and he was able to diagnose my VW GLI the same day. I took my car to the VW dealership and was given an $8000 list of repairs, in which I left dealership to brining it straight to James. He was able to rule out all repairs but one in which he was able to fix the next day. Honest, dependable and affordable. I have since sent my daughter and friend to him, where they received the same level of service. Do not bring your vehicle here. They admitted to charging $300 mark up on the cost of simple part and called it cost of doing business even though we paid for their hourly labor rate.

The guys at the shop are awesome! I brought my car in for an inspection and diagnostic for my 2016 BMW after it being at another shop 3-4 times. They found the problem fast and told me what I needed to get done from the dealer I bought it from or I woulda be out almost $5000 ! They keep in touch and care about their customers! I couldn t be more happy and grateful!

I came in the other day with my Volkswagen CC with my engine light on and I was worried it would cost $1,000s to fix and James the owner and his staff helped me immediately and he fixed it in no time. He was so honest and helpful and I was so pleased with the results.thank you James, your the best. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful. While my diagnosis wasn't good news, James gave it to me straight. James kept my Mercedes ML running smoothly long past its expiration date. My current vehicle had a fuel line issue. I had the dealer "fix" my fuel line (under warranty) and I thought everything was fine. Until I took my vehicle to James for an oil service and he found it during his inspection. He instantly saw that it had been routed incorrectly and chafing against the frame! Long story short it was a fire hazard. James caught it and didn't even charge. The dealer had to fix their huge mistake. These guys do better than the dealership and at a fraction of the price

I recently had an issue with my Tiguan that PC Auto Repair couldn t fix but they recommended this place and these guys went above and beyond in customer service and care for my car. It s always been important for me to take my cars to people/places I can trust and I m happy to say that Flagler Auto Repair is now one of them. Highly recommend this shop!

Thanks to the professional mechanics at Flagler Auto Repair. They did exceptional repairs to our 2011 328 that now has the car running like new. This shop was up front with repairs, no unnecessary repairs were requested to be done. All the parts were kept for us to inspect when we picked up. Flagler Auto will be my go to from now on. Thanks
