Paulo and his staff are awesome. They did an amazing job replacing my engine. Then I pulled in one day weeks later with a damaged fuel pump. As busy as they were Paulo found one sent someone to go pick it up and installed it right there because he said I could not drive the car until it was fixed. Trustworthy, efficient and they know everything!! Highly recommend them.

My family have been bringing there European cars to Paulo for the last 10+ years. I have two cars. I bring to him. He has fixed various things, as one is a 2007 and the other 2005, with over 300,000 miles. I trust him so much, that when I moved out of state I still bought both cars to him regardless of having to tow and /or drive 8 hours from up north! He is great. Sometimes you have to wait, but that usually gets you quality work! Thanks Eagle Auto...Service: General repairs & maintenance

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE FIXED OR SERVICE HERE!!! If you see my reviews, I try very hard not to write anything negative unless it is absolutely warranted. If I could give them no stars I would. Our journey began with wanting to support local businesses but we should have just stuck with the big car dealerships. We were referred to this place and thought we had found a nice local place where the money would stay in the community. You end up supporting them all the while paying more than what you would at the dealership. To boot, they make you pay for new parts all the while putting old parts in your vehicle. After we had both our cars (BMW and Mercedes) fixed here we had more problems than before. It is very hard to reach someone and when you finally get them it is the big run around. I just recently brought my vehicle in for the Service B which is the normal maintenance for the vehicle. After about a week my coolant light kept coming on and I was told it was the sensor. I brought it in to Paulo again and was charged over $700 dollars to fix it to be told it wasn t the sensor but it needed a new reservoir. Okay, fine. At this point I should have taken it to Mercedes but I didn t. This time I brought it in because my hubby tried to add coolant and it poured straight out the bottom. We were then told it was a mistake, the reservoir was fine as well as the sensor but the lines were messed up and breaking. Our Service A at Mercedes did not come back as an issue and our Service B with him did not come back as an issue .It took over a week with hubby having to go every other day to check the progress because no one answered the phone or responded to any texts. We just paid an additional $1100 for a mistake they made. When I asked, I was told you have a Mercedes so I guess that s the indication to continuously mis-diagnose issues. My hubby s BMW had an issue with the coolant level also after bringing it here ..please proceed with caution when using this business.

I ve gone to these guys twice and they are honest and do quality work !!! I had a shop in St Augustine tell me that my car needed an engine cooling fan which to fix that day with Ford part would be around 700$ after googling the cost of the part we decided to cancel and have the car towed to Eagle auto. As soon as these guys got my car started and Hood popped they noticed my antifreeze reservoir was almost empty and had a leak, it was so noticeable they even showed me !! They had my car fixed by the next day !! Saved me soooo much money I highly recommend them. I also had my motor mount fixed by them , other places were going to charge me 200$ just for labor, I took it to Eagle and for around 190$ I got my motor mount fixed and an oil change !!! Honest and great prices !!! Thank you For the work you guys do !!

Great service experience. Paulo and his mechanics fixed multiple oil leaks in wife s Honda CR-V. Also replaced solenoid triggering check engine light. Diagnosis was accurate, work was thorough, price was reasonable considering extensive labor. Paulo fixed my car very quickly and also changed my air filter, charged my battery and put air in my tires all without charging me for it. He's a great guy with amazingly fair prices. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family.

I have never written a review before but I choose Eagle Auto Clinic because of their review and my experience was 5 star the whole way. They treated me with respect and were very accommodating. They did the work quickly, fixed the problem and did it for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a good mechanic.

I believe that Paulo is likely to be one of the best mechanics in Flagler County. His yard is full of late model, high-end motor vehicles. My 2011 Subaru Outback would be among the shabby ones. I took my car to Eagle because my transmission temperature light was on. Paulo had my car for 10 days, and never looked at it. I called a couple of times during that period. Once his mailbox was full. Once I left a message. Once Paulo answered the phone. He told me he was too busy to look at my car - after 10 days. I just had to retrieve my Subaru and take it someplace else. I wish Paulo could have been my mechanic.

I ve known Paulo for years. He has always been upfront and honest. His knowledge of vehicles, especially the non domestic type, is outstanding! If you re looking for a mechanic in this city that will treat your car like it was his own, then look no further!!

The guys at Eagle Auto Clinic are the best!They maintain our Isuzu Box Delivery Truck along with all our extended family's and employees personal vehicles.Paulo and his team are always happy to see us and us them.

Can't say enough good things about Eagle. Owner is a terrific guy who even helped me out pressing a bearing off of my washing machine main shaft. Excellent work. Lots of foreign work like Mercedes.

BEWARE!!! I never leave bad reviews for businesses but I could not let this go. Please shop around before you choose to go here. I got ripped off so bad at this place and lied to. Each time I went back it was another issue and after months and thousands of dollars it still did the same thing!!! I took it to another shop and found out the parts were never replaced or used parts, theh put the correct parts in and my vehicle has been running great since! I would have save thousand of dollars if I never went to this shop in the first place. I dont mind paying for a service when it is done correctly. I would never recommend anyone to this shop. If anyone else has a similar issue with them please come forward.

Called yesterday to get an estimate on tune up for my old school car. Told him what other minor things I wanted him to work on. He said he would call me back with an estimate on all parts etc..... that was yesterday 1:00pm. It s a new day 2:00 pm just had to call him back because he didn t call me back and all he said was be patient??????. I sell cars I have a customer waiting on me to deliver their car they purchase from me I don t have time to wait. I could ve went somewhere else instead of waiting for a estimate...... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS -5stars

Paulo is an honest mechanic. Which as you know are hard to find. Service is usually completed with in the day. Unless he has to wait for parts.

I was on my way to Houston when my wife noticed smoke coming from under the hood I stopped immediately and asked a local to help me find a mechanic.. he recommended eagle auto clinic.. I went there and what I thought is a $800 job ended up to a $200..They did a great job and I'm really thankful
