Had my tires replaced today, I came in a couple days before my scheduled appointment and the tires I had ordered were not in yet. Instead of turning me away, Ms. Gabriella was able to get me better tires & split the cost difference. They were very busy but I was able to have my tires replaced in less than two hours! =]

I rarely go out of my way to post reviews, but I had an excellent experience today at this store.Service was more than prompt; I arrived about fifteen minutes early and was not expecting anyone to approach my car to greet me, much less before my 9:30 appointment time! The two gentlemen I interacted with (James N. and I m unsure the others name, he worked in the garage) were very professional, polite, and friendly. I am a manager in a customer service oriented industry, and I d hire either one of them in a heartbeat.In a nutshell, this was a refreshing experience when compared to my other retail experiences in general, and especially previous times I have gone to auto care establishments. I broke down on 95 heading north. My tire litterly separated from the tread. I called the closest tire place and it was Discount tire in Palm Coast. I told them I was waiting for a tow and not sure I could be there before they closed. They was extremely accommodate and put my down for an appointment anyway! I finally arrived and got 2 tires and lug nuts placed on my car. I can't believe how wonderful they treated me and the manager also spoke to me personally regarding lug nuts and my concerns about the extra price unexpected. I would highly recommend them. I so grateful. Also seen the same kindness to another person! They go above and beyond to help customers out! Wish I could leave more than a 5 star review! Thank you all for your kindness and support to getting me back on the road safe!

Dropped off 4 rims without tires to get new tires put on that I had already purchased online. The guy who checked me in was great, the kid who delivered the tires to my car and vice versa was very cordial and Customer Service oriented. The only thing I didn't like is the $12 charge for tire disposal that I paid when they didn't dispose of any tires. I brought them plain rims with no tires for them to dispose of. Just saying. It's only $12 but it's the principle.

I arrived there at 8:40 am needing a tire patch they gave an estimate of Approximately 10:45 AM, which to begin with I thought was a little excessive just to receive a patch on a tire taking two hours. I thought it was a bit much, but I digress and here I am still at discount tire waiting. To exit 4 hours later for a simple tire patch and just to add another comment of mine, it wasn t busy. It wasn t an excessive amount of people and they had quite a few mechanics working at the time I arrived and continuing while being there. It s highly upsetting, and to be honest it makes me livid because it s three days before Christmas and I had a lot of things to do today so my entire day was just wasted waiting on a patch for my tire!!! if you asked me to give the company discount tire a little advice, I would certainly say you should be very concerned about the time that your mechanic/employees are spending on the particular jobs that they are doing and the time required for those jobs because I went in discount tire with the assumption I would send people here I would talk highly of them, but from that experience alone makes me second-guess ever going back there so the company discount tire I highly suggest thinking twice before wasting someone s entire day on tire patch, especially during the holidays

First, Gabby was awesome. I came in with a screw in my tire. They had to break my wheel lock off as Mazda lost my key. They were quick, kind and efficient.

By far some of the best pricing for tires in Palm Coast. They now have added wiper blades which I just added on when I replaced 2 tires recently. They are of good quality. If you have lower tire pressure lite on your dash or have a nail in your tire they will address it and as long as that nail or metal object isn't in the sidewall. No questions asked.

Without a doubt, no questions asked, hands down the best tire store you could go to in Palm coast!!!! I give the staff an A+++ rating for service and friendlyness!! I needed my tire plugged and they did it for free!! No catch just free service. They just ask to keep them in mind when I need tires! And trust me I will be buying some tires and rims from them for sure!!!! So stop looking and make an appointment trust me you will be satisfied!!!

Great service! They will match Costco written estimates! Give Discount Tire your business and they'll rotate your tires free of charge! Can't beat that deal!

Definitely my go-to spot for tires as I've been going to DT for roughly 20 years now. Used to work at DT in Ann Arbor while attending the University. So I'm a little bias, but regardless I still keep coming and they still do great work.

Professional, knowledgeable quick, friendly & honest!!! They offer free air & tire health rpt every 30 days, plus will rotate & balance tires every 6 mos, too!

Prices were great. It made sense to buy 4 tires at that price! .. edited 1/12/2024Repairs service not so much.Edited review. Was 4 stars but the wait is kind of ridiculous.. Dropped the tire off to be fixed (screw)after being told 1-2 hrs, came back 2 days later, after calling before & was told 12 noon. Then I got there & was told 2 hr wait. Came back at 1:30 as directed and now so far another 50 mins. I won t be back.By the way it took 4 minutes to put the new tire back on. No clue how to prioritize.It s not always about how much money someone spends. I spent it a month ago for new tires. Told everyone. Now the opposite will happen. Bad service and I ll tell everyone.Ruined a great review.

If I could give 10 stars to this location, I would. Yesterday, I picked up a lovely nail in my tire that made it go flat instantly. In a panic to get to another appointment, I tried to re- inflate the tire. (Learned this is dangerous after the fact). Tire went to 13psi, so I drove to Discount Tire. As busy as they were, they took time to not only help me decide what needed to be done, but educate me on the safety and dangers of inflating flat tires. Robert went above and beyond to get me the best price, so I bought 4 new tires. I missed my other appt, but knowing I d have a safe vehicle was priority. Robert is an asset to Discount Tire.. my car stayed overnight and when I picked it up today I thought they had missed cleaning the tires off. Robert went out and started cleaning them and the brake dust off my rims. That was NOT his job, but he said he wanted me to be happy! Who does that?? I hope Corporate sees my review and honors Robert for his excellent customer service and professionalism. I know it s a thankless job, and everyone is in a hurry these days . But I couldn t let today pass without thanking Robert and Discount tire company for always having my back. We are frequent fliers as we have multiple vehicles, and this company always exceeds my expectations! Robert, you are absolutely my hero for the day!!! Update 2/15/2023- caught a screw in my tire, brought it in, and luckily it didn t go through. Jake, thank you for the quick customer service with a smile!! These guys are the best!!!!!!

Clean, fast, well organized and professional. We had a slow leak; they found a screw close to the edge of the tire. We fully expected to have to replace the (expensive!!) tire. However they were able to repair the tire. No cost!!! And they replaced our wiper blades. (We paid for that!) We will definitely use them again!

I seriously love going here! I have to say thanks to Harrison. He is such a nice person and his customer service is awesome! Somehow he makes it feel more like a family ran business. He s very personable. Not to mention, I never have an issue. All of the guys are really nice and helpful! 10/10

OMG! Apparently an appointment means nothing. I waited in line for half an hour behind people who were walk-ins. I finally spoke with Jake and tried to explain how I wanted the 2 new tires I ordered put on my car. I don't know why my request was not coming across but I could not make him understand what I wanted. I wanted to keep one tire to use as a spare and he could not grasp the meaning. He kept asking what tire he would be putting on the car. I tried doing the math.....I came in with 4 tires, I am buying 2 so I'll have 6. Dispose of 1 and give me the other. I gave up. They should focus on people with appointments and stop answering the phone in front of customers standing in front of them. And I don't need wiper blades.

Kudos to Harrison and his team for today's great job. My wife and 9 month old baby got an alert from their car saying their air pressure was low. My wife stopped by Harrison's Discount Tire in Palm Coast where we normally get all of our tires from. They were able to get her in fairly quickly, even though they were busy, and get the job done and on her way without keeping our baby out and about for very long. Thank you so much for the speedy and thoughtful service Harrison and Team!

We take all of our vehicles to Discount Tire, they're terrific!They've never tried to sell us anything we didn't need, and, if you make an appointment, you won't have to wait very long at all - Love this place!

Had ordered our tires the day before. They installed all four in under an hour. We waited in the comfortable showroom area. They have some flat screens and a computer bar to hook up your laptop. Clean, comfy, easy, pleasant experience.

Great place, hard-working people.Unfortunately, there are not enough employees for the amount of business. No disrespect to the employees they can only do so much. I would recommend Discount Tire to a friend, but choose your appointment time wisely.
