Caliber collision is a great place to have your car repaired. They did everything very well to my satisfaction, kept me informed throughout the process, and Laura knows how everything works With insurance and a Rent-A-Car. Steve also did a great job explaining to me what needed to be fixed and getting it done! It was a very easy process thanks to caliber collision!

I recently had to get my Volkswagen Tiguan fixed. From the front office staff, to the technicians involved in all phases of the repairs, the customer service was excellent. Not one complaint. Very happy with the results !

10 out 10!Was so impressed with the way the team at Caliber Collision Palm Coast handled my repair. What was the most surprising, was the follow up and constant detailed communication throughout the process. Giving weekly and sometimes daily updates. Very refreshing and honestly can't remember a time that any company gave me that kind of service. I would highly recommend CCPC to anyone who asked.

All involved with my repair were friendly and went out of their way to treat me like I was someone special. When I dropped my SUV off for the collision repair, the Boss man even gave me a ride back home. They did an outstanding job with the repair, cleaned and detailed my vehicle, and finished one day before expected. Thanks Caliber Collision, I would highly recommend you to anyone.

Steve and the team an amazing job repairing our Jeep from a rear-end accident. We were updated almost every other day with the status of the repair. Our Jeep looks brand new, as if nothing happened to it. The front desk staff were also exceptional. Customer service was great. We would highly recommend Caliber to anyone in the area!

They did a fantastic job at not only repairing my vehicle but keeping me up to date on the progress. Even getting a rental car from Enterprise while my car was being fixed was a breeze. I would highly recommend them and would use their services in the future.

Business must be good. Can t even get an appointment for an estimate arranged by USAA. Called 5 times. Never returned my calls. Last call put me on hold for 20 minutes for General Manager, then it connected only to ring 50 times with no answer. Yep, gotta go outside Palm Coast if you want literally ANYTHING.

I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the staff that I interacted with at Caliber Collision in Palm Coast. When I brought the car in Teri-Marie Sanders did a walk around of the car with me marking every part that had to be replaced or repaired. I stopped by the next day to discuss a couple of the repairs, and she spent the time to fill me in on how that would be accomplished. Anybody that has been in an accident is a little shaken up and doesn t need to be stressed by the repair process. Both Terri, and Sharon, who works at the main desk, were very helpful and put me at ease and made me feel satisfied with my decision to bring my car to Caliber Collision for repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

There really needs to be an option to go up to 6, 7, or maybe even 10 stars for this company. I know personally now Steve and Terri and Sharon in the office. I have not been blessed with the pleasure of meeting all of the gentleman that work out in the shop and do all the labor, but everybody that I have met everybody or encountered has been super nice, friendly, professional, very concerned about getting the work done correctly. I had a run in with a deer, the deer won, but my car did not fair so well. My insurance company suggested that I Use , Caliber Collision, and I am so thankful that I did. Their work ethic is superior, their ability to calm an anxious person that has been through what I was going through, is far superior to anything that I expected, and I ended up making new friends in the process. If you need anything done to your vehicle, I would highly recommend Caliber Collision .Service: Body & Trim

Best body shop experience I've ever had! I was involved in a pretty bad accident and really my truck should have been totaled. The insurance company opted to fix it and I must say Caliber went above and beyond fixing my truck. They called me 3x a week with updates and sent photos along to show me how everything was going. My truck looks absolutely fantastic. Paint matches perfectly, gaps and lines are right, and it drives/operates just like it did before the accident. Not to mention they did the repair quicker than they expected. That is unheard of in the body shop world to get your vehicle back early! Thanks Caliber Palm Coast, great job.

Simply the best! Once a local biz's insurance accepted full liability for minor damages to my car from a rear-end collision, Caliber called and scheduled an appointment for me. My case was assigned to Terri, a caring, knowledgeable young lady. She understood that while the damages were considered minor they were major to me. It took longer than expected to get the right parts due to the current issues with product delivery times, but Terri kept me well informed. She even communicated with Enterprise about the need to extend my car rental. Upon picking up my car, I was extremely impressed with the detailed cleaning that had obviously been done on the interior.I highly recommend Caliber Collision. So good to have such a positive experience in these times of shortages and uncaring, untrained employees. We are very fortunate to have Caliber Collision in our town and Caliber Collision is blessed to have Terri representing their company with extraordinary customer services.

Teri was the consummate professional. She was thorough, pleasant, open to absolutely any question, even if I may of thought it silly She made sure that going forward, she would be completely transparent and there at every step of the way. In addition, but in no way secondly. Every time I ve called she s has been pleasant , beyond patient and has never left me questioning about what we talked about. Thank You Ladies. Management must know what an asset you both are ! Would recommend this location a thousand times over !

We brought our car to get rear bumper repair last week ( got rear ended). Terri was the one who gave us estimate and followed up with us she was very helpful and professional, nice friendly person, always smiling, great personality! The front desk lady was very nice also! Took my car to them after I hit something that fell off of a trailer and was not thrilled when I got it back. My bumper seemed to be a darker shade of paint than the rest of the car, from my understanding it should have been buffed or the paint should have been faded back into the car, also when I went to leave my front emblem fell off and they gorilla glued it back onto the bumper which made it looks awful. Aside from that my battery seemed to be leaking and I left with a nail in my tire. I will say one thing though the after hours customer service and the district manager Tanner were really great. He got me a rental on a Saturday morning and had my car towed back to the shop to be fixed.

My vehicle was damaged by someone who was insured by State Farm so I agreed to go to Caliber in Palm Coast as they were State Farm s preferred shop.The work was done promptly and looked good. The paint protector film piece was not applied because the paint will need 4 weeks to cure .After 4 weeks passed I called to schedule the work. I had to call back twice and was told I would receive a call by the end of the day I never got a call back.I called the next morning and was told by Kurt that they are not capable of putting on this piece of film and that I would need to contact Toyota to have it done and submit the bill to State Farm.Now I have to travel at least 45 minutes, pay upfront, and reopen the claim.I m not exactly sure why Caliber couldn t reach out to Toyota, have the piece of film cut and delivered, and apply it.So most of the work was done well, but the follow up service and communication could have been better.* Still have not heard back after responding to the email address indicated in the response from Caliber.
