I just want to say Derick was amazing. Derick went above and beyond to putting in my battery. Peter was awesome to. I really appreciate their patience with me due to bit having money and then goin to get money to pay for the battery. It took him 14 minutes to put it in. Peter help me first then Derick finished helping me. You guys are AWESOME. Thank you Derick and Peter for taking the time to help me in this dilemma I was in. AutoZone needs more associates like you two. They were very pleasant and patience.

Let me tell u how amazing this place is! First off they are very educated on their products. They are so happy and eager to help I came in in in oil, a filter, and a question about my old raggedy wrench. They were able to help me, and then some I wish I remember the two gentleman s name, but they were absolutely amazing and my husband is so happy with the new wrench. I will always by my products from this AutoZone in No place else from my car. Thank you so much

Excellent location. The service here is amazing. After been told at a different location that my battery was good, when in reality it was leaking. Derrick immediately recognized that it was a bad battery and he went above and beyond by not only replacing the battery but also by cleaning all the areas where the older battery had leaked. Derrick and his counterpart working tonight were great with an amazing customer service.

very bad service. My order was promised to be delivered to the store at 18:00. It's already 19 hours 10 minutes. I've been sitting in the store and waiting for over an hour. no one offered a chair or water. In this country, time is precious, and I have to waste it waiting for an order.

For the most part, a simple Autozone, however I wasn't a fan on when an employee pulled out his vape and ripped it cause he was getting frustrated trying to look up my account info, which I gave him my e-mail, phone number, order number, and pick-up number. Like, if you are having a hard time on your own computers call a co-worker/manager, not hit your vape and tell me I'm SOL.

Lots of people work here that don t seem to care about customer service. Only 2 customers in the store. After waiting in line one associate passes by and points at a register and says that it s self service. Not marked as self serve. Just do it yourself. Next time I ll head to the Palm Coast Parkway location.

Went to this location to buy a new car battery. The first battery we tried that said it would fit my car didn't. The gentleman that was doing my install took me right inside to get a correctly fitting battery and installed very professionally. Definitely recommend here for your auto part needs due to great customer service.

Completely dead car battery this morning with no warning. Got a jump and then drove straight to AutoZone after checking that they had a battery for my car. I tried to leave the car running while I went in but it died as soon as I turned off the AC. Uh oh. But, no problem. They put in the new battery in the parking lot. Could not have asked for nicer or more prompt service.

I was having trouble with my break lights after replacing the brake switch three months prior and asked Vince who works at the Palm Coast store if he new if these switches can be defective and if he could take a look and he noticed my fuse had worked it's way out and cured the problem ,lots of help because i drive early mornings in the dark .I had stopped at advance auto and the guy there couldn't be bothered with ne ,Thanks again Vince

Great place and great customer service. William went above and beyond to find me the right parts for my truck and helped me out a lot. I only wish the other auto zones had top level customer service like this one has. I will only be coming here for any of my auto needs that s for sure

Only two stars because the store was clean and found what i needed. But the customer service really needs to get some work done. No one looked up when I walked in no one greeted, when I got to the cashier's desk it looked like they were even angry that I was there to purchase anything. Awkward. A little courteousy goes a long way in any business. I got no welcoming no hello, no have a good day. No customer service. I will not be back.

What an incredibly wonderful experience we had with Jahr and Ivan. These two gentlemen went above and beyond for us including staying with us after hours and helping us get back on the road. There was four of us ladies one was an elderly partially handicapped woman two of us older ladies as well. Our rental car had a bad battery and they got on the phone explaining to the rental car emergency company what the problem was and stayed late and installed it for us because the emergency co refused to help us until the next day and planned on leaving us abandoned in the parking lot until the next morning. There was so much more they did but they deserve recognition and kudos for that alone. They treated us like we were their family members. They were not going to leave us stranded! What great young men those two are and unbelievable employees to that company. Please be sure to recognize them when you stop in. Also management pay attention and reward them accordingly! We have to catch people doing good in this world and these two did better than good. Thank you again Ivan and Jahr!

I always go to AutoZone for anything to do with my autos. They perform a lot customer related services that others don t! Great staff too!

Gave the guy the make and model for the battery waited for him for 20 mins to figure it out and got him and it s the wrong battery smh will never come back here

I had rented a vehicle from Avis in West Palm Beach to go to Jacksonville to visit my family. We stopped in Palm Coast to get a bite for dinner when we were heading out of parking lot at Panera Bread the vehicle just stopped. A nice man directed us to AutoZone once we were able to get car started again. Jahr at AutoZone Store #1931 located at 5284 US 100, tested the vehicle and it had a bad battery (dash board kept telling me battery needed to be changed so Avis should not have rented this vehicle). After much arguments with Avis Emergency service twice and the most rude people, I decided to get a battery because if not we would be stranded there for the night. Jahr and Ivan the store manager were so very helpful as it was getting close to closing time by this time, after getting no where with Avis. I just want to commend and personally thank Jahr and Ivan at AutoZone. They are what your organization wants in employees so I hope you will recognize them as wonderful employees. They were kind, and so very helpful in this situation of 4 women traveling from West Palm Beach to Jacksonville in a vehicle that we did not feel safe in after it just stopped on us. We did make it to Jacksonville (8 hours later) but at least we knew the two from AutoZone were looking out for us.Thank you again Ivan and Jahr for all your assistance that night of June 3, 2023.

Went in for wiper blades, Bob R and Destinii acted like I was the most important person they were going to see that day. A level of customer care I don't see as often these days, just two good humans.

This store is such a refreshing change from the other auto supply places around. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful and the new manager leads hy an example of excellence. She drives from Ocala and when I was just now in the store, she was happy,helpful and made a battery suggestion that saved me valuable Christmas dollars. This is the type of business that makes me proud to be American.

Excellent experience with the staff at this location for getting my car battery changed. They were patient and informative explaining to me exactly what was wrong with my old battery, and reviewing options for buying a new one. Shout out to Dan for a great job performing the service on my car.

We went into the store and a nice gentleman by the name of Bob Rubestello Helped us. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Such a wonderful experience.
