I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Antonio at Auto zone. After nearly being stranded on my way home from Saint Augustine, Antonio's kindness and hard work truly saved the day. As I arrived at the store just before closing time, I was met with a dire situation involving my car's fuse. Thankfully, Antonio stepped in without hesitation. His dedication to helping me and my family fix the fuse, despite the late hour and the complexity of the task, was truly remarkable. It's individuals like Antonio who embody the true spirit of customer service, going above and beyond to assist others in their time of need. Without his expertise and unwavering commitment, my night could have been far more complicated and stressful. Antonio's genuine care and professionalism deserve recognition, and I sincerely hope his superiors take note of his exceptional contributions to the team. My Dad and I brought my battery in to be tested. Al was the guy who helped us immensely. He's awesome. Sadly, my warranty has been expired for a few months, so Al hooked us up with an affordable battery. My Dad realized he needed wiper blades, so once again, Al was helpful. He has knowledge and a great sense of humor. We are pleased with the overall experience. Thanks Al and AutoZone.

My daughter and I needed quite a bit of assistance on Saturday, with both our vehicles. The service we received from Vince was amazing, he was very professional, pleasant and made us feel very comfortable about not being as knowledgeable as maybe we should have, regarding filters. I picked up the wrong oil filter for my oil change. Andrew and his staff went above and beyond what I could have expected to make it an easy fix. There's a couple of parts stores locally. This should be your first stop when you need help and want professional service. Thanks!

As far as auto parts stores go, this one is usually my go to, for one because it's close yes, but also because they have decent parts for decent prices. The store is always clean and well laid out, the workers are always helpful and usually a couple people working here whereas I've been to other stores where there is one person working helping someone else and if you need help, you're at the mercy of however long it'll take the one person who's out on the floor helping someone else and however long that may take. But at this store there seems to usually be a couple to a few people on staff and as such, normally there is someone who is free to help you, should you need it.

Like this store! The associates are friendly & very efficient.Having an older model; for which I need parts change-out, I often drop in.While there yesterday, I became dizzy (low sugar?). The staff; (Lisa & Mr-NY) quickly offered me a candy bar & a seat.Thanks 4 your help guys!!U R my hometown favorite,

I never wrote any reviews before but I would like to share with everyone a Great person you need to meet when you have a chance to visit the Auto zone at Belle Terre Pkwy. Vince, he s not only a humble salesman but he also unconditionally helping you get what you need and using his knowledge and skills go out his way to fix your problems,what s a incredible staff the Auto zone Luckily to have ! Waited longer than normal at the checkoutline. Painful to see 3 employees in the back with the parts while the checkout line grew to the back wall near the air freshners. I don't think I will be coming back as this is not the first time the wait was longer than it should have been.

I woke up to a dead battery this week. I went to Advanced Auto as it s closest and they couldn t install it because short staffed.So I went to Auto Zone. A woman helped me immediately and had my new battery installed in 10 minutes! She was very nice to chat with as she installed battery.Even tho Auto Zone is a smidge farther, they now have a loyal customer. Thank you!!

I have to say I don t know where all the comments on knowledgeable employees is coming from. They may try hard but one guy doesn t move from his spot behind the counter. Another guy is sarcastic. After todays visit I ll be going to O Reillys down the street.

I m so proud of my son and so upset with the employee at Auto Zone!. We went to the Auto Zone in Palm Coast to buy windshield wipers for my car. The woman behind the counter was very dismissive and rude. After spending $78 and dealing with her comments, another employee got a couple of different wipers to try on my car. My son noticed an old lady buying a tire gauge and asking if someone could show her how to use it. She was promptly and rudely told NO . The old lady made her purchase and went outside. The rude employee also went outside to smoke as the other employee was replacing my windshield wipers. Once we were done, my son went to the old lady and showed her how to use the tire gauge as the rude employee watched and continued to smoke, not giving two hoots about the good deed. Well God bless Gregory and shame on Auto Zone for not vetting their employees. I hope God removes whatever was up that employee s butt because customer service is not her thing. I guess she s lucky that I wasn t a secret shopper I do know that the manager s name is Dan so uh Dan, you may want to send your female employee at the Palm Coast branch back to Customer Service training. She must have fallen asleep the first time around. 7-9-23

Just stopped here this morning for a new battery! The whole team was great especially the manager Will! It was almost 100 degrees and he still exchanged out my old battery! Very quickly at that. I would recommend there service to anyone.

UPDATE 5/24/2023Still AWESOME!!! The Customer Service is the best! Store Manager Derrick is FANTASTIC!The staff at the Belle Terre store is the absolutely the best!! They always offer to help me out. Helping me with changing wiper blades to switching out my car battery. They never complain. Always offer their assistance. Fantastic!!

Early this morning, my partner's car battery died right as we were about to go on vacation. We pulled into our local AutoZone to get the battery tested and replaced. Store manager Daniel was so awesome helping us get a good battery with an even better warranty. The other store manager, was so quick and efficient putting the battery in our car and helping us get back on the road for our vacation and we could not be anymore thankful to these two gentlemen. Initially I was a bit irritated. The store was extremely busy and the first staff that I had contact with made me feel like I was a burden for requesting my battery to be tested. However, Eugene tested my battery with a few jokes that were needed to lighten the mood and then Alan helped me with my replacement. Alan was fantastic! Professional, polite, and cheerful. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much.

Daniel was exceptional. We had multiple questions regarding our new RV and the house batteries. Without question he was willing to help and go above and beyond. It is really nice to have someone knowledgeable assist and have patience while you try to understand what is needed. Daniel s customer service was top notch was very much appreciated today!

Needed to drop off a couple of old batteries and they were more than happy to take them and give me a credit of $10 each. I dealt with Eugene and after he took care of the store credit he helped me with new wiper blades. He rung me up and offered to put the wiper blades on for me. I reluctantly gave up my man card and let him do it as in his own words "it take degrees from three different colleges to figure these things out". He had them off and new ones on in about a minute. Thanks Eugene.

I came in to purchase a camshaft position sensor, but the nice lady came out to my car, ran a free diagnostic report and it turned out to be a bad ignition coil.She was knowledgeable and helpful.
