We took our 3-series BMW here for a gasket leak. They diagnosed the issue and had the parts there that day. We had them change the front rotors and pads while there as well. Exceptional service, great communication, and very reasonable pricing! Highly recommend!

I have been a customer of Autohaus of Palm Coast for approximately 2 years. Andy and William are very professional, very customer service oriented and most importantly, both are excellent communicators who take the time to explain in layman's terms what needs to be done your vehicle! An additional reason I continue to be a customer of Autohaus is the fact that you as a car owner, actually get to talk to the folks who will be working on your car!Besides the auto professionals, Kimberley the business manager, keeps the business running like a clock and like the rest of the staff Kimberley has outstanding communication skills! I highly recommend Autohaus of Palm Coast for your automotive needs!

I take my Mercedes here from time to time & they've always provided exemplary service, for a price of course. That being said though they do it right, give you a full diagnostic report if that's what you want, the works. If you got a Benz or a German car, this is the place you wanna go.

We moved here to Florida 3 years ago from Boston and had our BMW and Mercedes shipped here. Autohaus of Palm Coast....has the best service and caring for us as customers... most of all kind and caring..... Autohaus is truely a great place for the ultimate service....

Autohaus, Palm Coast, is the place to take your Mercedes Benz!I went there after a very disappointing experience at a Flagler Beach competitor. I was very impressed with the mechanic, who worked on my Mercedes and manager, Kimberly, whose knowledge and attention to detail is outstanding.

They are very knowledgeable and professional. Even as I drive a Audi they can do regular maintenance on it. They have also repaired a few issues on it. Without the dealership price. Very professional, technically highly proficient, fantastic customer service. On top of all that, they do an honest business. I can't compliment them highly enough. Wouldn't go anywhere else.Oh, and they should give Kimberly a raise. My first time at Autohaus, and I'm very pleased. I took my new Mercedes to the dealership for my first service and turned down all the "suggestions". It was going to be around 500 bucks. The car was brand new. I opted for an oil change only.Autohaus did not try to sell me unnecessary services. The receptionist explained what I needed for my B service, and I felt it was very reasonable. No waiting around all day, my car was ready in less than an hour.I'm so glad I found Autohaus! No more expensive dealership visits for me!!!

Selecting a new professional services provider these days is a stressful endeavor. After a recent relocation, I was not looking forward to seeking out a new service provider for my vehicle. I needn't of worried ... I took the advice of others' positive feedback and I was not disappointed.From my first contact with Kimberly at the point of scheduling, to the day of service I was really pleased. Billy was the technician who serviced the vehicle and he was professional, efficient, and thorough.Thank you for providing service at a reasonable cost to your clients. For all of these reasons, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back for subsequent service needs.If you need service for your Mercedes-Benz and you decide to try this place out, I hope that you have as good of an experience as I did.

I brought my old ML320 that I was restoring to them for a bearing job and a transmission service and an oil change. After taking a look over my car it was recommended that I could hold off on the oil as it was still in decent condition. I went ahead and scheduled them to do the other work. After getting my car back and having her quiet again! I noticed there was a small leak around the transmission pan. I brought the car back and was told the next day it was fixed and ready for pickup. They noticed there was a small leak around the electrical connector going into the transmission. They replaced that, and the gasket (just to be safe) at no additional charge!!! This is how customers need to be treated and I will be taking my other ML to Autohaus for service as well!Angela , who is in charge of scheduling is fantastic to deal with and their communication with customers is TOP NOTCH! I even got a chance to speak with one of the Tech's Will and the owner Andy. All fantastic people to deal with and I will gladly be a repeat customer.Thanks for giving us MB owners an alternative to the stealer-ships that we can trust!Kindly,Paul F

Andy & his staff worked on our Mercedes to for a windshield washer problem. I had figured it was a failed pump (4150 item) it turned out to be a clogged filter inside the tank ($3.50 item. Most shops would have sold us a pump & filter, not Autohaus, I was shown to problem part. Honest, professional, & on time. 5 Stars to Andy & the crew.

A car broke down on our vacation trip to Palm Coast from Ohio. We needed a repair shop that was Mercedes-Benz certified and they were. Very helpful staff great receptionist their mechanics went right to work as soon as we got there I identified the problem quickly and was able to do the repair by replacing the conductor plate however unfortunately they were unable to code the part due to restrictions with Mercedes-Benz is programming but it was no fault of their own. Definitely would recommend to anyone to take their Mercedes there if at all possible.

I have a 2003 BMW 325i with 45,000+ original miles. Over the past week I've had the mass air flow and front wheel sensors replaced. Two separate appointments, in and out in a hour or less. Prices are much better than the dealership and very competitive with regard to other independent shops.The work was done meticulously and efficiently. NO padded labor rates here that you find in other shops where the technicians are less focused and skilled. AutoHaus of Palm Coast delivers VALUE, count on it!Thank you very much, Andy & William. Looking forward to the next visit, but hoping it's later than sooner!

Fantastic Experience. Called at 3:30pm with an emergency starter problem for my nieces who were traveling through the area. Got into Autohaus at 4:15pm and they were back on the road by 5:00pm. All remotely organized. Thank you so much !!

Even though they specialize in Mercedes, Autohaus also worked on my BMW 530i amazingly!!!! I love that they are honest and friendly and not the dealership prices. Thank you, Andy, for taking care of my vehicle.

This place is amazing, I had some work done this morning on my SL. The work was done in about two hours and much easier on my wallet than normal. The staff is great and I won t have to make the drive to Daytona anymore !

Mindful of your money, honest, and reliable. Told me I didn't need to replace my breaks right away instead of telling me I needed them done asap. I needed my car on Friday, it was done Thursday
