Back in October I had the opportunity to have Frank assist me with a warranty claim on a recently discontinued wiper blade.He successfully got the wipers exchanged and helped me install the new ones in little to no time.Love being able to see out of my windows again.Thanks Frank

Is auto parts store ago this is pretty cut and dry. All the employees were super helpful in eager to help very knowledgeable. Cats department needed in their out and flash. I would recommend this place for your parts meets

They were very patient with me, and helped find the problem. I had a car that needed to be jumped almost weekly because the battery kept dying, which was strange because I had just bought the battery from them 3 months prior. The first trip there the associate was very nice and patient with me, testing the battery, starter, and alternator. Found no problems but had to return a week later when the car died again and once again the battery was dead. Again, they were very patient and nice, looking up the specs of my car, trying to figure out what was wrong. Finally, they found that my car had a stop/start technology, and I had a second battery in the trunk. They were kind enough to test that battery, and yes it looked like it was going bad. Unfortunately, they couldn t replace that battery because it had to be done at the dealership. However, they saved me a lot in time and money because rather than having to run lot of tests to find the problem, I was able to tell the guys at the dealership to start with the battery in the truck. Once they did that, no other tests were necessary, so I ended up with a less than expected repair bill and shorter wait time. Thank you guys.

It had been raining every day since we got here, and we needed new wipers. I hadn't changed these out before, so i didn't know what to expect. Got here, and it was pouring outside. Advance Auto Parts employee said he'd change it out for me if I held the umbrella for him. He was done in under a minute and gave me great advice on seat selection for the Daytona international speedway. Thanks, for helping an out of towner.

Jerry has always gone far and above to help with any issue I have had with my car. Instead of just plopping a battery in my car and sending me on my way (like another parts house did just the day before) he took the time to put a reader on it and diagnosed a bad alternator. He also referred me to an excellent and honest mechanic! There are many Advance Auto dealers but this one far exceeds all the others in knowledge, courtesy and the willingness to take the time to address your issues and help to solve them.

I will never shop there again and nobody else who should either I went there this morning asked her to put the diagnostic on the check they said it all she said probably won't do no good I went to stop somewhere else and my car won't start my battery was dead took the AutoZone fix no problem yeah I'll go there from now on and on that note lost a sale

The staff was awesome. One associate was handling a loud customer with the utmost respect trying to make them happy. Not sure if he succeeded.I was looking for a power steering return hose which happened to be out if stock but one of the associates figured out how to help me and my power steering got fixed.

The staff at this location is great- always friendly and helpful when I call on the phone, or in person. I am particularly impressed with Justin. He is very knowledgeable about automotive products, and is wiling to share that with the customers. And he's never too rushed to spend time and offer good advice. 5 stars for sure.

Billy went above an beyond to find a product that fit my needs! He wasn t sure if the oil cap would fit so he let me try it on my car real quick and luckily it was a perfect fit! I had visited other auto parts stores and everyone just dismissed me and said they don t have the part but he was able to find a equal alternative for me!

We were head out of town when our battery light came on 30 minutes before this store was closing. Chase W. was so incredibly kind and knowledgable. He helped us with the best customer service I have ever received! His compassion for the tough spot we found ourselves in was something I will never forget. You should do ANYTHING you can as a company to keep him, he is truly an invaluable asset. I hope one day I can be the relief he was to us. Thank you Chase! Genuinely, thank you!

Got a flat in the parking lot and these lousy workers wouldn't help me and my elderly mother. They might be great at helping you select items off the shelf, but their human decency is lacking!!

Advance needs to give Billy a raise asap. This guy went way above and beyond and helped us in a critical time of need. I won't go into details but without him bringing us the part after closing time we would've been up the creek. And staying to help install!!! Great guy can't thank enough. Had a dead battery in my 2018 Silverado! Called 3 or 4 other places and they all told me they couldn t put a new battery in! Kadin at Advanced Auto innPalm Coast is a true professional and did the job in no time and in the rain!Thank you, Kadin!

Auto Zone definitely has better selection tool-wise, but SOME of the employees here are really knowledgeable and helpful...others not so much. Good pricing and quick ordering for non in-stock parts. Would recommend if you're stuck in PC . For lack of names, look for/deal with guy with tats and beard, and younger guy with glasses, both very helpful. Old man with gray hair and glasses is an ass.

Had battery load tested for free and it showed 1/2 the cca's needed. Gentleman working with Marie helped me reselect matching wiper blades and he installed the new battery quickly & neatly all the while in a very positive and friendly attitude. EXCELLENT SERVICE
