Andrews customer service is fantastic. He gave 100% in regards to keeping the repair schedule, parts, labor, and communication flowing. My BMW X-6 Had dead battery on Martin Highway! Called bmw couldn t send anyone to boost for 1 1/2 hours. Contacted Palm City Auto sent Andrew for a charge in 15 min. Charged up & Went back to them to test Battery! Needed new Interstate battery.Andrew installed immediately & we were off. Service/Response/ Repaired/Priced Fair & timely!! So we highly recommend & especially Andrew servicing was the Best. They are my new GO to for BMW servicing!!!!

This place is a gem. John and Cathy really took what was a small job and made me and the work needed a pleasant priority. You would be lucky to find this place if you are unlucky enough to need body shop work. Thanks again guys!!I went back for another repair and John, Palm City Auto Repair & Collision knocked it out of the park for me yesterday with a new starter for my truck ! Andy got me in and out and their prices are going to keep me out of Ford dealership service from this point on. Thanks guys.

I took my 2019 Discovery in as my ac went out. I was told that they couldn t find any leaks. They recharged the system and changed me $377. Within 10 days my ac gradually went hot again. I took the car to a different mechanic and he found the leak right away and is making the repair. I truly feel I was ripped off.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Went here to get an estimate for some minor damage to my vehicle. Not sure who helped me but he was professional explained everything in detail like why it needed to be repaired in a certain way and the problems with color matching clear coat paints. Had I decided to have the repairs done I would have certainly used this shop. It appeared organized and efficient. I just used some touch up paint and saved myself a couple ofhundred bucks.

We were traveling from out of town and our vehicle had a major failure. It was towed to PC Collision. Thinking the cost was going to be over $1200, Mark and his crew, diagnosed the issue and worked with the warranty people to properly repair the vehicle and make sure it was covered under the warranty. The entire time he communicated the status of the repair knowing we had to travel back. They delivered a quality repair on time. Highly recommend.

I have crossed paths with these folks through various things and thought they seemed to be upstanding. Never needed their services for myself, but my car door was hit in my own driveway. It looked fine, but wouldn't close at all. Steve looked at it for me and I was bracing for the worst in regards to $$. They managed to take the door off and fix the hinge without ordering parts. They did not charge me for the visit. At all. They definitely have a longtime customer and I will tell everyone I know!

I brought my car into have it fixed I needed and alternator and a battery thinking it was going to be expensive the price was lower than I thought. I brought my mother's Mercedes to them after someone hit her car and took off they did such a beautiful job it looked like the had never been hit. Thank you very much Steve and Mark you guys are incredible.

I've worked with Mark and his team for over 5 years and I couldn't be happier. He makes sure everything is exactly as it should be and that you are 100% happy every time. Love the personalized service delivered with respect and timeliness everytime. Plus it's a one-stop shop for service, body work and parts.I always feel that they listen to what I am saying, that I know my own vehicle. As a woman, I have to say, that is not always my experience at other auto repair/service centers.

I have worked with this team for over 8 years. I am an auto enthusiast and have needed work done on several of my "second hand cars" that I purchased. They brought the cars back to their original GLAMOR and then some. Team is easy to work with and their prices were fair. I'll continue to bring them my business.
