They got my Katzkin a week in advance and called me to schedule an early installment. They take pride in their work and the staff was welcoming!

They got my Katzkin order in 2 weeks ahead of schedule and called me to make an early appointment. They were able to do the door panels as well, and turnaround was 24 hours from drop-off to pick-up. I discovered one hiccup with a door lock an hour after pickup. Returned immediately and they took the door panel off, fixed the issue and reassembled the door, all within 5 minutes of me arriving. There was one 12" black scuff on the back of a front seat. I didn't mention it as I didn't see it as a big deal. Stuff happens. I got it off with a rag and warm water in 2 minutes after getting home. The adhesive used on the door panels has an odor (most do) that seems to have lasted about 9 days. It is finally going away and not noticeable anymore. All I smell is leather. These guys did a top notch install and I have zero complaints. Everything looks factory. I would definitely go back to them with another vehicle to do the same thing. This family owned business is TOP NOTCH! The quality of their work is IMPECCABLE!! I chose my leather from swatches on my phone. I won t do that again. And if the professional tells your husband on the phone it won t be a perfect match she knows what she s talking about, listen to her advice. I LoVE the color of the leather but it doesn t exactly match the dashboard. It s only noticeable on center console. And only someone like me would even notice. Dora, is more than HELPFUL! This company is a treasure. I will recommend them to everyone that needs their car seats redone. PLEASE KEEP DOING THE INCREDIBLE JOB YOU ARE DOING!!! Before image black cloth.. I had an older work truck the interior was destroyed and they installed leather and replaced a cushion I supplied. The company was absolutely awesome they did everything they promised in a timely fashion and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace car or truck interior

I had Kelley's Custom Trim install leather seats on my 2021 Sierra. They had the best price in town. They completed the job in a timely manner, and the quality of their work was exceptional. OUTSTANDING!! 5 out of 5 is not enough. I could NOT be more happier with their work. This is a family business who cares about the product they produce. They completely remove the seats for the install. The fit is tight as a drum, all seams perfectly positioned, better than the showroom from a dealership. Absolutely wonderful experience! Dora was so patient and helpful with the whole process from deciding which brand to use to accommodating my schedule to drop off and pick up my truck. They offered to let me drop off the truck after hours and her son came over to pull it inside. The quality of the installation was perfection! We have a 2016 F150 and the leather looks as good as the factory if not better! I highly recommend Kelly's Custom Trim and will use them again in the future! Thank you so much for everything!

This is a great place. I took them my brand new truck 9 months ago and they changed out the cloth for leather in a under a day for way less money than it would have cost from the factory. Their work was thorough and professional and the truck came back to me in the same condition that it was in when I left it with them. Everyone who I have dealt with from my initial phone call to present day has been friendly and professional.It's been 9 months since my install and the product has held up perfectly and Kelly's have been there to answer any questions I've had.I have been so happy with the products and services that Kelly's provided that I suggested my best friend and my father in law go and get their vehicles done. They both did and have also been really happy with the provided products and services.

Kelly's custom trim did a great job on the custom leather seats on our new 2020 jeep wrangler. They were very clean, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend.

Purchased sunroof 2015 with lifetime warranty, could never get sunroof serviced they always gave me the run-around claiming on one call Bob, had a death in the family,. Then said they would call me to reschedule when they had time that never happened. I called several times to get it scheduled that never happened always more excuses. Continue run around, just called AGAIN now that my sunroof isn't working at all they told me they don't do sunroofs anymore the owner Barbara was very rude and nasty and couldn't give me any information. When I purchased my sunroof it had a lifetime warranty they ordered it from Detroit GM now they won't honor the service, promise or guarantee. I would never do business with these people ever, I wouldn't recommend them again or send any people or recommendations for service , these people are a joke unprofessional and rude.

When the Webasto sun roof came loose from my 2005 Chrysler 300 Kelley's was the authorized dealer/distributor in my area to get it replaced. I called to make an appointment and was eventually informed by Kelley's that they would NOT help me even though the manufacturer's representative told me they were who I needed to take my car to. I eventually had to take my car all the way to Ft Lauderdale to have it repaired. This cost me a day off work and about 4 hours of driving to take care of. We could not be happier with the outcome of our new interior. We are restoring a 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ. We chose a tan leather with black contrast stitching...love the new look!

Called to make an appointment to get a seat cover installed. Receptionist told me to go to the original installer and get it installed without considering me as a potential new customer. Very nasty and abrupt. Don't really know how professional the installers are but if this lady is any indication, I would stay away

DROPPED MY TRUCK OFF AT 9A.M AND WAS DONE BY NOON. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. I GOT THE KATZKIN LEATHER SEATS DONE ON MY F150 AND THEY LOOK GREAT. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND

Apparently not a real upholstery shop. I tried to drop off worn seat cushions from my buggy to be remade. I was told "we don't do that type of work" then something about only installing seats in new cars.
