Best choice tire reviewDo not use if you have very nice rims. They damaged my Alcoa durabrite rims and they did not take responsible for their unprofessional work. Their tire machine scratched one rim with 8 spaced scratches, another with 4 spaced scratches.I did not pay them to damage my $3500 rims (6) during my first tire rotation of tires purchased here.Also their shop manager, Jay Russo, whom I purchased the tires from, did not inform me that lifetime rotation was not applicable to my Mercedes Sprinter RV with dualie. Thus I found out a year later that I would have to it for my rotations. I don t think I would have purchased my 6 Goodyear AT kevlar tires here.They also broke a sewer hose bracket $15 and their fingerprints (at least 6) were all over the trim.Definitely go to a Goodyear corporate tire shop, not just authorized shop, that would have taken responsibility for their actions.This whole situation has been a nightmare and you would expect a shop with great reviews to be more professional. Sadly they don t own up to their poor work nor contact you back.See pictures.

I usually go to the Good Year in Federal Hwy in Stuart, but due to a flat tire, this one was closer. I got to the counter and kindly asked to check my tire and the first thing I heard was we close at 530pm and we have a lot of cars you can drop it off and pick it up tomorrow . I got there at 330pm and they were thinking about closing time already. I guess you have to check the vehicle first to determine if it s a quick fix or not. The man at the counter also said, we can check it, but please don t rush us which I never did or even told them anything, Management should revise their customer service policies and re-train these employees. First and last time here. Definitely I don t recommend this Good Year, go to the one in Federal Hwy they will take care of you with excellent customer service.

Fast, friendly and professional staff. In and out in no time for an oil change. I've also had them do other work on my wife's car and been very pleased with service.

Great place with great people. I believe they did good work for a pretty reasonable price. Even though it was my first time there, I felt like a long-time, valued customer. I've never received such an abundance of respect & attentiveness from a car maintenance shop. In addition, the level of communication and updates on my vehicle (a couple of delays, no big deal) were much appreciated. Josh is the man.

My family and I were driving from Fort Lauderdale to Tennessee, and we got a hole in our tire. We pulled off the highway and found this Goodyear and to get the tire fixed. They plugged the hole within 10 min even though they had all the bays full of vehicles already. They were incredible and very professional. Would highly recommend! Thank you Joshua you were awesome!

Took my vehicle in for repairs at the Palm City store and was very pleased with the service. The store manager (Josh) and the shop manager (Charlie) were very professional and helpful. Would, with out a doubt, return for future repairs and or service.

The entire staff is really nice and take good care of you. I had an issue with a sort they ordered and installed months ago and they repaired it without any additional charges and no questions asked and they did it fast. The front desk guy is Josh. He s very personable, explains everything in detail. The waiting room is always clean and they always have coffee available.

My wife and I own Organic Bella across the street from this Goodyear. They came to help us, without asking. Our turn to give them some business, Toyo Extensa A/S 2 tires for our Acura SUV. Josh, the GM provided great customer service, with his recommendation. We couldn t be happier, thanks to these great guys! Highly recommended and appreciated. Support local businesses!

I've always owned lifted trucks and have always assumed that I needed all my work performed by a shop that specializes in custom truck service. I recently had my truck outfitted with new 35" Toyo Tires, alignment and a few other extras. I chose Goodyear Tire in Palm City. They exceeded my expectations. They have the lastest technology to perform the work I required and the staff is very up to date and educated on lifted trucks and what it takes to make sure everything is correctly performed to provide an amazing ride. Goodyear exceeded my expectations in every way and there prices were better than any Custom Truck Shop I have previously used. The shop is clean, staff are friendly and answered all my questions. If you're looking for quality service regardless of the type of vehicle you drive, this place delivers! They will take care of any and all your needs. Special thanks to Scott, Jay, Josh and the shop crew!

Stopped in for an oil change. Had used this dealer before and no problems. Next day on the way to work the undercarriage pan was destroyed from dragging in the ground because it was not attached after the oil was changed. On my way to work another kind dealer helped me reattach so I could get to my job. When I went back to the dealer the next day to ask them to repair it they claimed it was already damaged and they would not pay for it. Funny thing when they changed the oil they never mentioned anything about damage. The damage occurred because it was not attached and was beaten up while driving to work the day after the oil was changed. They offered to give us a free oil change. Who in their right mind would accept that after they refuse to take responsibility for essentially destroying our undercarriage pan. If you use this dealer, inspect your car and take pictures before they do service and afterwards because this incompetent group will not accept responsibility for anything.

Posting on behalf of my 80 year old mother who took her car to Goodyear for maintenance service. After they were done, they suggested that my mother replace battery immediately because it was ready to die any moment and at the cost of $250. She was very concerned and drove to GMC dealership (which replaced battery 2 years ago). GMC tested battery and said it was perfectly fine and that it had a 3 year warranty on it. Shame on Goodyear of Palm City. My family has been using Goodyear for years, but no longer trust this business

The manager Jay is professional and experienced. They diagnosed the vehicle and tell you the problem and swift in getting it fixed. They tell you how much it will cost. Friendly staff and clean waiting place at the front office. I would recommend this particular Goodyear place to anyone.

Great visit with Goodyear. Oil change and tire rotation completed within an hour and military discount applied. Very courteous; no additional maintenance recommended. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this service center. Since moving to Palm city, they are the best place I have found for all my car service needs. The prices are fair, reception staff are always, polite and friendly and I have always experienced a quick turnaround time.

Visited this locally owned establishment a week ago and have nothing but AWESOME things to say about them! The staff (Jay and owner, Scott) were VERY knowledgeable and they took the time to explain all the details of what was wrong with my car and the cost. Not only did they give me a ride home while they fixed my car, but they also gave me an umbrella when I picked the car up because it was raining. Old school customer service goes a LONG way. I have ALL intentions of going nowhere else but there in the future to get all my car maintenance done. P.S. I ll return the umbrella back soon.

I had a blowout occur on I-95 with my motor home and needed the damaged tire replaced. They were able to get started right away. They did great and completed the job in a short time.

The guys here have always taken great care of my truck, including today when I brought it in with a couple screws in 2 tires. Dropped it off and less than an hour later my tire was patched. They would have plugged it for free but I requested a patch. Great service and honest as well.

Great customer service. Have gone to them for all my oil changes for the past 2 years. Bought my new set of tires from them last year. Knowing very little about car maintenance they are patient in teaching me and it is refreshing to know that they are so honest about any work I need, and when I don't need things done. Jay and his team are courteous, friendly and always professional.

Great staff and service! I took my Dodge Charger to get serviced because it was shaking when I drove past 45mph. I thought my car needed an alignment. Turns out the rotors, calipers, and break pads, etc from the front needed to be changed asap. Well they did just that and other services. I am happy to say I can enjoy a safe and smooth drive. Thank you guys so much!!

My car knowldge is small, so I need to trust where I have my car serviced. Trust must be earned, not blind. Time and again Randall, Dean and the entire personnel at this GoodYear location have proven they are worthy of my trust. They are honest, considerate and proven themselves highly skilled in maintaining my car. I consider myself blessed to be their client. Today's world might be buyer beware, but at this GoodYear, it's atmosphere is they care and are aware of my needs and determined to treat and meet all my needs professionally, honestly and as punctually as humanly possible.

Great service. Very easy to make appointments and they are true to time so no time to waist. Also, always clear about what needs to be done with the vehicle.I feel very comfortable and confident with the personnel and service.It is my place to go and recommend to my friends.

I've been going there for a year and love it! Of course there busy and at times you have to wait but that just means they're great at there job! I think people have gotten use to fast food service and want it done right now. Lol I've gotten better deals and help with them than any other place. I even needed a good painter for my truck and was recommended to see a great guy, who I will be seeing again. They're great and will help as best as they can. :)

Today was the first time I have taken a coupon to get an oil change and the experience hasn't turned into somebody trying to sell me something I didn't need. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the wait not too long. I understand why they are so much in demand. Everyone wants a place to take their car for maintenance that is fair and honest. I WILL BE BACK. When I need brakes and tires I will be back. Thanks for a job well done.
