Rude man behind the desk didn t honor Hustlers manufacturer military discount so we ended up buying a mower a few miles down the road at East Coast Mowers which is also a Hustler dealer who was glad to support a veteran with kind and great service. Take your business elsewhere!!

I dropped off a pressure washer with an unloader that would start but not pump. My Harbor Freight compression gauge wouldn't work properly so I took it to Engine World for a compression check . . . that day. I watched as the mechanic confirmed the compression was actually very good so I left it for more investigation. A week, not a month or more later they called to come pick it up. They said it ran fine and the problem must be in the hose or wand which it was. Besides that there was no charge for the compression check or follow up operational check. Further they refused to accept the $35 charge I was more than happy to offer for looking at it. These are the kind of folks I want to deal with.

So I brought two things to these guys to repair. As luck would have it both items did not work when I took them home, but the cool thing is when I brought them back to them they did not flinch, they took them back, gave them to me in working order and did not charge me extra! Now that is great customer service and that is cool to me because I am a consultant for customer service in another industry )besides being a doc with a small clinic in town. Thanks Jody!BTW-The atmosphere is so Old Palm City it's like being in an old movie. I love this place!

When questioned for proof of their diagnosis for my warranty claim purposes. Office staff could not provide any measurements. Technician was asked for measurements and he explained how they measured using a sharpie marker. Also removing the spark plug they could see the piston moving. How they diagnoses anything without actual units of measure is beyond me. When questioned about the measurement process they got defensive saying "its just a lawnmower not a racecar" and tied to make other excuses which were very clearly not true. Last I checked measuments are measurements. Specifications are specifications. Sharpie markers aren't a measuring tool! Be careful here

Brought in a piece of equipment to get a repair estimate. Took a couple of weeks, they finally called and said the equipment had no compression and wasn't worth fixing. $1000 new, not worth fixing? Asked if they should toss it or if I wanted to come get it. Charged $50 for 1/2 hour shop time to do a compression test. 30 minutes for a compression test? It takes 5 minutes to pull a plug, connect a gauge and pull a cord.Took it elsewhere, saw a compression check within a couple of minutes, the case cracked (8 screws) and head (4 nuts) pulled in 10 minutes. Bad ring. New ring ($10) installed, covers on and back up and running. Will never go back or recommend this shop to anyone. What a joke.

This business is focused on delivering quality products used by professionals and homeowners. Not only do they have a complete inventory of new products Includes Stihl, Hustler and more, their technical competence provides customers with a very honest and dependable service repairs when needed. Family run and friendly staff. Jodi, the onsite owner along with his wife, are both no nonsense, incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. The head technician, Earnest, is a welcomed pleasure due to his customer commitments which has been learned via years of experience with all related products..An all around recommendation from this happy customer!!

The pork chop behind the counter was to lazy to match a deck belt!!! Way to impress a potential customer... Because I did not have a model number for a 20 year old riding mower he told I needed to go to Napa... Having been in the Auto Repair Business for 25+ years, I can tell you that is some crap customer service!!!! And the Owner Parking Only, All others will be Towed, should have been a clue!!!

I need a carburetor adjustment and it will cost $90 to $100! He says "yeah it's an hour labor at $75 plus gaskets or whatever parts it might need" $75 x 2000 hours annually is about $150 grand a year. I had no idea small engine mechanics make $150 grand a year nowadays.

Horrible service. Rude guy that keeps calling if you can't pick up item on time. Then threatens to use it as part material for something that's not even his.
