I took my car in due to the fact the front passenger door would not lock or even stayed closed. Jerome examined car and knew the problem immediately. He said it may be a few days because parts were to be ordered. He made sure that would be ok. Jerome kept me informed of everything and called when car was ready. Outstanding service.

The service experience was the best in Florida since I've lived her.They have what's called a VIP manager to sell your cars in this crazy market hes a jerk. one day he blows you off the next day hes really friendly to you buyer beware of this VIP Mgr.

My boyfriend made an appointment for service because the appointment last with Kia said we had a recall. I get there and they say there is no recall or warranty. I called back to ask why I was told different information and they told me that the name of the person who made the appointment was a person that doesn't work there.

According to the radio, they'll help anyone with any kind of credit issues. Well, I guess I was the exception to the rule. I was not happy with the misleading information. They offered no help or any sort of solution to my dire situation. And it was their own car! I was trading in a Kia! So no, I will not be going back and I will DEFINITELY let others know how I was let go without any solution like dirty bath water.

If you're looking to buy a car beware. They will try and sell you anything. They brought out a dirty used car and thought I was going to test drive it. It was horrible and they pulled my credit numerous times after I told them I had a pre-approval. Was not pleased with them so beware.
