The service I received from unlimited auto glass was very professional and the guy s that performed the job of replacing my windshield was very courteous. I ll definitely recommend unlimited auto glass to my friends and family.

Employees were all very helpful and nice. They came all the way out to Palm Beach Gardens to replace my windshield. Overall pleasant experience. They definitely have room to improve on their customer service. There was limited communication about when they would contact me to set up and appointment date/time. I used this company b/c they popped up in my car insurance list of accepted providers. I couldn't have gotten luckier. They actively communicated with me and Rolando showed up this morning and completed the job beautifully! I asked a bunch of questions about the window and my sunroof and he answered them all! I had a very bad experience. The company never called when they said that they would. They also promised to show by certain times twice. No shows no call until I called. On the second day I call three different times and I was told that they would call me back because the serviceman was delayed. After waiting three hours. No show no call. I called them they then said I was not on the schedule for today. Please get names of who you speak with.
