serpentine belt let go, Brandon who did the work was a true gentleman, got it done and got me back on the road...wait time was minimal especially for a weekend. very fair price considering they had to go buy the belt and drive to me and fix. highly recommend

Beware don t hire This service is a scam, my truck was running before they re diagnostics test. During diagnostics they removed parts and said they would return to repair it and the $80 unknown fee I paid would be deducted from the total bill after repaired, after numerous phone call attempts they answered the call twice and said they will be coming (no show) and never answered my phone calls again. I will be starting legal proceedings.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

WOW! The entire Turino crew are really top tier. I booked an appointment with Diana who was very responsive and helpful. The job wasn't easy. I needed to replace the water pump and thermostat in my BMW 535 xdrive. I didn't have time to bring it in to the dealership but luckily Ameyer, Kiko and Yenmi came out to me. They handled everything and got the job done with ease. BTW... much less than Braman BMW but same attention to detail. I highly recommend Turino to work on your BMW or Mercedes!
