I had a great experience yesterday. I had a 10:00 am appointment, I got there on time, the staff was very courteous and when they started serving my car they found out that the head gasket cover crystallized. They informed me and also said the cap would be replaced at no additional charge. I was so happy moving forward this will be my place for servicing my cars.

I've taken my car to this particular Tire Kingdom since it's first tire swap. We are on set #3 and they have always taken care of me. In and out as efficiently as possible, taking care to check brakes and other things. Is it cheap? Not necessarily, but my car is in great shape and has had little to no issues despite being 8 years old. This visit, I embarrassingly hit a pot hot hard and created a bubble in a tire, and in a panic called the store. Jose got me an appointment the same, and took care of me upon check in, setting me up with a mid price tire with warranties. Carlos helped us at check out, and both were very pleasant and easy to deal with. I'll keep coming back.

Carey is a great employee! Gave me and my husband all the info we needed, and our tires got changed in exactly an hour. This location is very conveniently next to a nice shopping plaza so we weren t just waiting in the lobby (which is by very spacious). Will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely amazing if there were more stars to give I d give them more they saved me I got a flat tire and it was 4 minutes before they closed and they took me in I am so grateful for there service thank you so much too Varma, Corey and Alan. They finished my tire quick. Highly recommend this location.

Had to get 4 new tires as mine were really worn out. Carey assisted me explaining the different makes they had available and said he could get me serviced that same morning. Great customer service, friendly, professional and very good prices as well.

Had to get 4 brand new tires and an oil change. Customer service is awesome; specifically Angel who was attentive, thorough and effective in explaining what needs to be done to my car. Andrew went above and beyond to get my car serviced. Would highly recommend

Angel and Lamar are the absolute best every time I come in ! they are beyond accommodating I needed new tires due to having a bubble in one and they were able to fit me right in to their schedule to get me back on the road with my busy schedule! I am beyond grateful for them. the best service I have ever received in a tire place!

Nobody likes going to the garage($$$) Expect when it comes to the people working over there. This Tire Kingdom have amazing workers. We talk about professionalism. A lot of kindness and smiles. We started the process online very easy and straightforward. Got to the location 140 N state rd 7, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I had an amazing experience today at Tire Kingdom. While driving home from a considerable distance, I noticed that one of my tires had a much lower PSI than the other three on my dashboard console. I drove right to Tire Kingdom and was helped by Greg at the front desk. They took my car back and checked the tire, thinking that it was only the cooler weather that had lowered the psi. Lo and behold Sal found a screw in the tire and repaired it for me while I waited. This Tire Kingdom is always our family go to, and I can t recommend them enough to anyone in Wellington or Royal Palm Beach Florida. Another satisfied customer by Greg and Sal at Tire Kingdom.

I recently visited this tire shop with the intention of purchasing a full set of tires. Despite arriving 20 minutes before closing, I was met with a lack of assistance from the staff. The mechanics, numbering around four to five, seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my needs.What added to the disappointment was the observation that 5 to 6 of the service bays were empty, with mechanics seemingly idle. This not only reflected poorly on the customer service aspect but also highlighted a missed business opportunity. With the potential for a significant purchase ranging from $1500 to $2000, it's unfortunate that the company fell short in both customer engagement and capitalizing on potential revenue.The absence of proactive customer service not only left me frustrated but also emphasized a disconnect in optimizing business opportunities. I expected a more customer-centric approach, better communication, and an understanding of the value of each customer's potential contribution to the business.Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would caution potential customers to be wary of the service quality, especially if they expect timely and attentive assistance, as well as a company's ability to seize revenue-generating opportunities.

My son had tires put on suv, but alignment machine down, so just had it done , price given to my son was different than what I paid....I have not used any tire kingdom since 80s, always have tires at Costco and alignment done by Weber's..going back to them suv drove better prior this alignment.

The employees at this establishment are very kind and professional. My company gets our trucks serviced at this location And we always have a great experience. I would highly recommend taking your business here, they will work with you to get your car up and running as soon as possible. Sometimes unforeseen issues are found during routine maintenance (like I had yesterday/today) - The employees here will notify you and best explain your options to move forward. Thank you to everyone who works here!

I am the owner and operator of Ramos Family Floor Cleaners. I will only go to the store from now on to get our vans maintained and purchase tires. I fully trust them I can drop off my van with thousands of dollars of equipment inside and feel very confident that nothing will be missing.The rates are fair and I m so glad I found them! I recently visited the establishment for a car alignment service, and unfortunately, it did not meet the expected standards of Tire Kingdom. Approximately a week and a half later, upon noticing issues with the alignment, I returned to have it rectified. During this interaction, I requested a review of the work performed. Regrettably, the employee at the front counter demonstrated a lack of ethical conduct and professionalism in her response to the situation.She indicated that there was no mechanic available at the store, insinuating an inability to address the concerns related to the service I had paid for. I did not possess the receipt and politely requested a duplicate copy with the intention of seeking assistance at a different location. However, the employee's response was characterized by an unprofessional demeanor. She conveyed that there was nothing to be done as they did not have a record of the transaction in their system. Her attitude appeared uncooperative, and she made unprofessional remarks, even laughing when I inquired about the possibility of reviewing security camera footage to verify my payment on the service day.I was subsequently advised to wait for the manager. Once the manager arrived, he conducted himself in a professional and helpful manner. Unfortunately, he was unable to locate the transaction record, suggesting that it may not have been properly entered into their system. To sum up, my overall experience was marred by the unprofessional conduct of the employees, with the notable exception of the manager.

Excellent service and great staff! My bumper guard was dragging so I made an appointment at the shop on Sunday and I was able to set up an appointment Monday afternoon! Not only were they prompt when I arrived at my appointment but the staff was really friendly. I was able to get my bumper guard fixed in less than 30 minutes. I've only ever gone to one car shop in town and it's THIS tire kingdom. 100% recommend!
