My wife and I came here today to get a battery replacement. I talked to Bill about it and he told me it would be a 2 hour wait because they were busy. No problem I'll wait. Instead he said he would do it himself he didn't want us waiting all that time with our kid. Awesome person give him a raise and I'm definitely coming back here to do business.

Nicole the manager was very knowledgeable and kind. She runs a tight ship. They are honest about the time expectations for service and pricing. Elena and her bright smile made the environment very warm and inviting. I will definitely continue to come here.

Not my first time at tire kingdom at the palm beach lakes location and I must say I am never disappointed when I come here. Nicole is so help and very communicative, not only over the phone but also in person. Very good customer service.

Very quick and easy process. My tire pressure light was on and they found a nail in my tire. They took my car back as soon as I got there and patched it. Nicole the store manager was super sweet and helpful.

Jason and Bill gave excellent service. They did a full inspection on my car without asking and found the source of the noise took the hubs off. I thought I was gonna have to pay a ton of money. They could ve took a advantage they did not their great people. I definitely recommend them.

My husband Joe and I visited Tire kingdom today for his Benz. Nicole assisted us with a tire purchase and cash out. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. We will be returning soon.

My first visit at Tire kingdom on Palm Beach Lakes location. I've been to others tire kingdom but this was my first time at this location. I had a great experience and felt welcome. Nicole was very helpful and I give her 5 Star for her customer service. She's a hard worker and I hope the company knows they have a winner . She greet each customer walk in the building and assist them with they're needs. She does it all and go above and beyond and take pride of what she's doing. Thank you so much Nicole. You are a pro. The best store I ve been to so far. Everyone is extremely nice and respectful and they understand my needs. I stopped going to other stores due to service and the car services not being done right. This one does it right.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR A TIRE REPLACEMENT IF YOU HAVE WHEEL LOCKS!! The technician grinded off my wheel lock to the point where the stud in the wheel bearing broke off and caused a ticking sound inside the wheel. They denied any responsibility and by the time I got my car over to the dealership it had accumulated over $1,000 worth of damage from the wheel bearing falling off and causing damage to other parts of my car. They tried to blame the tow truck who delivered my car to Tire Kingdom after I got a flat tire, but it wasn t making any sounds or had any issues until the techs at Tire Kingdom improperly removed the wheel lock.

I had to bring my car in for a leaky rear tire as well as for an oil change and wiper replacements. Jason, the manaer, took really good care of me. He performed the oiul change a well as the wiper replacements; as well as stated that he was unableto replace the tire due ti the fact that I did not have the proper lugs.I returned yesterday to have the tire replaced after receiving a new set of lugs. Again, Jason got my car into the bay and took excellent care of me throughout the entire process.Another aspect that impressed me was the way Jason handled a difficult customer. While I was waiting, he was attemting t o solve a customer service issue wth what appeared to be a problem customer,. He was very understanding and contrite and assured the other party that it would be handled properly. I was very impressed by this levelk of problem solving and service!Jason has an excellent team at the Palm Beach Lakes store. Please go see him for all of your automotive service needs!

Service for leaking tire took waaaaaaay longer than it should for a business who specializes in TIRES. Had to get tire plugged for a rental car. The rental company sent us there for service, they called for approval , took almost 3 hours to plug a tire and put on a new one that I feel should have been done another time as we had the car only a day more. Too much idle time I noticed. 2-3 techs gathered for ONE customer s issue. The one taking care of us Ivan I believe was nice and all just too much time there. My day was gone.
