My husband and I were in town visiting family when we realized our tire was flat. This was the best rated place within a mile, so I gave them a call and I m so happy we did!! From the moment someone answered the phone, they were upbeat and kind. Someone professional and welcoming was able to see us the moment we pulled into the parking lot and it was less than 10 minutes before our tire was tested, replaced, and we were driving out of the parking lot with a smile on our face! I can t recommend this Tire Choice enough for in a pinch or for planned service. They saved our butts right in time for Thanksgiving and saved our holiday (: I didn t catch the name our our service technician because of how quick the service was but we are so grateful to him!!

Best. Tire Experience. EVER!Ron and his team are wonderful!After a long work shift, I came out to a totally FLAT TIRE!I managed to get my car to the shop about 20 minutes before they closed, and not only did they greet me warmly when I arrived, they fixed my tire in about 10 minutes and didn t even charge me for the work!I was very impressed with Ron, and would definitely recommend Tire Choice to others!Thank you for saving my Saturday night!

Phoned them up and asked if the could put rims and tires on my new truck- fast forward 4 hours later and my truck was good to go. Same day service. They have a can do attitude there and that makes all the difference. Customer service is top notch. I won t go anywhere else. Once you find a reliable and quality tire shop- you stay with it.

Ron the store manager has given exceptional service and has went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend if anyone is looking to get their car serviced and get the best deals on tires to see Ron at this location. The customer service was more that what I was expecting. Thank you Ron! This is my second time visiting this shop. The entire team has been awesome, quick, reliable, and communicative every step of the way. A special thank you to Mr Carlson Beaumont for going out of his way and personally goin to pick up a tire so it would be finished quickly and timely.

I must say I absolutely love the service I was given by Angel the new store manager & his team, I'm not gonna write paragraphs as to what happened prior to me showing up at this shop, but when I tell you Angel is a man of his word, & also, true to this!! I can't tell you how much he has eased my stress!! Although this company has done work on my other vehicle, I knew they were the one to come through!! Give these men a 5 star rating because they deserve this & some!! Thank you so much to angel & his team for delivery A 1 service!! I am so thankful for you all, especially after knowing what I been through!!

Went in to get two new tires for my truck and they have a new manager named Ronald who assisted me he was great and knowledgeable in helping me find the right tires.....I was in and out in NO time.... keep up the Great work guys!!!!

Giving Carlson and the team at Tire Choice Auto five stars. Carlson is the manager there and is always a pleasure to work with him. He knows me by name, greets me when I come in, and gives it to me straight every time. I have appreciated the work they have done for my jeep and will continue to come back every time. Ask for Carlson when you go in, best Manager around.

BUYER BEWARE! I used to bring my car to this location for years b/c Donald (prior mgr) was an honest guy and a real gentleman about giving great service at fair prices. Hard to find in the auto repair business. The joker they have in there now (Tyrone, I think) is about as shady and dishonest as they come. I've caught him lying to me on 2 separate visits now. I went in for a simple tire repair and he told me it couldn't be repaired. Said my only option was to buy a new $700 - $1000+ tire. I'm Not Exaggerating about this. I said I need to think about it. Looked up another place just up the road and they literally fixed my tire in 10 minutes... and didn't even charge me for the work. THAT'S what you call GREAT SERVICE! They will be the 1st ones I call everytime for anything from now on! The new mgr at this Tire Choice needs to be FIRED! He is the epitome of what people know as a typical shady auto repair shop. Taking Advantage of People! If you go here for repairs, be prepared to be lied to, or worse get fleeced for work & parts you may not need. Clearly this mgr gets a bonus for ripping off the public. I called their corporate office and filed a complaint, but I have very little confidence they will do anything about it. His mgr probably encourages ond condones this type of unethical business practice, since this guy has been there for awhile now. One thing for sure....They never have to worry about seeing me again! Horrible Business!!

Showed up as a walk-in app. with a dead battery and was immediately taken care of. Service was fast and simple. Would've been nice to have been told what my options were in terms of battery choices or how long my new one may last.

Horrible service! Ever since long time manager, Donald, left the place has become extra shady. There mechanics do not complete services correctly, cutting corners and will argue with the customer and staff about work they did not perform. They're negligent and break things, but will not repair them. They remove parts and sometimes will not put them back. I recommended them to several close friends who all have had nightmare experiences, with 1 person having to return 3 times on the same day her services were supposedly completed.

No nonsense auto shop. Carl is honest and transparent about any job, and they go the extra mile for me all the time. He was happy to tighten a loose connector or things of that nature for me. So glad I found an honest auto shop down the street from my house.

I love this mechanic. I had been looking for somebody for months in West Palm when I first moved here and the guys at Tire Choice have taken such great care of me I ve been with them for 6 years. They are honest, efficient, and run their business with integrity

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I brought my truck here about 3 months ago because my caliper was stuck they told me it was only a hose problem they charged me almost $700 for a hose that they changed. Not even 30 min on the road and I had to get it towed for their bad job. These people only care about getting money not your car

Bought 4 new tires here. Right front tire scrubs when turning and PSI was in the 40 s causing TPMS light to blink. Car is a Honda coupe, tires should be at 32 psi. They don t know what they are doing

Highly recommend coming here if you find yourself with a flat tire. Service was fast, efficient, and overall excellent!! Carl and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, professional, and got the job done quickly. I was back on the road with a new tire within 20 minutes. Couldn t be happier with my experience.

Ok, so I realize it's not Donald anymore. I get it. He was quite unique in that his customer service was pretty good. However, the new guy, Tyrone, is a little different. But he's actually pretty good at what he does. I had an issue with my car's front end that had been a problem for several months. After $everal mechanics failed, he figured it out and had it back to normal. They were reasonable and did what they said they'd do. So for that reason, I figured I'd rate them 4 stars.

I LOVE it there. Everyone is so sweet and respectful. They move in a timely manner. They re very professional and affordable. Donald is my favorite worker. He s ALWAYS letting me know what s wrong with my car and not trying to get over on me because I m a girl. They re the best for any service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
