Jeff and his technicians are fantastic! Best garage I have ever taken my cars to. They are unbelievably knowledgeable about my car - a 2011 BMW 5 series. They diagnosed my car's issues and solved them with ease and efficiency. Trust your car to Jeff. You will be pleased with your experience. I am not related to Jeff in any way, just a very happy customer!

Extremely pleased with a level of service from Palm Beach Garage. They cater to all high-end cars from Bentleys to Lamborghinis to Range Rovers.Our Range Rover had a coolant leak. We took it to three other Range Rover specialists and no one was able to repair it. We were highly recommended to visit Palm Beach Garage and they introduced us to the owner Jeff. He was absolutely wonderful, and was able to detect the coolant leak and finally repair it after months and months of taking it in for repair at other places. I am so glad we found this place. The car specialists there are very well knowledgeable about high-end cars.Highly recommended!! Thank you so much for your great care and service. Simply the best. Fair, honest, transparent, quick and TOP notch customer service. I fly into West Palm Beach airport and my repaired vehicle was waiting for me AT the airport. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. They repaired my car and it is a beautiful repair. It was done in a very timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. You cannot get better service than I received, I would not hesitate to recommend The Palm Beach Garage to anyone.

Jeff is amazing! I blew my strut on my Rolls the dealer wanted $23,000. He did it for a lot less and he was extremely professional and honest. You would think that someone driving a RR most people would try to price gouge. Not Jeff! Amazing shop and all!PS I have to bring him cannolis.

I initially posted the following review a little before Xmas. As soon as I did, the owner called and, although he agreed it was 100% accurate, begged me to take it down. He said that if I took it down, he would call me to work me in during the first 2 weeks of January. Well, it is now February 5 and I have not heard from him, at all, so here is the original review I posted, which apparently remains true:I spoke with the owner abut exactly what my car needed before bringing it in. He told me they specialize in restoring old cars lime mine and set an appointment for me to bring the car in the following Friday, which I did. Having not heard anything, I called early the following week and was told they were busy and would get to it. I called again later in the week and was told they did not actually specialize in restoring old cars lime mine and they had no interest in working on my car because they were too busy working on more expensive cars and wouldn't make enough money with my simple repairs (and because I had bought some of my own parts he also told me he wouldn't make enough money because he couldn't mark up the price of the costs). So 2 Uber rides later I simply picked up my car in the same condition as when I had dropped it off a week earlier. It seems to me they just had me bring my car over in case they got slow but since they didn't they just wasted my time. My family owns several cars and we will definitely take them all elsewhere.

I recently inherited a classic car from 1972 and truly had no idea where to start with repairs. However, Jeff and the folks at Palm Beach Garage couldn t have been more knowledgeable and hospitable to me and my car. They helped me every step of the way answering all my ridiculous questions anytime which was super helpful and comforting as a first time classic car owner. I thought my car was unique and would be a difficult undertaking due to the condition the car was previously in, but NO! PBG handled it with ease as they service some of the most luxurious and rare cars I ve seen in one place from the past and the present. I came across Palm Beach Garage through a referral from a friend. After speaking to Jeff, I decided to bring my Porsche there. He was extremely patient and honest. The repair I needed had to be sublet to one of their vendors. I received my vehicle and was not 100% satisfied with the work. Jeff explained they have been using this vendor for many years and this was the first time they encountered a problem. However, Palm Beach Garage stepped up and showed their integrity and fully resolved the issue. Jeff and his staff go above and beyond to ensure their customers happiness! A friend in the building told us about The Palm Beach Garage.We took our car in on a Friday and Jeff indicated it may be the following Wednesday before they could diagnose and repair the car. To our pleasant surprise, we received a text and call on Monday that the car was ready!! All done!The work was done quickly, price was significantly lower than the dealership . and it came with a detailed explanation of the repair from the mechanic who performed the work. You never get that at a dealership.Outstanding customer service all the way around well done.I m sold. No more dealerships for service. I m using the Palm beach Garage!Thx Jeff and team.

Starting using them for service on a Flying Spur now they do everything for us including our Moke and Tacoma! Great shops are hard to find, lucky to have this shop locally.

I've been using Palm Beach Garage for the last 17 years, since I moved from New Jersey to West Palm Beach. I cannot say enough about the service and integrity of this place. Over the years they have worked on multiple cars I have owned and I have had every service imaginable from oil changes, to new tires, replacing brakes, tail lights and much more.The team at Palm Beach Garage is TOP NOTCH. These men perform quality work and are kind and compassionate. As a woman having car repairs and services, they ALWAYS explain what is being done and let me know what to expect. Jeff and his team are amazing. I had to liaise with Palm Beach Garage from NYC for repairs in Florida. The urgency for the repairs on our vehicle was super high, and Jeff could not have been more helpful. It was also at a time of the Holiday's. The owner is honest and cares about your experience. Pricing is fair, mechanics let you know what they will do. When I first dropped my car off, the girl at the front was very informative, professional and friendly. The office was also very nice and clean. And Jeff ...was so nice! He emailed me and called me back directly very quickly and answered every question I had... and I had a lot! He was very understanding and overall, a very good person. He also sent me a very detailed quote and the pricing was great, especially compared to the Audi dealership. I am very happy and impressed with the turnover time, customer service and overall everything about the experience. Service is great! Knowledgeable staff, great diagnostic skills. We take all our vehicles here. We have Mercedes, Lincoln, Chevrolet, BMW, Mini, they do it all. Thieves.Reply to the owner:Easy to deny, deflect and defend by saying "I was never a customer." Of course I wasn't. They quote you a fee to install vintage air, you leave your car with Jeff S. the manager, he calls you a week later saying it will be 3x the amount. I says "don't touch my car".

Palm Beach Garage is professional, reliable and top notch in mechanical service for your car. They are extremely reasonably priced, completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend this company to work on any car from antique classics to modern vechicles. They repaired my 1976 Cadillac El Dorado and went above and beyond.

As I stated on yelp, this dealership worries more about the finances then actually taking care of the problems. I was there twice and they did not correct the problems so I decided not to return. Today I received a voicemail from a unknown number and it was a very condescending Voice Mail and rude. They left no name but the voice was the part owner who s name is Jeff. He was the problem in trying to fix my car. Very rude and his main gold is only money not doing the right thing. I do not recommend this garage until they change their process. Beware!

Would not recommend Palm Beach Garage. On a Mercedes S They fixed the error but I got 3 new errors. The car was returned dirty with oil in to the driver area. dashboard set 0.5 inch too low on the driver's side and was missing a lot of screws, some lying on the floor. The glovebox failed to open. not only that they are very expensive they changed a headlite bulb cost $163 and in the store it cost $10 and takes 5 minutes to change it yourself

My visit to Palm Beach Garage was a lot of work simply due to the fact that my warranty policy would pay list price for the item, keep in mind its the best policy on the market, after days of begging Jeff to chill on racking up the costs, we got it done, Jeff wanted 30%+ above list price for all repairs which intern had to pay out.as much as i would love to get more work done I am afraid to contact him, for another $7,000 job. I actually left very upset the fact that I called to give more business the rudeness, it continues isn't right and everyone was like omg thats your auto shop talking to you that way? Im wondering if theres someone above him that can make this right with me?? All i wanted was to create a nice relationship with PBG.I do need more work done.??

I store my vehicles at the Palm Beach Garage. I must say that I have never had a more satisfying arrangement. They get serviced annually and delivered to my home when we're in town for the Winter. Their staff is very knowledgeable and they always have the right answer. Any issues, just ask for Jeff.
