I had a positive experience during my first visit to Schumacher Volvo's Service Dept. I was promptly greeted by Chris who provided excellent customer service as my service advisor. Chris stayed on top of my repair, keeping me aware of the progress until my car was ready. I really received first class treatment...similar to my experience buying the Volvo thru the salesman I used. If interested his name is Elliot Bates.

Just picked up my 2nd Volvo XC90 at Volvo Schuhmacher Palm Beach. Andrew Bisaccia took care of the return of my 2021 model, and made sure everything was working in my new 2024 Volvo. He took the time to connect my phone with the car, I will never again type a destination in my phone, the new technology is amazing!!! 10 stars for Andrew, he was just TERRIFIC, professional, friendly, helpful and made sure I tested some of the new Volvo models, until I found the one which works for our family!

I stopped by Volvo Schumacher in Palm Beach Florida because I had big gash in one of the tires and nail in the other. I didn t have a service appointment and I thought, they will tell me to schedule one. In my surprise, Erick went out of his way to squeeze me in because he said that Volvo drivers safety is his most priority and he didn t want me to take a chance on the road. Erik is very knowledgeable, patient and gave me an outstanding service. Thanks to him, I will only buy Volvo. I highly recommend Volvo Schumacher Palm Beach specifically that location and Erick ( service department). Thank you Erick.

I dealt with three members of the Schumacher Volvo team. From the salesperson next the sales manager and finally the business manager. All three worked hard to get me into a comfort zone with the car and payment. They were all very professional, personable and kind. I highly recommend this dealership. I have worked with Devin in the service department and he too is excellent

My Service Advisor Alex was awesome. He was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. I appreciate how he described the future items that will need to be serviced down the line as well. He also set up a ride to get me home while my car was being worked on. Thanks for the great experience.

We could not be more pleased with the service we received at Schumacher Volvo.We were especially impressed with Devin your team leader. He explained everything that was going to be done during our 30,000 service and his suggestions on what we will need going forward. The work was all completed in a timely manor everyone in the dealership is extremely accommodating .

Alex in service was awesome ! The best service tech I ever had in any dealership I have been to . Honestly this is hands down the better of the 2 Volvo dealerships in the county. Alex was so attentive and understanding and had my car issues resolved , all while keeping me up to date daily . All the staff I was in contact with was friendly and courteous and I have to say I will not be going to any other dealership after this .

The experience was amazing. I tried Gunther first for a couple of days there customer service was terrible and my wants were not being supplied or taken into consideration. I tried Schumacher for another vehicle online and they linked me with Julio Wells he reached out even though it was past closing. I made an appointment for the next day. His care, follow up and complete customer service made the experience worth it all. I have bought cars before and I have been at the dealership all day not here they all work together, move everything smoothly and I was in and out with the vehicle I actually wanted in 3 1/2 hours not bad at all. Thank you to all of the employees but mainly Julio I refer him anytime.

We had a great experience with Schumacher. Daniel Zaccheo was very patient and attentive, which is exactly what we needed to get all the ducks in a row to make the purchase. We will definitely want to do business with them again and have Daniel take care of us. Communication was easy with Daniel as he's responsive via text message and also phone calls. He didn't seem bothered with ALL of our questions and drove the car we were planning on buying on 2 separate occasions, explaining thoroughly the details of the car.

Thank you for an amazing experience! Elliot was so helpful, patient, and kind; he went above and beyond to help find the perfect car for me. He was so thorough and knowledgeable when explaining all of the functions and technology the car has to offer. Jim, who is friendly and welcoming, made this a smooth and easy transaction. Every staff person acknowledged us with a wave and a smile. This is our fifth volvo, and it won t be our last! Thank you, again!

I have now leased a second Volvo with this dealership and it has been an amazing experience thus far. I leased my first Volvo with Matt Needle and I leased my second Volvo with Elliott Bates. From the moment I walked into the dealership it has always been a pleasant experience including the couple of times I have had my car serviced (Chris is wonderful in that department as well). Highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is ready for an amazingly safe and reliable vehicle as well as fantastic customer service. Happy to be apart of the Schumacher family :)

Schumacher Volvo restored my faith in auto purchasing again. In a matter of one weekend, my experience at another dealer went from horrible to fantastic at Schumacher Volvo. Our sales rep Daniel Zaccheo, gave us the best service yet in car buying! His demeanor is kind, patient and helpful! Everything was transparent and Mr. Zaccheo was a real pleasure to do business with. We live 5 hours away and I will only go to Schumacher Volvo from now on.

Devin was fabulous. He explained everything that would be done and told me the cost upfront. He realized the service was going to take longer than expected and gave me a loaner car. He genuinely cares about the customer and treats them with kindness and respect.

I just purchased a new vehicle and went into this dealer for some help with a few questions and minor issues to get help with. I hadn't scheduled an appointment. What I received, was several hours of the best service I have ever received from a car dealership in my life. Christian Pineda was a complete rock star! He checked and inflated my tires, upgraded the software on my car, gave me a tutorial of how to use everything on my car, and went way above and beyond than what I expected which was a few minutes of someone's time and a little help. He said he would be my "guy" for any future service needs and in the process landed a customer for life!

Elliot Bates and I have built a dynamic relationship since my first Volvo purchase in 2016. When it was time for another car, all I had to do was phone Elliot Bates. He was able to find exactly what I wanted on a freighter in shipment and get it delivered to Schumacher in Palm Beach. As soon as the car arrived, even earlier than expected, I was up there and my car was waiting for me with my name in the window. Elliot makes the whole process at Volvo a breeze and stress free just like my original experience there. There's a reason I pass other Volvo dealerships that are closer to me, this location in Palm Beach has higher professionalism and stellar customer service.2016- I walk into Volvo of the Palm Beaches thinking I was out of my budget, however was still curious. Elliot Bates was the 1st person to greet me outside on the lot, after a few questions he knew right away he had several cars for me. Elliot is such a professional, experienced, and kind salesman, It is Elliot that made my 1st Volvo purchase 2016 V60 such a pleasant experience.Volvo of the Palm Beaches is by far the highest quality professional team and had me in and out of there in now time and with no fuss. After having a poor experience with another dealer trying the purchase a Volvo XC90 Recharge, I called several dealers in the southeast all who were unwilling to help me get the car I wanted. I call Schumacher in Palm Beach and luckily enough to get Andrew on the phone who made it so easy for me to order what I wanted when all the other dealers made it seem impossible. Andrew is so nice and was such a pleasure to work with, I will recommend him to all my friends. I m loving driving my new car!

This was a very positive trade in - buying new car experience. There was no pressure on part of the sales team, but they at the same time were attentive, helpful, very professional. The trade in price was fair. The transaction was seamless. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I recently had an issue with a panel coming loose under my car. Danny Seda greeted me and brought in Christian Pineda to help. My car was fixed within 10 minutes and to my astonishment they wouldn t charge me. They were so happy to help and I am so appreciative!!! This service center gets 100 gold stars from me!!!

Devin Devin Devin is an absolutely amazing Service Rep!! He s knowledgeable, professional, personable and truly seems to care about his customers. He sets the bar on Excellence and Volvo Schumacher is very fortunate to have him on their team. He keeps me coming back to the dealership for service as opposed to going to privately owned repair shops for servicing and repairs.

Schumacher Volvo staff and Julio Wells, our sales representative, were very pleasant to work with and very helpful throughout the process of leasing our new XC90, starting with multiple test drives for me and my wife and ending with negotiating our trade in and lease agreement. When Julio could not give us a tutorial on how to setup our preferences due to his Mother s sudden hospitalization, another sales representative, Richard Silverman happily filled in and did an excellent job. If you re looking for a Volvo, I would recommend them highly.

I was in the auto business for 20 years with Mercedes but now retired. Know the tricks and the games. I must say that for the first time i enjoyed shopping for a car because of the people you have at the WPB dealership. Total professionals. My wife and I got there late on a friday night when it was closed. I saw through the door that someone was in his office and knocked on the door. Matt came out with a smile. I asked if we could just sit in a car to see if my wife liked it. Instead of saying we are closed he invited us in. We stayed two minutes and he took our names so someone could call in the morning. We were called by Richard Silverman. What a gentleman! I was a Business Manager with MB and wish we had people like him at our dealership. If I still was working I would have tried to recruit him. He worked with us so patiently and made sure he understood our needs. My wife wasn t feeling well and we had to leave. He never acted like a typical salesman with an attitude that we were leaving. He showed genuine concern for my wife. We were so impressed that we went back on Monday to join the family and drive away with our new XC60. We met Theo and he was a gentleman. Our Finance person was Jim. First class. Of course we had to discuss business as we both have spent years in the same position, but it was more like talking with a friend. Even the rest of the staff there noticed my wife and i were back and even though Rich was our salesperson they went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, Damn what a culture you have developed there! You all are to be congratulated. Now i know what you all mean when you say come join the family . That is how the whole experience felt. Like we were family.

After getting a flat on I-95, I called them and they took excellent care of me, and the car considering that I didn t have an appointment. I bought my first ever new car with Schumacher Volvo last week. My sales rep was Steven Henriquez, and he was great to work with. Personable, friendly, easy to get ahold of, and transparent about everything. Absolutely nothing like the stereotypical old school car salesman you worry about. On delivery day, he personally picked me up from the airport and immediately went into action to fix a couple last-minute issues. Post-delivery, he has still been in touch to make sure things are going well which is much appreciated.Jim Gilarmo in Finance Dept was solid too. He wasn't too pushy about adding on extras that I wasn't interested in. He was quick and efficient in helping get the paperwork together for my bank's auto loan.The dealership itself was clean and welcoming. Honestly just a nice experience overall, especially for someone who flew across the country to get a car.

For reference: My 2016 XC60 was experiencing high oil consumption.Previous dealer sent me home 3 times with a big bill and a continued issue. Also disregarded my concerns about my vehicle.I was having issues with my local dealer, leaving every visit frustrated and defeated. I decided to look for a new dealership when I found Schumacher Volvo and I will never turn back! I was assigned Devin as my service advisor and he went above and beyond in his customer service. He listened to all of my questions and concerns and jumped on the job immediately. He is friendly, personable, supportive, communicative, and makes every step simple.Incredibly thankful to find a dealer who is friendly and efficient and doesn t send you home with an unresolved issue!Highly recommend!
