We had Damien Perez who made me a believe again that great buying experiences do exist!!! I really went in there not expecting to leave with a car but I had hopes. At first the trade in value of my old car was not what I hoped for. Damien saw I was not happy and had me wait while he talked to his manager. To my very surprise they came back and gave me great news! Not only did they increase the trade in value but they took off from the price of the car!!!!! They even waved a few fees! Gave me the price I wanted to pay! i would like to add that I went to Gunther and they could not even work with me! So guess what Im now part of the Schumacher Family!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU! I love my new 2024 Volkswagan Atlas SE !!!!!!!!!

I purchased my 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport from Schumacher last week! Philip was my sales guy, and I can t say enough about him and the team at Schumacher! Philip was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient! The whole process, that everyone usually hates, was no hassle and signing took 1 hour! Schumacher is fast, efficient and gave me a great value for my trade and great price on my new ride! I will be back!

We had a great experience working with Tyler Macmillan at Schumacher Volkswagen! I recently reached out to Schumachef Volkswagen of West Palm Beach about a Tiguan I saw online. I was called the following day to schedule an appointment. After scheduling with Damien Perez. I did tell him I was pressed for time and needed to be in and out within 2 hours. Damien had me all setup and ready to go when I arrived. We test drove the Tiguan then returned back to dealership to start the buying process. Damien was helpful and knowledgeable. Damien then introduced me to the fiance manager AJ. He was also very helpful. AJ was able to get me to the amount I wanted to pay monthly. He was helpful in choosing an insurance policy. Both Damien and AJ were both great and an asset to the Schumacher team. Will definitely suggest to friends.

I leased a VW Atlas Cross Sport 5 months ago and was told it needed servicing only once per year, including changing the oil. Well, my oil and tire lights both came on. I put air in my tires but the panel kept showing I did not. I made an appointment and got there 10 minutes early. I waited a half hour for my service rep Donna. She came out and asked why I was there (it was noted in my appointment I made online). She had no idea what to do and neither did any other person she asked including the "master technician". They filled my tires to 41 PSI (recommended is 36) and told me not to worry about oil as there was no way to check it because my model has no dip stick. Was told to wait until it was Below the minimum line on my dash panel. What really got me Angry is that I received an email today telling me I Missed my appointment yesterday!!! Good way for them to be off the hook if something happens to the car under a lease! When calling today I was informed the Service Manager is off today and to call back Monday. RIDICULOUS

I had a mechanical issue with my Volkswagen and Michael S Fox was extremely detail oriented to my needs, super transparent with the next steps for repairing the issue and set up expectations with me along the way. I sincerely appreciated all the efforts he and his team did to ensure I d receive my vehicle back in running order and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend him and his team at Schumacher VW.

I just wanted to say that my recent car shopping experience at Schumacher VW in Palm Beach was awesome.....and that's never a thing I've ever said before! I've always had bad experiences in the past that never ended up well. Philip was my salesperson and even came in on his day off to make sure the deal happened. He was patient, cordial and on point. He got me the price and my trade-in value where it needed to be to close the deal. AJ, the financial guru and mastermind, made the numbers work, secured my financing, and didn't force "fluff n' stuff" that I didn't need or want. They wrapped up the deal quickly and effortlessly, and I didn't need to spend my entire spring break at the dealership. I felt like I was hanging out with a cool group of guys who worked well together. These guys are great and I'll be back there next to get my wife a new whip. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Eric was very professional and made sure I wasn t inconvenienced in anyway. I had to leave my truck longer than expected. I had a loaner vehicle dropped off and picked up once my truck was ready. Recommend if you knew your car serviced. This is the place to go.

Donna was absolutely FANTASTIC. From her customer service skills, to her timely follow ups, keeping us up to date on the status of our back order parts to scheduling the list goes on and on. She truly made what could have been a stressful 2 month experience feel seamless and efficient. Moving forward we will only be dealing with her whenever we need anything from VW. Be careful of the lies from the service manager, where you are in the finance office, he quoted and overcharged for extended service plans, and is not willing to do anything about it, I called one of their employees or service writers, and one of the competitors to verify the pricing. It takes away from good salespeople, and quality people in finance. And leaves a bad taste. Especially with this is my fourth vehicle in nine years.

It has been over a month since I have leased my 2023 Volkswagen Jetta and all I can honestly say is, I am very pleased with the way I was able to take a look at the vehicle, explain what features we're included, test driving the vehicle, and being able to lock in a reasonable monthly cost to lease the vehicle. I would like to thank Damien Perez, A.J., Luis, Paul, and the entire VW Schumacher crew who have attended to me with great ambition and dedication.
