Had a wonderful experience with manager Tim and his team over at Schumacher Subaru. Upon arriving, Luana greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. Each time I ve encountered her she s always seemed so pleasant and eager to help. Tim, Mike Boden, and Nigel Jarrett collectively went above and beyond in helping us when we came in to service the vehicle; they did more than they had to and truly blew us away.In particular, what stood out the most about Tim was his kind, solution-oriented approach to what we were navigating. He s professional, helpful, and customer-service focused. Tim is most definitely the right guy for the job, and it s abundantly clear why he s manager. Well-deserved. Mike, our advisor, did a wonderful job documenting our unique situation over the years doing his best to help us get to a solution as our issue was time sensitive due to warranties with the vehicle. His follow up was also much appreciated. Nigel, the technician, was a wealth of knowledge, offering little tips and tricks and relaying things we should know about our vehicle.A+ and a big thank you to the entire team over at Subaru Schumacher. We will be back

As I'm sitting in the waiting area I'm noticing how each person is being treated and I wanted to do this now. First everyone is very professional and very nice and kind even. I brought my car in for an ac issue and while it worked for a second it stopped. My service advisor Sean was great while there and also very good with me needing to have it checked again. He had me bring it back at my convenience and was ready when I got there, no appt needed and I was also able to add an oil change service. They are very busy but I never felt that I wasn't a priority . I'll do the drive to come here from now on. It's a comfortable place, plus everyone is nice and respectful.

Just leased a 2024 Ascent and Adam made the whole process smooth and painless. He worked with our budget and was very knowledgeable about the features on the car. So happy to be a part of the Schumacher family!

The process was long, but worth it. Ask me again in three months when my new vehicle has grown on me. Emilio was great and extremely patient with me and tried his best to get me the best possible price. Very pleased with everyone involved in the process from looking at several vehicles to the test drive and selecting the best one for me. Then having it cleaned and financing. Driving it off the lot and returning the next day to have more information on how to maximise my new vehicle and to everyone around that was so pleasant and welcoming Schumacher Subaru you rock. Blessings shalom love hope joy.

Attention !!!Check your engine for this part or it will cost you maybe over $2500P26A3,P26A5This code is VERY common on 2019-2021 Subaru Foresters. The Coolant Thermo Control valve for the cooling system is faulty. Subaru knows about the issue with this part, and has already released a new version of this part to replace it with. This will be covered under your factory warranty as well for replacement.I m a really unlucky guy been told by a server manager no warranty for me , because my car over 60k miles .normally is fine , but this is Subaru design flaw, I think it should be recall .Dealer knew about this , but didn t have any massage for anyone or just me. Reason is simple, they are the only Subaru dealer here around like 100 miles , I guess? If they do notice everyone , will keep them really busy and not good for business. Totally understand, only for business, no right or fault. By the way ,what I said about this subaru dealer is hypothesis ,but for you own business good ,I strongly recommend if you don t know about this yet and your car still under warranty, check immediately, and also share this to any Subaru owner you know .At the end , please forgive my broken English.

After having issues with the Subaru dealership near me, I ordered my first car with DJ at Subaru South and had a fantastic experience. I drove over two hours to work with this dealership and I would do it over again! Charlie, the sales manager, was a great help as well. Angie was so helpful in helping me understand all the financing options (especially with it being my first time financing a car). Overall amazing team and I would buy another car from them even across the country! Thank you all so much!!! I love my new Subaru!

I actually enjoy waiting for my car at Schumacher Subaru of West Palm Beach. A friendly, professional staff greets you upon arrival and directs you to your advisor who coordinates services, keeps in touch with the mechanics and reports frequently to let you know the status if your vehicle. My advisor, Sean, made sure my car got every part and service needed and kept me posted each step along the way. The gourmet coffee machine provides delicious, refillable coffee. (Mocha latte-double shot-strong, for me). Great environment, great service, and expert repairs!

wait was long but worth it. i was impressed with everything that was included with our car. we were previous owners to 3 new jeeps and had to ask for extras. our car actually came with a great sun visor for the front, an actual spare tire w/all the trimmings, the hammock for the back of car for groceries or anything else. plus once we went in again to drop off our other set of keys. we got a $25 visa card for gas. and if that weren't enough everyone we've dealt with so far Chris our salesman, Ariel from financing and Myrian who went out of her way to drop off our sunpass which we had left in our trade in at our house. have all made this a marvelous experience for myself and husband. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BRAGGING ABOUT OUR PURCHASE AND THE DEALERSHIP THAT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS, and to think we were only going in for a test drive!

I am giving this dealership a rating of 5 stars... with the understanding that dealerships usually score way beneath that high mark. But I am doing so in relation to all of the other dealerships I have dealt with in years gone by.We purchased our Subaru here a few years back and having purchased the extended warranty we have used Schumacher exclusively for our maintenance and service work. The facilities are nice enough. Decent looking building with a very open and well lighted showroom with high ceilings. Bathroom was clean, coffee was available, along with some minimal snacks (sadly, no donuts) and bottled water. But what compelled me to write this review is my experience with the service advisor. From the beginning we were 'assigned' to 'Arnaud' and each and every time we have visited, he has dealt with us in a friendly and cheerful manner. This is quite opposite from the vast majority of my experiences with service advisors at dealerships. Usually the relationship feels almost adversarial to me... where they 'make' you feel like you are taking up their time, when they blow you off after you express your concerns about a new noise coming from under the hood, or whatever. I just have never had a great experience with a service advisor... before now.Schumacher never have 'pushed' me toward additional purchases (other than the occasional air filter), they have always covered the labor and parts for the warranty work (without attitude or hassle), and they have always given me a quick turnaround, usually having my car ready ahead of schedule.I'm not saying they are perfect... no dealership is. But there is a reason that many, if not most, car dealerships are called 'stealerships'... but I have found this place to not warrant that title. And I give most of the credit to the service advisor, as he had been refreshing to do business with.

Lucas Green is a superb salesman! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Charles Allan was very thorough with our contract and patient. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had! I would definitely recommend Schumacher Subaru of West Palm Beach as everyone there is a class act!

My service advisor Sean was great! The honest and straight-to-business service was a first for me, and it is something that I really appreciated. What a breath of fresh air. I used to always have a sinking feeling in my stomach whenever I had to step foot into a car dealership. Not anymore at this place with the service and treatment I received. Thank you so much for your help and taking good care of me. I ll definitely be back should I need something taken care of for my Crosstrek.

We love our new CrossTrek! Lucas worked hard to find the exact color we wanted with the right options and features. The car had to be brought in from another dealership and we were still able to drive away in it in just a few days. After we completed the sale, Ariel from finance contacted us with an even better rate offered by Subaru. All in all it was an excellent experience!

A wonderful experience going to Schumacher Subaru West Palm Beach! Adam the Sales Manager was so kind helping to find the perfect car for me and put me with the best Sales Consultant ever! Henry made me comfortable and I had a great time learning all about the car. I enjoyed the experience all the way to finance. Tomas explained everything in an easy to understand manner with no pressure. I walked out of there with my 2024 Crosstrek in happy tears and feeling like part of the Subaru Family. Thank you Schumacher Subaru!

Diego was a fantastic salesman, laid out everything in a concise, clear manner and ensured my expectations were realistic and tempered. Diego alone is worth the 5 stars, but the overall experience at the dealership was superb, much better than what I was accustomed to when it comes to going to a dealership.

I wanted to write a fair review while articulating my frustrations. To start, my car is a 2019 Subaru model. It has 34,000 miles. The previous owner only generated 26,000 in four years, so there is little wear and tear. That being said, it was my starter that died. Starters are usually lifetime parts or 100,000-150,000 mile parts not 34,000. 34,000 is basically a new car.I understand the warranty for Subarus is 3 years/36,000 miles (whichever occurs first). And since the starter is not part of the power train, it isn t covered in other federal mandates/warranties that go up to 100,000 miles. I only came to the dealership because I was hoping that it could be replaced either with a discount or some form of help because their product did not live up to its reputation of being reliable and lasting. It was the exact opposite. I felt taken advantage of and did not appreciate them basically throwing their hands up and say it happens and do nothing to try and help. It was very disappointing. I probably should have asked to speak to someone higher than who was helping me because I understand people will not risk their job to help someone save money/cut into the business profits. It is understandable. However, I was irritated when the same sales associate told me they don t make things like they used to, which does not instill confidence in your brand that I have invested thousands into. Additionally, they suggested I buy an extended warranty, which we know is probably useless with a bunch of fine print. This was after I had dropped nearly $1,300 because their machinery failed while being a new car. Even if it was meant to be helpful, it was in poor taste. At the end, they joked that hopefully nothing else breaks on your car for a while, and it took everything in me to not tell them Subaru should make better quality cars. When I was there, they said that the starter does not have after market parts so I would have to buy their model and that they only had two in stock. For such a large dealership, if you only have two in stock that says one of two things: this is a common issue and you have to replace a lot of starters or its not a common issue and you don t have to replaces starters often. Both would support the idea that I should have been given more assistance than shelling out full price for an engineering/manufacturing failure. I would gladly have paid for the labor costs even though $275/hour is outrageous knowing most of it does not go to the people actually working on the car. Another issue was when I was told about the labor cost, I was told, at least you re not at BMW, they charge $550/hour. I was not at BMW. I was at Subaru. Once again, that did not show this product and service was worth the value. It was tone deaf and further reinforced that taking my business to this establishment was a waste of time because they won t help you. To me, service is more than installing items quickly. It is ensuring quality control. I always knew dealerships were not the most cost effective way to fix you car and really, I would only come if there was a recall or a simple service that wouldn t make me pay their outrageous labor cost, but this experience reaffirmed how not worth your time or money it is.If this were any other circumstance where the part had died and had properly run its course, I would have been fine eating the entire cost, but I did not feel I am getting the value out of this car. I understand that they may not have sold me this car, but as an authorized dealer and service center, you are the representative/extension of the brand.I chose to write a review so that anyone with starter issues before 100,000 miles could be aware of how this business operates, but also because I know I am not being unreasonable. If my car had little wear and tear on it, it s a mechanical issue.Pros: the service shop was efficient. It was only an hour and a half to replace the part and they washed my car and vacuumed the insides. It was just the stuff before that determined how I rated this business.

The service and experience were of the highest caliber. I was particularly impressed by the attentiveness and proactivity of the staff. Their actions demonstrated that they valued my presence, which is not always the case in today's environment.

I will never purchase a. Vehicle from Schumacher Buick ever again. I was going to recommend my sister and her best friend to go there to purchase vehicles because they are looking to purchase a vehicle. I would never recommend them to go to shoe Marc Buick. Bad service I left there with an empty tank of gas. I was not happy with the service or the people I dealt with there.

My mother recently bought a 2024 Subaru Outback from Schumacher Subaru in West Palm Beach. Diego Solano, the sales representative, handled the transaction from start to finish extremely well. The best parts of the experience were his attention to detail, timely communication, and overall great customer service. He answered all our questions and even delivered the car to my mom's house as she transferred plates from her old car.She test drove several models and eventually chose the Outback. Diego took his time test driving the different cars with her and didn't pressure her to make a quick decision. The only slight hiccup was one of the managers overseeing the sale didn't know about DocuSign. I, as a co-owner, had to sign from out of state and he wanted to FedEx the contract to me. That struck me as odd as people buy houses from out of state all the time, but according to this manager, I had to sign hardcopy.Once he left, I asked the Finance representative named Ariel, to look into the matter. 10 minutes later, he said, "I'm sending you the sales contract over Docusign."So, there you have it, see Diego and ask for Ariel in Finance and you'll be well taken care of.

Update: I just spent $120 in the parts department and tried using a complimentary car wash coupon that was sent to me, with the service department. She told me no very rudely and said it's only complimentary if you get service done. The coupon said nothing about getting service done in order to get a car wash. Simply put - she was being rude and lazy! Please don't send me coupons if I can't use them!!!! False advertisingI love my Subaru Crosstrek very much and if I need any parts or services.. This is the place to go!

So, I've been in the market for a 2023 WRX premium for a little over a month. Just so you know, I have never bought a brand new car before. I was excited but a bit fearful of what was to come. So since it was my first new car, I was taking my time and went to quite a few dealerships, mainly just to gather information of the vehicle and the offers they had. All of the salesmen and managers were polite, but they were a bit pushy. I reiterated that I was just doing my research, but even then, they wanted me to buy the car right there and then. But then, I went to Schumacher Subaru of West Palm Beach. I'm from the Fort Lauderdale area, I didn't really want to go up there, but I did. I had an appointment with Kailey Izzi. From the get-go, I was straightforward, letting her know I was just doing my research and that I wasn't going to buy a car that day (12/09/23). She was courteous and helpful with all the questions that I had; she made me feel at ease. But what surprised me the most is that she was taking her time showing me every little thing of the vehicle. Of course, I wasn't going to remember it all, but unlike all the other salesmen(from other dealers), she wanted to take make sure I liked the car. She even helped me to compare a regular sound system and the Harman Kardon one. And when we sat down to talk numbers, Kailey and Nick were straight forward with the pricing (Everyone else, their markup was insane). But at Schumacher Subaru, they offered me something I couldn't resist, I couldn't say no. So I got myself a WRX 2023 Premium . Nick and Kailey, but specifically Kailey, made my car buying experience wonderful. All I can say is thank you!On another note, I brought my car in to service on Wednesday. I was greeted by Phill, who was attentive and reassured me that Shane was going to take care of my car. Shane was also attentive and helpful answering some questions that I had. Seems like you guys have a pretty good team.
