My sales person was excellent. From the first greeting to the end Trey was very nice. Polite, honest and very helpful. Trey made it as easy and fast as he could. He answered all my questions and took the time to show me as much as I wanted. I never felt rushed or disappointed.He is fantastic!The finance person was very good and very helpful. He got me the best finance option that he could and made several phone calls to give me the best interest.DetailingIt is a new car, but if is promised to detail it, it should be detailed, because even new, it has been showed to other people that has driven it and sat down in it and touched it every where.The only part that I wasn't completely satisfied was the detailing of the car, it seems like they did not do anything, the car looked inside exactly as it was when I drove it. It had fingerprints and marks that showed that it was not detailed at all on the inside.

Overall a great car buying experience. Karen was great and I can t remember the finance guys name because it was so late but he was so nice and gave my 3 year old daughter her favorite popsicle and snacks. He has 3 sons I do remember that! My only gripe, no fault of their own was that it was 8 pm and we had a 3 hour drive home and work the next day with a tired 3 yo who didn t nap all day and had to stop and get gas for $5 a gallon along the main over priced drag there because the tank was 1/4 full and we had to drive through the gas less Everglades. Heck I could ve got the gap insurance policy in total for the price of that gas. the dealership gas was broken and usually they fill. But if that s the only thing to put a dent in the experience I d say we re doing pretty good!

The work was done quickly and professionally. Luis helped me with a connectivity problem between my car and my new iPhone. He actually got in the car and not only made certain the phone could make and receive calls, he checked to ensure I had my Pandora. This is the kind of service I expect at Schumacher.

Excellent service. Louis and the mechanic who worked on my GMC Yukon XL did an excellent job! Thank you. Please make sure you appreciate the people who work for you. These men helped me were patient and always kind to me. These days with customer service it's very difficult to find people who value their jobs and go above and beyond. The so-called qualified technician had no idea what he was doing! Couldn't figure out that the front and rear differentials were bad for the second time in two years, with low miles (2019 diesel Canyon)! So, I had to drive back over and drive it with the technician. We drove about 200 feet, and it was so evident that it was laughable!!! They had the truck for a week before they even started on it, and even then I wasn't notified with any updates as to what the issue was until I actually drove over on a Saturday, which I found out there's only a skeleton crew on Saturdays. This is my work truck, so had to rent another truck so I can keep working for the 25 days that Schumacher had mine! I asked the service advisor if GMC will pay for my rental, which was $1940.47, and he said: "Yes, of course. Bring the invoice and I'll submit it." Well, I'm sure you can guess how that went went! I gave him the invoice and he changed his tune! He said: "Well, I'll submit it, maybe they'll pay it.....maybe they won't.....or maybe some of it." That was on 2/2/24, and to this day (3/7/24) I haven't heard a word!! This was on top of them sending me home after the first appointment because they claim they didn't have a qualified Technician, nor a foreman! So, I had to reschedule for about a week and a half later. I'm a very busy man and really don't have time for this incompetence at Schumacher! I'm really hoping someone gets back to me real soon about the rental reimbursement! I won't hold my breath, but it won't be the last time they hear from me!!

The people were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I think someone should have given us a tour of the vehicle. This is our first GMC and is really different from our prevous vehicles. I asked about a full owners manual and was assured there was one, but there wasn t one when we got home. Overall I would definitely recommend Schumacher for a vehicle.

Terrible experience from buying the car to taking it to get serviced. Each time my service manager is no where to be found or on lunch, meanwhile none of the other service people care to help. It somehow takes multiple hours past their time estimate for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The car salesman I dealt with felt very pushy with what he thought I should have not what my wants were. I was also pressured into buying extra packages and the one I did get, maintenance, they re not finding any record of it although my copies show it. Now that they aren t honoring the package I purchased, I ll gladly take my money and time elsewhere.

I ve had a Yukon Denali on order with this dealership since March 15 2023. A. Paulding took my initial order and then I was told that N.Jacques would be keeping me updated on my order. I left a deposit, I ve called and visited the dealership many time over the last 10 months and neither of these people are ever available to speak with me about my order or returning my deposit. I ve emailed and left voicemails and still nothing. Hopefully with this poor review they will finally return an email or phone call to me. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership and I would like my money back!!***Update 2/5/24***I was able to reach a customer service representative whom was helpful. Ultimately the vehicle that I wanted to order (that I thought WAS ordered), that I called multiple times about and went into the dealership and spoke to my salesman about WAS NEVER ORDERED. While I was trying to find the $500 deposit on my credit card- I found that the transaction never processed. Why was this not resolved through my multiple calls and visits to the dealer? Not a single person ever took the time to realize that there was no order for me because my deposit had never processed.

My service advisor Luis Mojica is one first service advisor that I have dealt with in a very long time that follows up and communicates with his customers. I have not had a service advisor that will call you back in such a timely manner and work on getting your issues taken care of as Luis has done for me.I would like to thank him for all the hard work he has put into getting all my troubles solved with my truck since it has been back and forth in the shop since I purchase it.I just hope GM will be able to fix the latest issue I am have with it. Since it had been in the shop six times since and only 6800 miles on it.

Absolutely horrible. Scheduled for an oil change at 10am. At 12pm I went to check if they had even started. They had not. I told them I only had one hour left as I had to pick up my kids from school. They assured me it could be done in time. 1pm I said I really need to leave. They said okay just a minute. It's now 1:15pm and I had to walk over and ask the mechanics to pull out my car asap as I was about to be late to pick up my kids. No apologies for the horrendous wait. I refuse to ever return to this service department.

Had my Sierra towed into the dealership due to it not starting and error message stating Service charging system I get a call a few hours later stating your engine is Seized and has internal damage and needs to go to the dealership that worked on my engine 5 months ago I asked at 3 different conversations what was my issue and each time it was the same .. your engine is Seized and you have to tow it to the other dealership So I tow it the next morning $338 later the other dealership checked it out and within an hour had my Seized Engine running a loose wire was the cause. I don t even think whom ever looked at my truck knew what they were doing..I attempted to contact the service manager 3 different times and NO call back. I finally contacted their Customer Service and was told I refused Diagnostics and they would not help reimburse me for my unnecessary tow.WHY would I bring in my truck if I didn t want it diagnosed for why it won t start and You a have to ask a customer first for them to REFUSE I was never asked. They use to be my go to dealership.. with this type of trained help. I ll drive the extra miles and go somewhere else. Customer Service is not in their Books anymore!!

I have had five vehicles with Schumacher and two trucks with GMC. However, when it comes to servicing my truck, I have only dealt with Robert "Bob" Jenkins. For years, Bob has delivered quality service. He's a pleasure to work with and in a world where nobody seems to care about the customer. Bob sure does!

Everything went fairly well except one of my issues was my tires were separating so schumacher looked and see the tires are defective and wrote in the report they were defective but didn't offer to replace or anything under my current active warranty which clearly shows tires are included on the limited bumber to bumper through warranty through Gmc. So being I bought this truck from schumacher I was really hoping for a little more help with this situation. Now I'm currently going on 5 days on a callback from gmc that was supposed to only be 24 hrs call back. They will never call. They don't want to help unless their forced which is absolutely awful and drains you. Thank you for all of the other service work that I got that was good. Nestor was a good help.

Edwin was excellent no high pressure sales. He answered all my questions and took so much time with me. I enjoyed the time at the dealership and everyone was so nice to me. I learned how to drive with a Buick. I loved the Envision so I bought it and love every minute driving the car.

Nestor Antigua is the best service manager we know. Had a bad tire sensor which they diagnosed, but did not have the part immediately available. They found it locally and brought it to the dealership so the car could be prepared on the spot. Always good service and very personable and helpful suggestions.

Buyer beware. I purchased a brand new 2023 GMC 2500HD pickup off the lot in September, 2023 and had it shipped to me. It arrived with only one key and remote. When I called Antuan Burgois, the salesman who had sold me the truck to verify that he had given the second key to the delivery driver, he told me that they had been "unable to locate" the second key when they prepped the truck for shipping. He agreed that a new truck is supposed to come with two keys, and said he would check if they had a new key in stock that he could ship to me, or if it would be better for me to get a key programmed locally. I send him the quote for a new remote from my local dealer, but now I get no response from phone calls or emails.Update five days later, two days after review response from Schumacher promising to reach out "as soon as possible" - no communication yet from Schumacher. Zip, zilch, zero, nada.Update again, another week later and nothing yet from Schumacher. It appears obvious to me that the dealership has no interest in resolving the issue.

The tech you gave me for my service was horrible. I had a 10 am appt which I arrived 45 mins early to. The tech made me wait until the 9:30 appt was taken care of first, which I understand, his car was taken straight away. I was then told by the tech it would be 3-4 hours before my truck would even be looked at. Also made some references comparing himself to a dr. Needless to say, I didn t have my truck serviced (Im not going to go into the issue with the gentleman and my car keys). Luckily i had an appt with Shane to for my window deflectors which he got me in and out within 2 hours. Again my truck wasn t even serviced. I m not going into the issues with the truck because making some one wait 3-4 hours just to have the truck looked at, regardless of what the issue is, is just insane

I ve done business here a couple times, unfortunately none has been pleasant! My recent visit was more of the same, brought my Yukon Denali to them because the front illuminated emblem stop working. Of course theres a $280 diagnostic fee, after paying the parts person says oh I forgot to tell you there s no clear time frame for when the parts will arrive. It could be weeks or even months for a part that s on back order! I wish you would have told me that before I gave up $280 bucks just to tell me hey even if you wanted to get it fixed ( which I did) we don t have it. Waive the $280.. It literally took them 15 minute to tell me that after I had already paid for the diagnostic fee!

Buying a new vehicle is stressful enough, but then factor in a Trade. I went to Schumacher GMC Buick on Okeechobee. I dealt with Justin Teolis, about my trade in, and a purchase of a 2022 GMC Canyon, He's the guy you want. Can not say enough good things. No stress with back and forth on prices, Justin right up front with you, on both ends. Could not be happier with trade in, and purchase. I left there with a Nice 2022 GMC Canyon, got a great deal on both sides. You want to look for Justin Teolis, just a great guy to work with. I bought my Truck at Schumacher GMC, and I will have it serviced there. Just a really good experience over all. Look for Justin, he will take good care of you.

If I could put a review of no stars this would be a more ideal assessment of this dealership! I special ordered and built my dream truck, waited months for it to come in only to be strong armed out of it by this dealership. I was low balled on my truck trade in, a ceramic coating costing 3000 was added to my cost of the build by the dealership and then I was offered an almost 5% interest rate via GM Financial (while they ran a hard inquiry on my credit report 5 times and only offered the 5% via GM) with a credit score above 750! I walked out and away from my dream truck when I was basically threated that it will be sold immediately to someone else if I didn't agree to their ridiculous offer. I was already paying MSRP and above! When is enough, enough?; and this kind of treatment considered to be taking advantage of the situation or even price gouging? Shame on you Schumacher of WPB, shame on you!

Went to look at a new GMC Acadia Denali package. Asked for a test drive. Sales guy took 10 minutes to play with his phone and still not back. When we were leaving we saw the sales person outside the building just hanging out and texting. Shop elsewhere, they clearly don't care about someone interested in purchasing a 60k+ vehicle.

I m having problem with Apple Car Play. Audio intermittently does not come through car speaker , but instead through my iPhone. I stopped by to have a tech take a Quick Look as it was happening. That was not possible so I made an appointment fort service and of course, it was working fine for my appointment . They were not able to duplicate the problem.Of course it happened again two days ago and worked okay yesterday. So my issue is that I cannot get it looked at when it is happening therefore it will never be addressed.
