Pasquale of Schumacher body shop has a wonderful team of caring and professional individuals , Carlos being one of those team members knowing exactly what to do... My car was rear-ended so the bumper and muffler were damaged. My dad and I are very satisfied with how they repaired my car. It really looks brand new again. I recommend this body shop because of their quick repair despite the holidays and how helpful they were throughout the process. A+ team....!

Can't express my gratitude enough to the Schumacher Body Shop team. They repaired my Challenger with a broken rear axle, damaged suspension, damaged body panels, and a damaged rim.They returned the car as if nothing happened to it at all. Looks brand new and the repair quality is second to none.They were communicative throughout the entire repair process and never minded when I called in for additional updates.

Took my Volvo to Schumacher Body Shop. Pasquale Massaro was beyond helpful. He fixed my side view mirror temporarily and ordered me a new one. He was just fantastic and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be repetitive customer and will highly recommend him to all.

My insurance company recommended Schumacher after a serious accident. They picked up my car when promised and had the first estimate in a timely basis. As more problems were found, I was keep informed via text. I had many questions throughout and I was always given knowledgeable answers. Two people stand out. Rita from the office who answered many questions regarding my difficult and uncommon problem. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The second person is Steve M. He kept me updated at every change and even when no change. When my car was ultimately totaled, Steve explained what happened. He was nothing but knowledgeable, professional and friendly as I said goodbye to my car. He answered another onslaught of questions without ever rushing me of acting too busy. I HIGHLY recommend Schumacher.

Pasquale Massaro is incredible! He was able to locate my key and house key that someone else had lost, and kept it safe for me and called me as soon as they found it! He s capable and friendly! There s a reason he s got the most reviews! Request him by name!

Had a oil change at the service department but was sent here to have a panel boardering my wheel looked at as it was popping out and not flush with the car, Pasquale Massaro took care of me with no appointment quickly and efficiently on the spot. Great experience he was very friendly and accommodating would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Dropped my car off just before Thanksgiving for some auto body repairs, Steve M. took over my account and made sure I was in my car before Christmas! He was very efficient and communicated EVERY step of the way with the process of my car! Thanks for the great experience.

I have used them previously and always had a great experience. This time I want everyone to know how much I appreciated them, especially, Steve Morath. I came in expecting to have an entire replacement of bumper; instead he was nice enough to fix it with a few bolts and best part, no charge!! They are honest, reputable and I would not trust my Subaru with anyone else!!

Came for an estimate on your Land Rover. Mr. Massaro was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He put me to rest during this difficult situation. I would highly recommend Mr. Massaro and his team of employees that do exceptionally work.

After my vehicle sat in another auto body shops parking lot for 6+ months with no repair in sight, I brought it into Schumacher auto body. My steering rack (a part on nationwide shortage) was damaged after my accident in June of 2023 and I was told that I needed a brand new part, which was on backorder and with no ETA. Within weeks of bringing my car into Schumacher auto body, I am driving my vehicle home. Pasquale and team SAVED my vehicle, and was able to repair that part that the other shop never attempted to fix. Pasquale and team went above and beyond, and treats their customers like family!

I was unfortunately in a hit and run on 95 and the entire drivers side of my car required repairs. Lionel was wonderful and made the process of getting the repairs and my car back on the road in pristine condition simple and easy. As for the body work itself, my car looks brand new and I can t even tell it was in an accident. There is not 1 blemish and the paint job is flawless. They even got my car back to me 5 days earlier then promised. I am grateful I chose this body shop and would highly recommend them to my family and friends without reservation!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Pasquale is the best. Very professional! He made sure after a head ache that I was please. He was there for myself and husband with much knowledge and patience. I advise you if you need anyone to make sure you are satisfied after a job at Infiniti - Schumacher that you speak with him.

Dropped into this facility coming off interstate to pick up a part and ended up with a locked up caliper after driving 3 hours to get here. Rita in the front office as well as Pasquale Massaro were more that courteous to me in my situation and stepped up to the plate to get my vehicle back on the road. Mechanical repairs not generally taken care of at a Bodyshop but I am beyond grateful and can never thank them enough for their help and assistance in a pressing matter when they easily could have sent me on my way. Very courteous and would recommend them any day anytime. Thank you MUCHOS

I had Troy help assist me with my 2023 equinox collision claim and he went above and beyond assuring me the best service and work would be performed on my vehicle and because of him and his professionalism he made this experience the best it could possibly be. Robert helped me out with removing some paint stains. He met me at the Delray beach dodge dealership rather than me having to drive to west palm beach. He was super helpful and really cared about my car and making sure I was a happy customer. Thank you Robert!!!!

I am want to congratulate Rita POZZUOLI for her excellent service and follow up letting me know every day the status of the repairs. Troy Lachod also was instrumental in making sure that everything was done correctly and made sure that a tire that I needed from Volvo Schumacker was replaced. I appreciated both of their help and for making sure before I left Volvo, it was safe to drive my car

I very much appreciated working with Pasquale as my collision estimator. He was extremely helpful and told me I could bring the car back if I had any problems or additional adjustments. I also noticed several senior citizens waiting to get their cars repaired. Pasquale and the other staff members brought the folks chairs to sit in while they waited and I appreciated how well they treated everyone. Therefore, I would highly recommend Schumacher, in fact I drove an hour to use it, and I hope you find your experience to be as pleasant as mine was. Thanks
