Jason the service advisor and the rest of the crew here are solid. Always receive courteous and speedy service here. They are very honest and have some of the best prices in west palm beach. Would definitely recommend making this your go to auto shop.

Spiros and his team are awesome!!! Helped me with my Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van. Dropped off at 10am and it was ready by 11am. Kudos to RP Auto Spa!

Took my 2016 civic for tire change and alignment. Reasonably priced and very professional. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use their service in a future

Tough oil change, but these guys figured it out, and what a great job they did! They had a genuine concern about my car. No one cares like they do. I would give them a 10 if I could. I recommend these guys wholeheartedly for any auto work!! I had oil changed on 1 ride and 2 plugs on another car and 5 star each time!

Tremendous work and above and beyond customer service. Got a new tire and oil change. Great communication from Jason and his team along with exceptional pricing. I will definitely be returning to Royal Palm Auto Spa and recommending them going forward.

First time to the service facility. They were friendly and quick to have my oil changed, check my rear brakes and rotate the tires. They also made recommendations for future services, which I will have done at their shop. Thank you.

Beware! After bringing my car to this place and getting an oil change, they created an oil leak and quoted me a price for oil gasket repair. I declined because I knew this was either false, or created by the technician. Prior to this, there were no oil leaks noted on my driveway. Afterwards, there s oil noted all over my driveway Do not bring your car here. They are not very honest.

We ran over something just now where the city is doing construction on the corner. Another car had gotten a flat in front of us too. We made it here and they came right out and helped us. I will be back for sure to replace my tires. They all were so nice here and professional here. I would really say this place is A+ in my book. I can't say enough nice things about them here. We are new to Florida and I'm glad we stumbled upon this repair shop. Absolutely nice staff. We are very thankful to you all.

My check engine light came on while I was driving, and then my car died. After that single incident my car would not start, but it had started just fine up until that single incident. I had it towed to them because I had heard good things.After they had "assessed" the car, they told me I just had a bad starter and that my engine was NOT locked up, and I was quoted $900-$1000 for a starter. They seemed like they were either being dishonest/inconsistent/lazy or at least not logical/competent in their assessment of my problem. So I trusted my gut and ran from them - I had my car towed from their shop after having a pretty intense bad feeling that they did not do a very good job of logically assessing the problem with the car based on what happened.TURNS OUT MY ENGINE IS LOCKED UP after I was told it was not, and after I was told to spend $1000 on a starter instead. I am glad I trusted my gut because I need that money for a new car now.I got a recommendation to see them, but I will not be recommending them to anyone

Needed to have a tire patched. Everywhere else wanted me to wait for hours. Royal Palm Auto Spa had me in and out in <10 minutes and were very friendly as well.

July 19,2023 Excellent service! Trustworthy and reliable! Since I moved here they are the only place I will trust with my Jeep Cherokee! They only do what s necessary and always affordable. Welcoming and friendly staff. I m a older widow and I trust them and their advice . I always recommend their services to all my neighbors and coworkers! -Always exceeds my expectations! My second experience here and the entire process is easy and stress free! They came highly recommended when I moved here from Orlando!As a widow it was important to find a place I could trust with the care of my Jeep! The staff is friendly, respectful and attentive. Making an appointment for an oil change is highly recommended. They check everything out in a timely manner and make recommendations only when necessary for safety. Unlike so many commercial oil change companies that make frivolous upgrade recommendations. I trust them implicitly.I thought the Jeep was ready for a tire rotation and yes they recommended it.I highly recommend Royal Palm Auto Spa!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I was pretty happy with their service, in particular their punctuality, and I let them service my four vehicles for a few years, until they charged (my wife), for the two and last oil changes, the price related to a 6-quart oil change instead of a 4-quart. And let s add some shop consumables, why not?

My son traveled all the way from SC to stay at my house before an important meeting the next morning in Fort Lauderdale. He was on his way the next morning when he noticed his car was overheating. We were originally on the way to another auto shop when we stumbled upon RPAS. I told my son to take his car there instead. There was a $200.00 diagnostic that will go towards the price of the repairs.They ran the diagnostic very quick and called us with what was causing the overheating with pricing. Once they got the go ahead it did not take long before the car was up and running. I would recommend this place.

Excellent! I completely trust them with my car. The older car I shuttle my grandbabies around in. Brought it in for an overhaul and was told it would run like a new car. It did! Two years later, I ran over something in the road and called them for an urgent repair and check-up. I really appreciate the TLC professional quality attention to detail and their kindness in customer service. Thank you Royal Palm Auto Spa!

Such an amazing place! They have never taken advantage of me (being young). They are honest, humble and super friendly! They genuinely are there to help. I m very picky about who works on my Mini Cooper and I truly will not go anywhere else. I would highly recommend royal palm auto spa to anyone and everyone. You will not be disappointed. Service is amazing prices are even better!!

We had issues with our son's 2007 Mustang rear end and front suspension. We got an estimate of over $4,000 from the dealership. They diagnosed without saying anything the same issues and offered a more cost effective solution for literally half the price. That made sense...It came out great and they back their work by a national 2 year warranty. So far, so good!

I took my 450 GLS Mercedes to get my brakes, rotators., and sensors replaced. I had to bring it back to them for the same job. Come to find out they put Auto Zone parts on my Benz and charged me 1,500. Check your part numbers that s how I found out where my parts came from that they put on. They will never fix another vehicle of mines.

I have been going to this business since they opened. If you find an auto shop you can trust you keep going back. This family is honest and do what they say, everyone knows this is hard to find in any business. It's one thing I don't have to worry about when it's needed.

Spiro and his team are so amazing. I came in with a leaking tire after a near by shop informed me that this would be an all day repair. I m glad I found Royal Palm Auto not only were they able to repair my tire I was in and out within 15 minutes. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. If you need auto repairs this is the place to go. Thank you to the team that got me back on the road quickly and safely.

BE CAREFUL. This place ripped me off completely. My car broke down and I drove it to this place and they said the reasoning for my car breaking down was because it needed a new coil. When I drove away, I didn t get even 2 miles before it started doing the same thing. They charged me $500 and I choose to go to a different more reliable mechanic they charged me $130. A little explanation on why it is so expensive would be nice but he hasn t seemed to respond back to me. The first picture is all of his charges, the second picture was what the second mechanic charged me. Just want others to be more aware or get a second opinion.

I had been turned away from Al Packer Ford, from whom I bought the car and gave plenty of business, for a minor repair, for the fourth time from their shop which had a sign saying no appointment necessary. So I saw this shop as I was going home and just on a whim dropped in on them. They politely and quickly repaired my directional and brake light. UPDATE: I have a small car collection (a c4 Corvette, a 2002 Thunderbird and a Mustang) and have taken all of my cars there and I am always happy with my treatment and the quality of the repairs.Service: Electrical
