Overall..it was a good experience. This Toyota service department is one of the better locations I've dealt with. Didn't have to wait long for my car to be serviced. Hot tea/ coffee available while you wait. Mario was pleasant and not pushy as some other advisors could be. Even washed the car.

Palm Beach Toyota got me in and out quick for my 11,000 mile oil change today. Best Service experience I ve had in a while. The waiting area was incredible and my advisor Miguel did an amazing job.

I have never experienced the wonderful service that I have received at your dealership. I bought my 2020 Toyota Corolla sport almost 4 years ago. I love it! I am a loyal Toyota customer. I look forward to going in for maintenance checkups etc. The reason for this is because of Daniel Davila. He is professional, friendly, efficient and is truly an asset to your dealership. He always has a smile and is very aware of how to take care of your customers. I hope you let him know what a great job he is doing in some special way. He deserves it believe me. Thank you for your time.

Treated perfectly with respect David was great. He brought Brian in to go through the electronics with me and passed on a no charge for helping me with the electronics in my radio. Totally recommend for sale or service beautiful place.

Customer service was great but very very slow I had a 9:30 appointment and was told car would be done in no more than 2 hours max. It took 4 hour and 30 minutes very unacceptable. I had to cancel my 1;30 appointment. Plus my car was not brought to the front and I had to walk the parking lot to look for it then still wait for my bill to be adjusted so in all 5 hours. I m more than likely will go back to Southern 441 . I can t lose time and money .

This is my second time using the service department since buying my Rav4. Both times I have had the pleasure of working with Jerry and would ask for him in the future. He is polite, professional, friendly and efficient. And the service team working on my car was so fast. The waiting area is spacious, with specialty coffees provided and plenty of space. I have been to a dealership for service closer to my home with my last car, and although it was fine, Palm Beach Toyota takes it up a notch. I highly recommend.

Eric is the best. His Customer Service Skills should be a standard for all other associates. Bought two vehicles at a Palm Beach Toyota and it s the only place where I get them serviced. Keep up the good and transparent work.

i came in at the end of day and I was greeted with a warm welcome and walked over to Erik at the desk. He w handled my service professionally and quickly. There was no hard sell to purchase anything extra. I had told him not to worry about washing my car at the end of service but once he saw the car he had it washed for me anyway. I will definitely go back to him again

The service I received from Palm Beach Toyota was wonderful. My service adviser Pablo is the best. The other competitor down on Southern Blvd quoted a price for my service that I did not think was a fair price. So, I call Palm Beach Toyota and got a fair price. If you want to experience the same service, go see Pablo.

I was early for my appointment. I normally go to Deerfield location this location 100% better cleaner more professional Mauricio was great told me it d be about an hour and 20 minutes. It only ended up being about 45 minutes was in and out no problem highly recommend this location.

Will not be returning- multiple parts of my recent visit left me with a bad taste. After being told my rear brakes were red and absolutely needed to be replaced- when picking up the car after having it done, the printed inspection report listed them as yellow and Mario very quickly shrugged that off and starting scribbling all over the paper to say that there was a typo. He also charged me $60 for new windshield wipers that I never agreed to and tried to argue that those were free because he had done some sketchy back end discounts and the total is still less than I quoted you on the phone so it doesn t matter. Ultimately I do believe I overpaid for the services I agreed to (which may or may not have even been necessary) and was charged for others that I didn t consent to and simply cannot trust this service department to provide transparent and trustworthy service on my vehicle moving forward.

This is not the closest dealership to me, but I continuously go to this dealership for all of my services! Daniel really does a great job in making sure I am satisfied with their services and makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend making your way to this dealership and requesting Daniel when you re getting your car serviced!

Fellipe Cortte, was my Service Advisor and from the very beginning he provided me with the best service in helping me getting all the mechanical work done that my Toyota Tacoma needed. It was a big job and he always kept me up to date with repairs. If anything goes wrong with my truck again, he s my guy and the first place I will go to. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle repairs and was able to break everything down in simple terms which showed me he is a master of his job. Great work was done and great customer service.

I went to Palm Beach Toyota for an alignment and wow, they did not disappoint. It feels like I've been driving a new vehicle since my alignment was done. Overall, I had a fantastic experience during my service visit. Jerry V and his team were able to identify and fix a few additional issues that I wasn't aware of on my vehicle which gives me peace of mind. Thanks Jerry!

Couldn t have asked for friendlier and/or more responsive service! Live on the west coast of Florida but bought the vehicle at Palm Beach Toyota. Sale transaction was so easy decided to have the service done there. Set up an appointment and drove across the state. They took the car and within an hour advised that a part was needed that was not in stock. Got a rental car and was on my way back home within 90 minutes! When the vehicle was fixed, I was immediately advised and told them I d be back the next morning. No problem!!! Upon arrival the next morning, I was in and out within 15 minutes. I appreciate them respecting my time, keeping me informed, and an overall great experience!

Service was great.I was originally booked to see Mauricio, but he wasn t available, so Anthony took care of me. He was very efficient and helpful throughout the whole experience and ordered a lift home for me that I didn t have to wait around for it. This is the kind of service that I appreciate. I made an appointment for an oil change. When I get there and check in I was also told that I was due to have my filtered changed. Sure why not go ahead and do it. When I check out I was told they only did my filter change because I wasn t due for an oil change I still had 500 miles left. REALLY!! I took the day off of work to get the oil change and you couldn t tell me that when I checked In I would have told you to go ahead and change it. They told me I was only due for tire rotation. Even the light on my car was on stating I need an oil change. So you turn the light off and now I have to come back in July (what the sticker on my windshield says) which would be more than 500 miles. Please be respectful of peoples personal time.

They do great work but they take too long , two hours turned into three.Why have appointments? Everyone there is Great !This visit was right on schedule 1 hour just like the adviser stated.
