Amazing quality service and wonderful staff! Sonia is awesome and super efficient, she Made my repair easy to understand and incredibly fast! My car was finished the next day, even after ordering a part that was needed. I will always come to PB Coachworks with my vehicle s needs.I Recommend them to anyone you know who needs repairs. Amazing people (especially Sonya). They were like having good friends making a bad situation painless. They took us to get the rental car company, besides calling them ahead of time. Palm Beach Coachworks did an excellent job of repairing the damages on our vehicle. Sonya called me to keep us updated. Customer service and satisfaction is a rarity now days. The moment I walked into the office Sonia and the staff greeted me with a smile. Sonia was absolutely amazing. She was pleasant, refreshing and very detailed oriented. She explained the work that would be done to replace my bumper and when I could expect to have my car back. A week later, and as promised, my car was ready, and the new bumper was top notch. The staff at Palm Beach Coachworks are great! Friendly , good communication , fast work , quality work . Everything worked out so smoothly with the insurance company and rental car. They drove me to pick up my rental and made sure I had everything ready.*You should read fine print regarding payment. I was informed about a 4% fee if you use a credit card to pay, however you can Zelle your payment with no extra charge.

They were amazing. I went to replace my door handle and they took care of it in less than 30 minutes. Everyone very friendly. Sonja that was in the office was great, she explained everything to me and talked to me while I waited. I wasn t able to catch the name of the man that worked on my car but he was amazing as well and very quick.

The service is incredible. The staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. A facility that that has been in business since the 90 s. A place I decided to trust with my vehicle s repairs. Also, they warranty their repairs. One more thing to add, they actually are a guaranteed shop through most car insurances, so that s an extra guarantee as well as peace of mind that the vehicle is in good hands.

I recently had my 2011 Kia Soul repaired at Palm Beach Coachworks and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The staff members were all helpful and friendly, and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my car. A hidden gem truly, the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to finally get a missing part on my car fixed thanks to them, and will definitely be going back anytime I need auto work done! Very thankful :)

I had to have the entire passenger side of my car fixed after some idiot backed out of a parking spot and did a few thousand dollars worth of damage. I took My car to Palm Beach Coachworks- they did an amazing job. The experience with them from beginning to end was seamless! Not even a month after I got my car back, some girl rammed my car as she was trying to merge into my lane, so once again I took my car back to PB Coachworks. The owners are fantastic! Husband and wife team all of the guys at the shop are great! The owner drove me to pick up my rental car both times and even waited at Enterprise with me until I was in the rental ready to go, just to make sure I was able to leave ok. I absolutely recommend using them if you ever need a body shop! I wish I could give them 10 stars! Hands down, the absolute BEST shop in Palm Beach County!!Service: Body & Trim

God I have nothing but postive things to say to this place. The customer service is one of the best i've ever experienced every time I called. Any time I was confused or needed help they walked me through the steps in a very friendly manner. Sonia was an absoulute sweet heart and was very patient with me helping me with my insurance suppliment. Can't reccommend this place enough!

Palm Beach Coachworks is an absolutely amazing company! They were a pleasure to work with. Very professional and helpful. Their work is top notch and they truly look out for the customer! They knew I needed a rental but had to pay for it and therefore suggested that I wait until they could actually look at my car. They checked for parts right away and kept me up to date.
