I m very satisfied with the work that they did. My car looks like brand new. I was amazed of the quality of their work, it s excellent. They matched the paint to my car perfectly. My service advisor, Harry Gianoutsos was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff were great and professional. They re Nissan certified which was a plus for me. I couldn t brought my car to a better place.

Hard to find honest people in this business but this shop is one. Corey took the time to drive to my house to give me an estimate on my car. He could have easily said they would fix it, but he was honest and told me the repair will be worth more than the car. I appreciated that. I will definitely take my future cars here.

F sport Lexus in ultimate red, very hard to match paint, IS350 pricy car. The repairs are perfect, the staff is great. Ask for Harry, very knowledgeable. These guys really care about what they do, very impressed.

Staff is amazing! I have brought in both my vehicles there after accidents. They are very fast and professional. They get your vehicle back as fast as possible specially now that parts are very scarce and take a while to get in. They still manage to flip over the vehicles very fast. I would Definitely recommend this company. Five star company in my book!

This has to be one of the best auto body shops I have ever had to deal with. I placed a call with the receptionist who couldn t have been more polite and professional. I also had the privilege of speaking with the owner briefly and in no time I could really tell how much they push customer service in this shop. In the unfortunate event I ever need paint and body work in the future, this is my new go to place!

This place is absolutely amazing. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Harry up in the front office always kept me informed along the way of the process. Kevin was the tech that did the work (if there was more than him I apologize). My truck was hit and I brought it to them. There are pics before and after. Remember you cannot rush perfection. I recommended them even before the finished to a coworker who ended up going to them to get his paint touched up on his truck. I just cannot say enough about everyone here. The nice woman who works up front also kept me informed. They all really care about making the customer satisfied, they don't sacrifice quality for their customers. If I need anything I will be back and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

Paintlux really cares. The folks there were great at keeping us in the loop- they are all so nice and easy to talk to. 5 stars communication. They perservered with the insurance company of the person that hit my car and got the job done the right way. Would absolutely recommend them 125%. Great Job! Car Looks terrific and seems back to normal.

My story stars back in October when I was involved in a hit and run in my brand new truck. I went straight to my insurance company where they pointed me in the direction of caliber Collison. After 3 months of dealing with caliber, the fact that they would never answer calls, never finish estimates, and overall horrible experience. I decided enough of the bs with caliber I was told about paint Lux.After speaking to paint Lux on day one. I was able to get my claim moved over and had my inspection the first week. By the end of the second week all paperwork was finished and I had a repair drop off date. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I dropped my truck off and working 2 1/2 weeks my truck was finished. Not only that it was certified repaired, not pieced together like other body shops. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. When I would call they would answer, they tell me the status of my repairs. On top of that they detailed my truck before I picked it up.I highly recommend this business to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

Took my car in reference to rear hatch out of alignment was off. We rented a car the day before thinking it would be in Their shop for days or weeks. Brought in Monday at 8 am and at 2 pm the same day picked it up and was finished. The staff are very professional and only do what is absolutely necessary. I highly recommend them if living in Palm Beach County. Previously my Son took his car in and was fixed like brand new.

Absolutely Outstanding! Paint Lux did an amazing job on our 2017 Honda Civic. The car was in great shape but had a few dings and paint chips and some peeling and a damaged front bumper. The headlights were completely fogged over. Corey's team replaced the Headlights, Bumper, Repaired all the Dings and Chips and blended the paint perfectly. I was in the auto restoration business many years ago, so I know quality work...and this is it. If you need anything for your car or truck like body or paint work, look no further. We had several issues and obstacles with the insurance company Shannon and Harry worked with the insurance company to resolve those issues and get our car repaired quickly. The team did an excellent job of restoring our car to its original condition prior to the accident. Great team would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for auto body repair.

This was the first time I needed body work done on a vehicle. I have heard horror stories from other people about the process but mine was so easy. I brought my vehicle to Paint Lux and they took care of everything for me. I hope I never get in an accident again but if I do, I know where I am taking my car.

Couldn t have had a better experience. Not only did Paint Lux fix my car damage beautifully, but they were very helpful and dedicated throughout the whole process. My insurance company caused some confusion with the claims, but the Paint Lux team spent a lot of time and energy making sure everything got sorted out and they kept me updated every step of the way. I can t say enough good things about the people at Paint Lux, and I will definitely be referring any friends and family in need of car repair to this establishment.

I recently brought my Kia to this body shop to replace the door panel, and I couldn t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The prices were incredibly fair and transparent, so there were no surprises or hidden fees.The staff at the body shop were exceptionally friendly.They took the time to explain the entire process to me and kept me informed every step of the way. You can tell that they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work.The replacement panel is a perfect match and the fit and finish are flawless. My kid thought it was a new car! Corey and the guys at paint lux took excellent care of my vehicle while it was there. They returned it very clean and even took time to wrap my favorite penguin up nicely. I would highly recommend them anytime for any service. they were friendly and replied in a timely fashion. they went above and beyond for me. My car went in with 4 flats, pillar damage, and other issues and came back looking like I just bought it off the lot.Thanks everyone!

Excellent experience Eric and the whole stuff are great to deal with friendly knowledgeable communication is great throughout the process you get text messages giving you updates on the progress Eric always took the time to to answer all my questions they did an excellent job on the repairs to my Jeep looks great and they finished it exactly when they said they would fast turnaround definitely will use them again if I ever need a body shop in the future

I had to bring my brand new 2024 vehicle in for repairs after sustaining front end damage from a not so Good Samaritan who hit my car while parked and left the scene. I went directly to PLCC where I was greeted by Justin. I was given a same day quote and my vehicle was ready for pick up in 3 days, a day earlier than projected. The repairs made were excellent and my car looked brand new again. They detailed the exterior as well!! Corey, Justin and Shannon at Paint Lux Collision Center were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The Paint Lux Team delivered a top notch repaint on time as promised. Shannon kept me informed of progress every step of the way. I was initially concerned about the colormatch as it was crucial to me.Paint Lux got the paint color Spoton, exactly to Mazda Specs. I coud not be happier with the final result. It was just a great experience overall.My 2009 Mazda MX5 is like brand new again. Do not hesitate - Paint Lux has your back.

I had some comprehensive damage done to my car and when I called Nissan to see if they could repair it they let me know Paint Lux was where they referred all of their clients to. I am definitely glad they did.I was going through my insurance for the damage and to check in and drop off my car was quick and easy, Josh helped me right away. I would get phone calls from Shannon and emails as well updating me on the process. I spoke to Harry a few times who although wasn't dealing with my car directly was always helpful and gave me an update as quickly as he could whenever I called. Shannon was a beast at contacting my insurance and letting me know what I needed to do on my end. Ultimately, it took a little over a month to get my car back. Mostly because the parts took long to come in and because my insurance was taking long to approve any supplemental claims Paint Lux made.I highly recommend them and would go back for any repairs needed in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
