I recently used this location to purchase an auto battery which is a specialty item that fortunately they had in stock. The assistant manager that worked with me was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took care of my needs in a timely manner and appeared to appreciate my purchase. The store was clean and in good repair. I would certainly re-visit this location for any future automotive needs!

Came here exactly 30 minutes before closing For something that I crucially needed for my car, and there was one worker who went to the back when she saw me pull in and when I went up to the door it was locked. They close early now or something? Because I really don t understand why the doors were locked way before closing. Their business online says they close at nine and I came at 8:30

The clerk was very informative, we got the part we needed compared to other local auto supply stores that did not know what we were even talking about and then when we figured it out, they did not have the part in stock

Aside from having the part needed at a cheaper price than most places that carry it, the lines were super long due to short staff.

Jonathan the assistant manager was super helpful!!! My car wouldn t start so I was already late to work and he replaced my battery for free with the warranty. He even took the old battery out and put the new one in! He is an asset to your company! A big thank you to him for turning my Monday around!

I was happily suprised with Jason who took time to research the type of boat battery that I needed. After checking out Jason carried the 45 lb. Battery out to my car. I was impressed with the friendliness and ability of the staff to help!

WAYNE was very professional and very friendly. He helped get the most inexpensive batteries for my car. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I pray GOD bless him . They returned the part I ordered the same day it was delivered to them after having been waiting a week for it. The notes they had in their system indicated the date of arrival and I would be picking up the part but it was still returned to their warehouse in Phoenix. No one called or texted me to either let me know it had arrived or to ask if I still wanted the part. I arrived to pick up the part on the previously agreed upon day and time only to discover it had already been shipped back. The parts person stated it had been in their system a week and that s true because it took a week for the part to arrive. Very disappointing experience from an O Reilly parts store.

I have shopped at Advanced Auto Parts and AutoZone. However, I wanted to try a different auto parts store. O'Reilly blew both of the previously mentioned stores out the water! I am beyond impressed by the great courtesy shown to me. The curbside pickup was quick and easy! The employee helped me install the windshield wipers very quickly and efficiently.

Sarah at the royal palm beach location was so professional and very polite! Really energetic and did everything she could to help me get the parts I was looking desperately for!! Every auto parts store around had to special order what I was looking for and she went above and beyond to find me a location that had my parts in stock. On a Friday evening she really saved the day! I will definitely be doing business with o Reillys in the future. Also this was the first time I ve ever used o Reilly s. I won t use anybody else again. Thank you so much Sarah! You saved the day!!!

These people really take the time to help you get what you need. It's worth driving. Thanks y'all for going the extra mile. Update 6/4/2022.... these folks really know their stuff!! Found my warrantied front end parts and replaced them at zero charge!!! This is the place to shop for auto parts!

Store was clean and organized. However, not enough stock. Was looking for two sets of wiper blades for two different cars and no inventory. Salesperson came up to ask if I need help, I when I said I thought they didn t have what I wanted, he said ok and walked away. Would expect that person to assist more. Going to AutoZone.

Spoke to Junior who was very honest, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a new battery and he gave me the best and affordable option. He switched out the battery for me and replaced the battery terminals.

First time at an O Reillys, had a great experience, the ladies I dealt with on the phone and in store were so friendly and professional, Ordered my part, came in within a few hours, she went so far out of her way to look up difficult to find parts. Store was clean and the prices were great, I am definitely going there next time.

Walked in and the cashier Ken looked me in my face and didn t speak. When I approached the register he still didn t speak. Cashed me out & I said thank you and I m still waiting on a you re welcome. He was not customer friendly or should I say minority friendly. However the manager was very nice and pleasant.

I want to give 0 start to this store because I have a really bad service with a employee Jake I ask him for a battery for my car and he give me the wrong one with bad attitude I think O Relly have to look better to contract employee never going to this store again

It was Bennett previously where we had an account but O'Reilly does not recognize it so we paid retail. Same staff as before. Retail prices are very high, not competitive. We take our business elsewhere.

I asked the young man if he would carry my battery out to my car, his reply was "It's too wet out there". It stopped raining an hour ago! BTW I am over 70 yrs old!

They gave away ordered battery. However they did deliver FOC to home . Will shop there again.
