First of all I would like to say a big thank you to the staff of Napleton s Acura. I m truly satisfied with the service that I received in purchasing my new vehicle. Jorge Pena is very patient and professional. He went above and beyond in making sure that I was well taken care of. I can t forget Ernesto as well. I am truly satisfied. Thank you amazing team for all your efforts and time.

My daughter and I recently purchased a used Acura MDX from this dealer. Our salesman George Pena did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable technically about the vehicle as well, even helped by removing some of the plastic covering the engine so we could get a good look at it. At the time of the purchase he was also training a new member of their team and she also was very pleasant to work with. I actually found some of his training helpful to listen to. In fact all the way through the finance process we were treated well, time was taken to explain each step as there was the usual back and forth on options etc. We raised a question about a spare key and the condition of the tires and without any further debate, both were taken care of within half a day by the service dept.Overall, we could not have been more pleased with the purchase, the service and the dealership. Which is really uncommon these days. We will be back!

Mom loves her 50th birthday present, a 23 TLX Type-S. A surprisingly balanced sedan that is fun to drive, comfortable to sit in, and great to look at! My salesperson Ernesto was fantastic as well, he made sure we had everything we needed and we re satisfied with the deal on the table.

I purchased a car yesterday from Palm Beach Acura, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. They listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect car for my 16 year old son within my budget.The salesperson, George, was incredibly knowledgeable about the different models and features, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. There was no pressure to buy, which I really appreciated. The manager Sam was amazing. She was smart, savvy, honest and just a pleasure to work with.The entire process was smooth and efficient, from the test drive to the paperwork. I also appreciated that they were transparent about pricing and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need.Overall, I highly recommend Palm Beach Acura, to anyone in the market for a new car. The staff is top-notch, they truly care about their customers. I will definitely be returning for my future car needs.

I recently had an exceptional car-buying experience here thanks to the outstanding team. George and Nicole s knowledge, enthusiasm, professionalism and patience sealed the deal. They made sure my car had an oil change and brand new tires before I took it home, too. Samantha, the sales manager, was extremely pleasant to work with and she ensured a smooth process and helped me get a great deal! Jonel, the finance manager, did an excellent job explaining everything to me and making the paperwork hassle free. Their combined efforts created a customer-centric atmosphere, making a usually stressful process a very easy and enjoyable experience! I live out of state but would not hesitate to come back for my next vehicle in the future! Highly recommend this team!

Drove down to purchase an Acura Integra, the whole experience was great, was treated with respect and was able to negotiate the right price. Gonzalo Cativa helped my dad and I and we ended up leaving the dealership in the new car.

I worked with Niles on a certified preowned purchase. He was very personable and friendly. Very knowledgeable as well. I called Burley Grant inquiring about a TLX they just listed for sale. I told him that I was in Savannah GA and if we could get the numbers right I would make the 6.5 hour trip to get the car. The car was already aggressively priced and Burley saw to it that it included a certified warranty. He got me at the price point I wanted and the rest was history. He was in contact with me and was transparent throughout the entire process. I flew down Saturday night and was greeted Sunday morning by the sales manager, Jaron. He welcomed me and assured me they would get me out as quickly as possible. Josh in finance was also great. It was my most pleasant car buying experience.

I was looking for a car for my kids, something safe, I wasn t sure about the brand but after talking to Seth G. he explained all the different brands and the pros and cons of them. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us and went over all the fees and showed such a dedication to customer satisfaction that made this whole process easier. We mentioned we didn t want to spend too much time at the dealership and within an hour and 30 min we were already leaving with a beautiful RDX.Big thanks to Seth and Josh for helping us in this car shopping process. We definitely know where to go again when looking a car.

After an accident where I blew out 2 tires, I was under pressure to get them immediately replaced before a long trip the following day.I brought my MDX to Napleton Acura, and I was very happy that I did. Valerie, my customer service representative not only squeezed me in for service, she let me know of available discounts which made the tire replacements and wheel alignment more affordable. She was friendly and professional.All work was well done, and my car was put back together with the donut put away and a car wash.I was very satisfied.

There are so many wonderful things that I can say about my experience in purchasing my Acura MDX from Napleton s! Here s a summary of the excellent customer service I received; Washed car before presenting No pushy sales approach Test drove without hassle Vehicle options in stock Listened to my wants & met my goal Knowing I was getting hungry & time consuming process offered to by us dinner on their dime Gift bag with goodies Parked in front for my photo desires Put a big red bow on the car Walked us out to the car even though super late Ask for salesman John Bene! I highly recommend him. He was super sweet, kind, attentive & understanding. Was part of all the great things listed above & even stayed long after his part of the deal was done to see it through to the end. Made arrangements to surprise me with so I can take pictures of my new car (below). Special thanks to Jeff, the General Manager for working the figures to what suited both sides; George, Sales Rep, for assisting in the surprise decorating my new MDX; Tyler, Finance Mgr, for providing best priced maintenance, service, etc options.
