Jonathan was very professional and diagnosed my car very quickly. I really appreciated the in-depth diagnostic that was sent to me via text message which is very user-friendly. Jonathan communicated very well with me and made it easy for me to understand what was wrong with my vehicle. He fixed my car really fast within the same day and I appreciate the professionalism. He is very honest and trustworthy and I would highly recommend this shop!

I had a great overall experience with Milestone Motors. I decided to take my vehicle to them because they had so many great reviews. They did not disappoint, they were professionals and explained in detail in regards to the repairs needed. In addition, they taught me a few things that I can put in my toolbox. Really appreciated the staff at Milestone Motors.

i had been bringing my BMW to the okeechobee BMW stealership for repairs since i have an extended warranty, and have had countless issues over the years. stop going to the dealership for anything PLEASE!!! you're just a number there. milestone has proven themselves as the best shop i have ever been to BY FAR for multiple vehicles that they have serviced/repaired.i say this because my car had an issue with the oil drain plug, and since it's a plastic oil pan, basically every shop i went to said they had to replace the whole oil pan no matter what, which ranged from $2500-3800 depending on the shop. milestone motors was aware of this, and when i brought my car in they worked on it for a few hours and charged me $100 for labor (i brought my own oil with me which was about $50 online) with the issue completely fixed. they could have easily told me they couldn't fix it without replacing the oil pan and would have made over $2500 in a few days, but they value their customers more than the numbers and are genuinely honest people. they inspect your car and provide a detailed report that you can review online, ask questions about, and take your time on making a decision without being aggressively pushed like you are at the dealership.they use the latest technology to diagnose your vehicle, just as the BMW dealer does, except they don't rip you off. bring your vehicle there and see for yourself. thank you very much Fernando and the milestone team for your top notch service :)

Outstanding experience!! I recently had my 2010 Mini Cooper S in for an oil change at the local repair shop that I have been using for years but have never really been all that comfortable with. I noticed some oil drips on my garage floor recently but figured that it was just residual oil since I had recently had the valve cover gaskets replaced. To my surprise they told me that the rear main seal was leaking and that it would cost $3591.00 to have it repaired. I was in complete disbelief and immediately started searching for other Mini repair shops in the area for a second opinion before committing to the repair. Thats when I found Milestone Motors and spoke with Jonathan and set up a time for them to have a look at it. I arrived the next morning and dropped off my car with Juan Hurtado who was in the front office. He sent for an uber to take me home and told me that they would communicate with me later in the day once the technician had a chance to diagnose the problem. They texted me a link so that I could see videos of their inspection as the technician Fernando Osorio explains in detail what he found. As promised, Jonathan called me at 2:00pm to go over their findings. Turns out it was the oil filter housing that was leaking and NOT the main seal. I authorized them to make the leak repairs and also added a couple of other services that were due. Could not be happier and will remain a Milestone Motors customer for the foreseeable future!! Honesty, Integrity, and awesome customer service!! Thanks to your entire team!!

Great customer service! Johnathan Juan and Fernando welcoming friendly and focused . Very strong analytical tools that helped in determining a complex issue on my 1999 bmw m3. Providing Lyft service to and from home was a very useful service. They hand washed my car after servicing it which was terrific. Let s not miss that they corrected my issue! I highly recommended these guys.

I unfortunately have to give these guys a 1 star, I paid $1,750 for my driver side lock to be fixed May 26 2023 and the next day I started hearing a clicking noise and within a week it was not working. I took it back in Jun 2023 and they tried to repair again and again it only worked less than week. They informed me they replaced the fuse.But I just feel for that much money, it should have been resolved. I said I was not going to leave a review, but I decided I needed to leave one. They are nice guys, I just felt like they should have done better, followed up and help resolve my issue or recommend a solution without having to pay more money. I just feel like it s not acceptable that I was unable to unlock and lock my door after a $1,750 payment.

Customer service is 2nd to none! They show you what is wrong with your vehicle with video proof, and make recommendations with no pressure. First time here and will never go anywhere else. Great work for a fair price. Highly recommend! Thanks guys! I will be back!

We brought our 2013 BMW 328i hardtop convertible to Milestone Motors for the first time a week ago with a request to check out everything along with a good size list of repairs. They diagnosed all the issues and had an estimate to us within 24 hours. We authorized the work and were delighted to get our car back within the promised time frame. This repair shops cares about cars and people. I came in with a battery issue for my late father s 2007 bmw. They originally told me that according to their battery test, that my car passed and my battery still had life left in it. A few hot days come thru south Florida and my car won t start due to a distressed battery. I was angry, extremely angry and mean. Long story short, I came back in, they fixed my battery, cleaned my car and fixed a headlight I didn t know was out and made right what had happened to my vehicle. Thanks again Milestone Motors

Fernando and Jonathan are friendly, personable, and professional, but mostly it s their knowledge and integrity that earned my loyalty going forward. My BMW 6 series was presenting with complicated issues involving multiple sensor malfunctions and internal communication issues with the OBC that had me more than concerned. Hey yall,I want to say how please I'm with the work you have done on my car. I'm beyond happy with all you did and even the little things you didn't charge me for. Yall are very professional and show great enthusiasm for the work you provide. The car not only runs better but just sounds better and feels better. It pays to have quality men do work they're skilled to do. Had my 2018 BMW M550 in for repairing the coolant lines for the turbo.Jonathan and Fernando are awesome and know what they re talking about. The whole process of the repair was seemless and everything from the beginning til the end was done professionally. I had a great experience with Fernando at Milestone Motors. I upgraded my control screen to Apple Carplay and added a reverse view camera. The new system works great and I was provided training on the use of the upgraded system. They also performed a comprehensive inspection and provided a detailed report that let's me know if any issues were found and what kind of priority it may be (with photos). Always do a great job on my car when I need it. Most reliable, honest, up front with no sugar coat when it comes to having work done. My experience always been great. I do not have to worry about anything when my car is there. Recommend u guys take your BMW to them. Great quality work.

Honest auto mechanics are hard to come by but these guys went above and beyond and experienced in BMW brand with out the BMW price you would expect. They also had a service to get me to work at 7am when I arrived. They use an online system to easiely navigate recomended repairsshowing cost with detailed pictures and literature of recomended work unlike other shops that sell you on unnecessary work. Im someone who been in the automotive industry for long time. I highly recommend to anyone who owns German engineered vehicles or any vehicle for that matter. Customer for life. Thanks guies for making it a smooth and easy experience.

My daughter and I were starting an 11- hour drive home Labor Day weekend when our vehicle malfunctioned. I selected Milestone Motors because of their recognized expertise in the market. I felt reassured and confident in my selection after my intial contact with Milestone Motors -- Jonathan was poised, professional, and immediately invested in getting my car repaired (quickly). Regrettably, the repair required a part that was not in-house. Jonathan and his brother Fernando worked fervently to secure the part on the holiday weekend and even provided complimentary Lyft service to a nearby destination while my car was being serviced. The two gentlemen worked outside normal business hours to install the part in my car so my daughter and I could resume our drive home to the people and the many commitments that awaited our return.The commitment and determination shown by Milestone Motors extends beyond car service/repair. There is a true sense of family when you enter their doors. Jonathan and Fernando go out of their way to ensure you feel welcomed, know your options, and minimize worries. Milestone Motors has Forever Customers in me and my family. Thank you for the tremendous accommodations.
