This was my first time at this center and I was very impressed. They took me in on a very short notice and repaired my tire valve with only 20 minutes of wait time! Everyone was super friendly. I will be using them again. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the service my husband and I received here. Amber was wonderful. They take the time to explain any issues they observe to you and if they don t believe your car needs a particular service, they are honest with you. We plan on returning for all of our car service needs.

Four brakes and rotors, definitely needed, I was gonna do myself but after pricing it out. It was better to let the professionals handle it. 2 hour turn around for me! What a great experience! I also get my oil changes here. Amber and the team are great.

The Meineke in Royal Pam Beach is more like your Loyal hometown Garage. I have found their prices to be extremely reasonable, they take care of their regular customers and they can do it all!!

I was greeted with courtesy. My brake issue was addressed quickly. I got new rear brake rotors and brake pads. Quality service in a hurry! My thanks to Miguel & his staff. I appreciate your professional efforts!

We ran over something on the road - and I decided to go here because of the good rating. They deserve it. From my first call, to going through the options (my tire was not repairable) and got me back on the road by the end of the day. I have to give a shout out to Amber - who made the experience five-star!

I was scheduled for an 11am appointment on Friday January 26th but they didn't take my vehicle in until 11:45am which was very disappointing. Well needless to say, I am very happy with the outcome of service. Amanda was very professional with her customer service. I understand everywhere is hurting for employees so I won't hold it against the store for the delay. The work performed was outstanding. I had an Axleback exhaust installed on my Subaru WRX and the technician (Jose) did an unbelievable job on my car. I strongly recommend this place if you need an exhaust installed. It was my 1st time getting anything done to my vehicle here and I will definitely go back should I need any custom work done in the future.Thank you again Meineke.

I wish I could give a negative number. Long story short, I took my 3 year old SUV in for a simple oil change. They didn t put oil back into my car! 4 months later after having my car s engine, transmission, and more completely replaced by the dealership, my car still isn t right. I LOVED my car and I m devastated by this! The worst part was the absolutely horrible way we were treated by the owners. They acted with absolute arrogance and not an ounce of humility over their incompetence. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!!

Had my u joints and exhaust system changed here and I can t complain. Car was making a lot of noise before those u joints and now it s smooth again. Happy with the communication from the team there @Royal Palm.

Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I ve been taking both of my vehicles there for the last five years. Now they are under new ownership. I took my truck there for an oil change and to check for my check engine light. They quoted me a price to fix my check engine light and I agreed. I picked my car up and everything seemed fine. I drove my car for only five miles and my check engine light came back on. I called and they told me to bring it back in. I took it back and they looked at it and told me it would be another $150, because they found another thing wrong. First time they put a part I didn t even need and now want to charge me to fix it again. I spoke to the owner but he didn t seem to care. He even told me to leave. If I could put a zero star review I would.

Not very happy I brought a wheel and tire in because The tire was losing air on the bead. They mess with it, but couldn t fix it and charge me $30. I went to another tire shop they spent five minutes on it fixed it and charge me $15. I highly do not recommend using this company.

Very efficient. Although I only had a minor issue regarding a blowout tire, they had me in and out of there in 30 minutes! Never had such quick service anywhere else before. Love 'em

100% RECOMMEND!!! Amber was amazing!!! I scheduled an alignment, but the machine went down earlier that day, so she called me, kept me posted, and got me rescheduled as soon as it was up and running!!! Great job on customer service AND automotive service!!! Rare to find competent and caring service reps anymore!!! 100% RECOMMEND!!!

When in to get an oil change and fix my check engine light. The job was done and I was charged and I agreed. I picked my car up and everything seemed fine and my check engine light was off but the next day I drove my car the check engine light was back on. I called and they told me to bring it back in. Hopefully they take care of the problem and don t charge me again. I feel like I wasted my whole day without my car and now I have to go back.

Came in to get a used car fixed up. Owner was patient explained the ins and out of what was recommended to repair as well as what was needed right away. Great price for the services and didn t oversell like most other places

Love this shop, have gone to different shops over the years and nothing can compare to the service they provide here. Amber was super helpful and was able to get me a scheduled and in and out in a day. Definitely going to be a lifelong customer.

I was in a full panic when my car wouldn t start after running into the Dunkin across the street. I called to see if they would be able to help me. The NICEST woman answered the phone ( all 8 times I called to ask a million questions after finding out I need AGM battery) and she was so patient and kind with me. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. I had no one available to jump my car so they actually walked across the street to jump my car to get it to the shop for me and tested to make sure it was my battery before spending unnecessary money. They kept the labor cost VERY low when I was quoted outrageous rates from other places due to having an electrical panel on top of my battery. They were able to help me right away and day of. Without them it would have been about $200 more expensive and hours worth of a wait. I will highly recommend them to friends moving forward and hopefully I don t need to go back but if I do they will 100% be my first call.Services: Auto battery replacement, Electrical, Auto battery maintenance, Auto maintenance, Battery

I had a mix of good and bad with my visit. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They took me in right away and completed the work quickly. I waited for the car in the waiting room. They said the car was done and I paid the bill. Problem was they never rotated the tires. I never heard the airgun to remove the lug nuts. I went back in and told the young lady at the desk and a mechanic with her. They took it back in and did the rotation. I was hoping this shop would be a good one , but they cut corners too, like many chains do. I told them it was the first time I ve visited this shop. They didn t make a good first impression.

Jordan and Jeff took great care of me. Although I wasn't able to fix my car issue(dealer part only)they pointed out what was wrong and how I could go about fixing it. Upstanding guys here. '21 Dodge charger RT

Not a good experience, although front desk lady was friendly, I towed my car that wasn t starting to their location ($100) and was told that it would be a 3 day wait to get to my car which I was fine with, also told me it would be $150 to even look at the car which I found strange but they had the supplies I needed so I wasn t complaining. A few days past and get a text saying what was wrong and how much it would cost ($250+) which I was fine with, a couple more days pass and two more things pop up that would make the grand total $700+ which I found strange but ultimately agreed to, but here s comes the best part. I received a call saying that the car won t start after they were able to get it to start once, and said I had to come pick it back up, there s nothing they can do, and the total is still $700+. I call back a day later after thinking about how I was getting robbed and after me speaking to them they lowered it to $550+ and I had to tow it back home ($100). It went from cranking in not even starting and I had to pay $500+.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

I made an appointment to get an oil change on the website. Hired a babysitter, went to the appointment, showed my confirmation text and email, and the girl working said I dunno I never received nothing, can t help you today, I have 1 technician working. Ridiculous to say the least. Why make a reservation and receive confirmation only to be turned away by a moron ?

Great service at a reasonable price and they didn t try to sell me on things I didn t need. I ve gotten an oil change and a few minor car repairs with them.
