Marcelo is an excellent mechanic. He is fair and honest. Did a great job dialing in my Mustang s alignment for road course work, and my Miata before that. He has also done top notch brake work for me, and helped me with the tires on my wife s Tesla. Wouldn t go anywhere else in West Palm Beach for track/race prep.

Fantastic experience. Alignment was spot on perfect on my 911 with center lock wheels (not any easy car to align). Good communication, pricing, and hospitality while I waited for the job to be completed. Highly recommend!!!

One of only a few places I'd trust taking my M3 for maintenance and repair. Been coming here for over 10 years and the workmanship is high and the price is always fair. Marcello, and before Ernie, has built a strong following with the racing community. You can be assured the work is done right when you are at the track.

This is the worst automotive sales person in the world. They sold me a A car that had so many problems. So I call it a lemon. Then they sent me to there mechanic. And they were just one making the car worse when I picked it up ahead. More problems and then. I kept calling then and everything. And then both of the places blocks me the mechanic and sales.they sent me to

They left different materials in my engine and part. wires that was disconnected not connected to the right area it needed to be . OverallPoor customer service and didn t do anything to fix and help me out with my car.

Hands down one of the best alignments I have ever received. Brought in my Nissan 370Z for a four wheel alignment, and the alignment specialist Marcelo is truly a master in his work.Everything was done to a detailed process - asked what I would use the car for (racing, daily driving, etc.), drove the car to test it before alignment, made sure tire pressures were equal, added sandbags to simulate driver weight during alignment, and tested the car afterwards.All in all, my car drives perfectly straight and feels absolutely wonderful. The old adage of "you get what you pay for" truly means something. Pay a little more than the corporate guys, visit Ernie and his wonderful team, and get a perfect alignment that will keep your tires and car happy!

HORRIBLE! They had my wife in TEARS! They are rude and unprofessional. They left tools in her car and none of the work promised was completed. And now they won't answer our calls. We will be taking them to court bc this is just UNACCEPTABLE!

This is the place where you want to get your car taken care of by Marcelo and his staff. I have been doing business with them for many many years and the service only gets better and better just like fine wine.Marcelo treats every customer with the highest level of professionalism and will go above and beyond to fix and correct the issue.I would say more but I would be here for days this place is above and beyond!!!

Many years ago I received referrals from several members of the Motorsport fraternity as the best location for service and wheel alignment. I have been taking my vehicles to this establishment for many years, and can easily say that the friendliness and professionalism received from Ernie, and more recently from Marcelo, Natalia and staff is outstanding. Marcelo's is the best! Previously Bello's, where I got great tires and service for many years, Marcelo continues the legacy of excellence at the same location. I recommend this shop to anyone with a high performance car, but I also get my truck and my daily driver tires there. With all the recent rain, I asked Marcelo to help me pick something better than what I had, he sold me a set of Contis and the old sled sticks so much better now. Got a good deal and a mfg rebate too!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! These people are crooks and negligent. They do not complete the work agreed upon. And when I call to speak to the person in charge he used very expletive language and proceeded to hang up and block my number.

This is the only shop that I let do alignments on my cars, they do lifted and lowered cars. They do track spec alignments. This shop knows how to do a real alignment, not just a toe and go.

Ernie helped me out in a bind, and his guys kindly put on 4 new tires even after I arrived 30 minutes before closing. They detected an coolant leak and filled my car up with coolant, so I could get safely home. Great tires, great service and great guys. Thanks again. I ll be back!April

From correcting my bent rims to installing tires and aligning my BMW, I've never had such a positive personal experience with a tire shop. Ernie always gives me different tire options that will not sacrifice ride quality. Marcelo and Junior take pride in what they do and it reflects on the quality of service they provide. I will continue to bring my vehicle's to Ernie Bello for tires/alignment and recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality service at competitive prices.

Excellent shop for great service on tires. I won't go anywhere else for an alignment, especially with large trucks and antique vehicle that require more attention to detail than the nationals can provide. These guys are experts and wheel/tire nerds....meant in the most complimentary way!

Overpriced and overrated. If you're worried about scratches or gouges from the tire changer, do NOT go here. I can recommend Tire Guy instead.Edit (after owner response): I expect nothing more from Ernie or his wife, as they both lack couth and basic customer service skills.

Top grade wheel alignment, tire center for high line or general tires and wheels. Ernie has been in the business for many years. He and his wife run the store and Ernie has a lot of experience to draw on. He is honest and will do the job correctly. His prices are fair and you can't get his experience around the corner. He tries to please and is a fair man.
