First and foremost, HUGE shout out to Jessica, the sweet pretty front desk girl that delivered the utmost customer service. I had my quote from over 6 months months ago grandfathered in to my current estimate. She looks out for other girls and went above and beyond for me. I was kept updated and was serviced fairly quickly at a fair price. I had a huge dent in the passenger door and needed a new bumper along with other parts. The paint job was Fantastic! In the future, I will continue to use this MAACO location and recommend to others in need of auto body services!!!

My initial reaction wasn t positive because of the garage area, along with office. And just one person handling office responsibilities. HOWEVER, the woman s name is Jessica. She acknowledged me right away and told me she would be with me as soon as possible. Turns out, she s the manager of said location. She came out to me vehicle and we went over it completely with much questions and satisfactory answers. She in my opinion was very experienced with this type of work. So she asked what price range I wanted to be in, for how long I was planning to keep the vehicle. She met my request as for the price, I was pleased. It also came with a four year warranty. So, the before and after, resulting in me saying Wow , when I got my vehicle back. I might also add, they did the job in only three days. Versus the possible four to five when I got the price quote. So major from this customer.

Jessica is miserable if you don t like your job go find a new one this Maaco is a joke they made my car look worse and I gave them $450 they cracked the grill and then when I brought it back they made it even worse look at these pictures it s like giving a toddler a glue stick sloppy jaloppey work do yourself a favor don t waste your money go to Tuff coat or Delray scratch and dent instead

The paint has extremely light scratches and also has orange peel look, also the headlights are now peeling which were they in perfect condition before paint job. Headlights in photo before and after.

I promise you I couldn t have expected how amazing my experience would be here. I was contemplating touching up some of my paint, but I can t stand the waiting process for a car. As a girl in my 20s, it s more difficult to find places that you feel you can trust. When I tell you I was in and out in less than 48 hours with the most BEAUTIFUL paint job at such a reasonable price. No price changes, no second guessing anything. Jessica is the sweetest person & is so efficient and easy to talk to. No one is forcing me to write this, I m just so thankful I chose to go here & will now recommend to anyone

Very professional from beginning to end. Spoke to JR on the phone and he set us up and ordered the part. We brought the car in and subsequently it was repaired on time and perfectly and the price was right. This is a very well run operation and I highly recommend it. Jennifer at the front desk is tops!

I want to start this review off by thanking the front desk woman that works there, she s been nothing but patient, kind & willing to make sure that I leave satisfied with my car,Any questions I had, she answered everything thoroughly for me to comprehend the process my car goes through.I m very satisfied with my service , the team who did the repair job & the front desk woman as well for helping me even though she was the only one there she did a great job with managing not only the customers but she was answering the phones in a timely manner I was amazed at how calm and collective she was handling everything she was doing!!

I've never given a poor online review before.I told front desk person (R.W.) that the new paint color must match the original paint color and he assured me it would. I chose the middle-cost paint option based on the number of years I plan to keep my car. (his suggestion)When I picked up the car, the color was significantly darker, a warmer blue, and dull, with no vibrance as the original color had. It looks aftermarket. The ding was not repaired well either, with pits in it and an impression ring around the repaired ding. They also broke off some black trim on the roof and left both of the black roof trim very sticky.When I expressed my dissatisfaction about the color, the new front desk person (J.) said the color didn't match because I didn t choose the most expensive paint job the paint and clear coat in a two-step process. She apologized for what her predecessor told me, and said she would get in touch with the owner and get back with me, but even after both my wife and I followed up with phone calls, we ve heard nothing and it s been three weeks. The impression I have is that the owner doesn t care about his reputation or customer satisfaction, nor is taking responsibility for what his employee promised me.What was very telling to me was when I picked up my car, the new counter person (J.) tried to withhold my keys and make me sign a form stating that I was satisfied and that I would not sue the company! I had already paid for the job.In the past, I used a different Maaco and had a 5-star experience, but this location was a total disappointment. I regret spending that money and even if they agreed to repaint it, at this point, I have lost all trust in this Maaco location.One smaller detail is that the in and out dates on their invoice are both incorrect probably to satisfy some franchise merit system. They actually had my car for 9 days, not 5 days, as they are claiming; granted, 2 of those days were Sundays when they are closed. I gave them 9 days notice before I brought the car in.I'm very disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The Worst customer Service ever !!!! The girl in the office is rude and nasty ! I would not recommend this place to anyone!! AWFUL. Thank you for reaching out and wanting to fix this unbelievable situation! My car was to be ready on Friday by 2 pm . I handed in my rental car and walked .. to your body shop where my car was not READY! Had to take a Uber home !!!! Came back Saturday as I was told you were open at 9 to only find out you were Closed!!! Had to get another rental !!! Please tell me my car will be ready Monday morning! Jennifer is Rude Hateful and Nasty!

Gave me an estimate. Called me when the part came in in a few days. Then they called a few days after that to tell me it was done. I came by a few days later to pick it up. It all went smoothly. Did a nice job fixing the damage. It wasn t cheap, but nothing is these days. It wasn t ridiculously expensive and it looks great now. Less costly than taking it to the dealer. Overall I m a satisfied customer.

I brought a 2001 Toyota Camry with rust and paint chipping off and they did an Amazing job restoring my vehicle! It only took four days! I was greeted by Richard and he is such an awesome individual- always providing the best customer service and great person to work with! He gave me a great quote and explained the process in detail! hit my foot on the entrance of the building, mentioned it to rep, response was not concerning, i still proceed with the estimate and rep attidude was atrocious, never even bothered to offer seating for over 6 minutes while she is working on the eatimate. dont give your money to any company that hires frontdesk reps like this ... Maaco need to give uniform , the no bra wear whatever the hell you want plus a nasty attitude is pure incompetence

J.R. and his staff were very professional, courteous, and efficient with the service we had received from them. We had to cars painted completely by them. We highly recommend them if you are looking for any automotive body or paint work for your car!

Painting your car. I grew up believing this wasn't a necessary process when owning a car. If the paint faded usually meant-to me anyways, that you didn't take care of your car or it is time to buy a new one. But recently I bought a used car and unfortunately the dealership paid a unprofessional body shop to repair it. Within two years of owning the car the hoods paint faded, another year-plus side panel-it was rusting an shedding clear-coat like skin. The longer I waited the worse the situation got. The final straw was when some faceless person smashed into my car leaving a crater of a dent in its side. At that point I put aside old archaic thoughts and decided to check out local paint shops, and Ill tell you folks I've heard some scary things. For example I had one shop ask me if i could take my after market rims off before i brought it in. Imagine that. Ive always been a review kind of person. I read thoroughly through reviews looking for common denominators that will help me choose a shop or purchase an item. Now Maaco has been around since I was a kid and eventually my search landed there with expectations of super high prices. I did my normal search parameters and discovered that the local business in west palm beach didn't have bad reviews and decided to check some places out. I first tried a three and a half star Maaco and they were professional and friendly. No complaints but i had my eye on the Maaco on 1934 Church Street West Palm Beach because of the four and half star reviews they had been receiving. And Ill tell you what-I am glad I did. First, the owner JR. knows the business and has been working there most of his life. Him and his staff are courteous, professional, and friendly. The kind of qualities you need now-a-days to put aside your fear when bringing you car to a shop. He honored the quote I had gotten from other Maaco no question ask. He sat with me patiently as we dreamed up colors for my vehicle with no extra cost. He showed me colors I have never seen on vehicles before, reading into my desire to be unique in the world of sport car ownership. JR stayed late forgoing getting home on time just to satisfy my curiosity. And when colors were chosen he placed them on panels and brought them out so I could really make a choice, telling me that, "you have to be happy with your choice and we will be here until you are." well a few days past I picked out a unique blend of black and metallic red flakes and we were both pleased with the choice considering he and I had personally bonded in making my mustang beautiful again. Jr and his staff work feverishly and painted my car with my after market rims still on the vehicle safely i might add. Now this is where Jr shines, the first time I came to collect my black beauty, happier than you can imagine, Jr comes outside and tells me "you can't have it cause I'm not happy with it at all. He wanted to keep it longer and improve on what I assume was perfection. Already more than customer and retailer I truly trusted Jr at this time because everything he promised he did. The car look great, the rims where safe, what else could I say. I let him keep and he did what he said he was going to do, Jr and his Staff improved on perfection so much that I don't even want to drive the car fearing the unknown out there. I tell you folks if your in the market for auto body repairs, upgrades to your toys colors, then Jr's Maaco on Church street is where you should go. The atmosphere, the professionalism, the courteous staff and the stand up no adding on prices like some places do will put at you at ease. You will be treated the way customers should be treated. no hassles no lies. If mistakes are made JR takes care of it. I actually witness how easily he handled a few nitpick customers and watch as they left smiling on how they and their vehicles are treated. I included pictures of the car, originally ingot-silver and now Black with pearlescent red metallic flakes. Thank you Jr and staff. We shall see each other again

I picked a color and they told me to take it outside to make sure it was what I wanted. It was so sunny it was blinding. I wanted a greyish color, when I went back to pick it up, it was brown, nothing about it was grey. Said that was not the color i wanted. He said it was; I said No it wasn't. I went In tears; they repainted it and got the color right. Only I didn't know I had to pay for 2 paint jobs. after 5 weeks I brought the vehicle home and noticed my brand new tint was torn in the back side window and over spray on the windows. Manager said to bring it in and they would take care of it and he could see the ripped tint. Took it back to get it cleaned up, but the manager was not there to show him the tint. The clean up guy said it was probably when the window rolled down the tint got caught on something in the window. (I don't think so). Brought the vehicle home only to find out a couple days later the back seat door handle behind the passenger side would not open from the inside AND the back window hatch will not hold up my window, plus paint on the back inside door. Is this all a coincidence? I don't know.Service: Painting

The Maaco staff was most courteous but I paid $2550.00 to replace a tailgate on my 2007 Envoy. After paying the bill I found tailgates much cheaper online, like $300.00 so I feel with paint, labor and parts it should have been cheaper can't I was charged that much.

Although I did leave a very good review for this location earlier this year, I can no longer recommend this place to anyone. Our service was complete mess from start to finish. The mechanic clearly had no idea what he was doing and he didn t finish the job. JR (the manager) promised to fixed their mistake for free the week after we picked it up, but of course it was not finished yet again by the time he said it would be. Not to mention, the license plate was stolen off of a few cars there, including ours, which was a whole hassle in itself. No discount was offered, which is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were lied to many times about when our car would be ready. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after three weeks, I am done. I really wanted to see the best in this place since they had done such good paintwork on my car, but DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR BODY WORK (or any work considering they don t take the license plates off of the cars and leave them out in the open).Service: Body & Trim

This is the worst that.. Run don t stop. I drove an hour from my house on a Saturday to drop my car off and the shop was closed. I confirm the day before that they would be opened and nobody showed up. I waited 2 hour still nobody.Thank God for the Maaco in Riviera Beach . Ask for Kim. They saved the day and made a profit.

By far the worst experience I have ever had.The guy at the front desk looked at my vehicle and gave me a quote.He even said they had to charge me more because it had a lot of body work to be done. I agreed signed the contract and went home. They called me two days later saying my car was ready. I thought wow this guys are fast. When I went to pick up my car I realized why they were so fast.My 6 year old daughter could have done a much better job than this guys did.I of course refused to take a job full of paint runs and body work that look like a roller coster full of bumps everywhere. The same guy at the front desk was there and he pushed back by calling the body guy that did the repairs. He came over and when I told him about how bad the repair were he started blaming his coworker. The guy who gave me the quote. He was saying to him to not take cars like mine next time or to charge more.Anyways to make a long story a little shorter. I end up refusing to take the vehicle another 4 times. I took me to call corporate to make a big deal to finally get my car looking ok.Not perfect.I would never recommend this place to anyone even my worst enemy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was hands down the WORST experience ever ! I dropped off my van for paint and body work and was told the job would take 7-10 days. $2550 cash for the job (not very cheap to begin with ). Job took OVER 2 MONTHS! I was called during this 2 month time and told my windshield was broken during course of repairs (and that I have to pay for a new one). When they finally called me after more than 2 months and told me my van was ready .. the front grill was not installed , the windshield wiper blades and corresponding nuts and bolts where missing , my flip up tv type radio and alarm where broken . AND IT WAS PAINTED THE WRONG COLOR !!! I was told I can have $250 off take it or leave it . Literally the worst experience I have ever had in my adult life with any company , hands down . I am reporting them to the better business bureau and will be suing them as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THE MAACO FRANCHISE!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
