I went into this place because I had a check engine light and a problem with my exhaust. I asked them to turn off the check engine, light and fix the problem, they ended up almost charging me $800 and I still have a check engine light, do not ever go to this place. This place sucks. When I had confronted one of the owners, he proceeded to argue with me, and tried saying, I never asked for the light to be off just for the problem to be fixed.

So great to find a dependable local shop. Family run business with great service. They fixed up my wife's car after others could not find the cause of the noise. Did a safety check and oil change on my daughter's car; all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

I've found their work to be generally acceptable. Get price quotes in advance for each individual work activity you are requesting to avoid surprises at checkout.2/2024 Note: The owner recently (2/2024) told me that they will no longer install customer supplied lubricants or parts: This may not be a problem for typical drivers who don't care what makes their vehicles move as long as it's done to manufacturer's minimum specs (see your owner's manual). Look elsewhere if you absolutely require specific brand name performance or endurance products and would like to supply them yourself.

The best shop I've been to. Extremely friendly. Our car had a misfire for almost 3 years. Broke down just in front of this shop for an unrelated issue.Less than a week later, the car was repaired.Thank you!

John and Jennifer, owners of JJJ are amazing. I have been servicing all my vehicles here for 12 years now. John and Jennifer are first and foremost, trustworthy people. Their Christian values are what drives this business. Jennifer runs the front office and John is the head mechanic. On numerous occasions, John has saved us so much money on repairs because, 1) he's extremely knowledgeable and 2) fixes just the problem(s). The other day, my car kept overheating and it stalled out about 2 miles from the shop. I called and asked what should I do. He hopped in his vehicle, drove to where I was and did a quick diagnosis, got the car running just enough to get it back to his shop. He first thought the fan or fan motor assembly may needed to be replaced. I trusted him as that what needed to be done. The next day I get a call that it wasn't the fan, but a much cheaper fix, just a wiring issue. So instead of it being a $500-$700 repair, it was much much less. I've had experiences in the past with other mechanics where I would have paid for a new fan and the wiring. I highly recommend JJJ Automotive.

Don t waste your time calling these people , called and asked for a simple quote was put on hold , then I was told they can t give a quote over the phone for a simple alternator job because the car is not in front of them , they want me to tow my broken vehicle to them without even an idea what they would charge me , horrible way to run a shop , I recommend staying away from here at all cost , they won t say a price because they know they are over priced ! Be warned

John, the owner is a really honest hard working man. He will tell you exactly what's wrong with your vehicle and if it can be done where your car is stationed he will come to you. He is now been my family mechanic for the past 2years and recommend him soon as someone asks about a mechanical issue.

We were recommended to this place. It's family owned and operated! They are honest and very professional! My dad and I used to fix our own cars so we know a lot about cars and I can truly say that we truest them!!!

Everyone here is so nice & helpful. Very knowledgeable also. Jennifer even gave me a ride home while waiting on my repairs to finish. Prices are very fair. I can not complain about a thing.

John, the owner is a really honest guy. He will tell it like it is. He has been my family mechanic for the past 5 years. I would give him five stars but his labor on some jobs my be on the high side at times.

Very sad these guys could not take care of me. I took my vehicle in because it was stalling on me, after replacing a few parts and $450. Dollars later the vehicle did the same thing if not worse then when it got there. When I went back and they checked the problem again they wanted to charge me 2 more hours labor just to take a look at it. Very bad business sense

My job paid for this service for a lockout.They kept telling me they were 10 minutes away, which was inaccurate. It was the middle of the night and I was scared, alone with a phone on low battery. Not professional.

I just called to get a qoute an just by explaining my ac problem the person was talking to gave me 3 reasons why its not work. He was respectful an seemed professional. Im goin tomorrow to get my car worked on an ill leave a review of service afterwards.
