Highly recommend Jiffy Lube off of 441 south of Okeechobee. They are always fast, efficient and very pleasant. The manager is great! She really took the time to explain what things needed to be done on my vehicle and was super helpful! I will always go to this location for my oil changes.

I have never had such a pleasant experience changing my oil! The entire staff was professional, extremely friendly and efficient. I will be a customer for life at that location as long as that staff is still there.Terry and Westmer went an above and beyond! Thank you for making me smile!

I waited over 1 hour and a half to get my car serviced while 2-3 cars skipped mine before it got worked on. They have no sense of speed and timeliness. Never going here again. All I needed was an oil change and it took well over 2 hours. And because they were trying to go quickly they moved my car to a lane where it could not be checked underneath.

The staff at the Royal Palm Beach Jiffy Lube were all right on the ball working together to get the cars moved through as fast as possible. I appreciate their hard work and efficient manner in which they worked in a business which is not always rewarded with patient clientele and kind words. All of the service techs work very hard in the S Florida heat. It is a busy location but worth the wait.

Came here for an oil change & was in line. After the vehicle in front of me was done I pulled up. The guy in the other line complained that the line I was in was moving faster so they made me pull out so that guy can get service. I've been going to Jeffy Lube for a long time & NEVER in my life did that ever happen. Which ever line your in is how it supposed to go. So I just left & told them that was wrong. He was in the other line that's the line you stay in. So I took my service to other Jeffy Lube & had way better service & told them what happened & they even said that was wrong. I will not go back to this Jeffy lube poor service

DO NOT. Bring your car here. I came for a tune up and oil change. I left and the next day brought my car back because it was running worse than before. Later Found was other issues but, after bringing it to my mechanic he told me that none of the work they charged me for was done. besides adding oil. The manager told me that it was from me not getting my oil changed regularly. But I change my oil before I m scheduled to and as long as I ve had my car have never had issues more than suspension. Then continues to say that most females just know to put gas . They didn t know what they were talking about. 1000% would not recommend, even for changing Wiper fluids. If I could give zero stars, I would.

In the world of quick oil changes, this place is not so quick. They had me waiting a long time while three or four guys made jokes and corroused inside of the work area. They pulled me up to one lane while they had two closed. Then after about 10 minutes, they changed their mind and pull me up to One of the two bays that didn't have cars in them that have been chained off before. The workspace is chaotic. I don't trust mechanics who have their stuff all over the place. This place has their stuff all over the place. Nice guys, second time there and two really slow experiences. Just not so jiffy lol. To their credit, they acknowledge that my filters were clean. The last time I went there they pulled out a clean filter and told me it was dirty. I guess it's getting better?

Just realized my review never posted from my last visit. I went twice in one week with two different cars. I was so impressed with Terry and Nick's professionalism. I plan on going to this location for all my cars in the future. They even told me about some of the other services they offer that I never even thought of using a Jiffy location for. Thanks guys, we'll be back

There was one car in the bay and two in front of me when I arrived. 1 hour and 31 minute wait before even starting my oil change. Service good and my oil change only took 20 minutes.

From Katina, Eugene to Mardonald, your assistant manager Terry D. is an excellent leader. Everyone I encountered was so courteous and helpful. It was a busy Saturday but they ran that place with such efficiency and great service. Good job training!

A+ oil change and car work! A big shout out to ALL the employees at this location! I just had chemo done and they went out of their way to make sure everything was done quick and efficiently. They checked on me, updated about the slight wait *it was really busy*, and made sure my car was ready to get back on the road after sitting for a bit. Thank you Tony, Katina, Terry and crew!!!

In and out quickly. Recommended additional services were offered which I decided to decline which were politely received and I was not pressured to try to accept.The Royal Palm Beach location should be recognized as how to operate a Jiffy lube

Very slow service. Did not have my turn signal bulb and my air filter in stock, which they never do. Very slow. I see the workers walking a lot but don't see any work being done. It's been like this the last few times here, but I don't think I'll be coming back to this store. One guy is standing and flirting with someone for at least 10 minutes as others walk around and eat pizza.

I'm very satisfied with my service. I came in for an oil change and it only took 10 minutes before my vehicle was next. Everyone in the shop was very polite and attentive. Service were performed by Dominik, Terry, Cole, and Mardonald. Thank you all for this quick and efficient service.

Terry and Jon really took care of me. I came to the shop Friday for an oil change but they went above and beyond and fixed underneath my car, checked my air filters, and replaced my break fluid which was turbid. They were also great to talk to. Since I moved to West Palm Beach, I have been going to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes!

Gone for a oil change for my grandmother. Brought a high mileage car 200k+. The techs told me they wont work on my car because of a noise they heard. With little to no skill they told me that my motor was gonna blow. It was quite embracing to be frank. I had no energy to argue with someone with pure laziness, so i gone to another shop and requested that i see the old oil and to no surprise nothing was wrong and in fact it was just tick lift from Low oil pressure, hence my point. I understand it was an hour near closing time and you had another car when i gone. But your "techs" need better customer service and need to be dedicated into their craft.

Update! I did go back to this place planning on only to get an oil change and that is what I did. They told me my brake fluid was very very low and wanted me to have a fluid exchange. I knew I already had one with Mazda but I told them I will have it checked out and I don't want any work done by them. Well like I thought Everything was fine and the level was fine too!! These workers are told to be scam artists I'm sure to women especially! Beware stay away from here I definitely will!!I went in to get an oil change, which was done fine. However, I was told that my front brake pads and rotors needed to be changed and they wanted to do it immediately. That would cost $500 or a little more. I declined and went to Mazda to have my brakes inspected and they told me the brake pads were like new all the way around and when I needed new brake pads that's when they will do the rotors. Do not do any work that is advised to you unless you check it out elsewhere. Best to go to the dealer for certain things for sure.Service: Oil change

They left intake hose loose plus they did not check my air filter and wipers I had to take my Audi to shop I was hearing noises in inside hood 2 hose s completely loose I will never take my car there 5 year customer

Great experience. Never used a JiffyLube before and it was great! They offered a couple extra services but didn t push anything on me. And I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly and respectful of me and my vehicle.

I just visited this location and I want to sincerely thank Harold for his help today. Before visiting Jiffy Lube I had stopped at another place on Okeechobee and Jog (WPB)for an oil change.The guy tending to me looked me up and down while questioning my request as if I were speaking gibberish mind you I m sitting in my car! After he mansplaining oil changes then asked me to sit and wait 30 mins because they were busy when there was an open bay right in front of me. I was disgusted and upset with this man and I just left to go to my regular place. I pulled up to jiffy lube and quickly explained to Lala what I needed, she took me into an open bay right away and Harold took it from there. He definitely understood the assignment and was done in less than 30 minutes. I m a forever Jiffy Lube costumer!Thank you for treating people with respect, I appreciate you all so much Service: Oil change

Usually happy with this location but then they refused to fix a turn signal so I had to drive over to the Jiffy Lube on Okeechobee who said they would do it. If your techs can't change a bulb, they shouldn't be working on cars.
