I own a mid 2000s Aston Martin DB9 with a 12 cylinder V8. My usual shop couldn t fix it and referred me here. Enrique the owner was VERY upfront and made me comfortable. I spoke to my technician, Leigh when I picked the car up. To be 100% honest, these guys were both really great. They stand behind their work and are true professionals. I won t take my DB anywhere else in the future.Service: Engine repair

Without a doubt the absolute best Automobile repair service I've ever had the pleasure of taking my truck to. I received a quote for my repairs, after that I took my car to JFM and they were A Lot less than my first quote! Everyone there is extremely friendly and I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else!

This shop is the real deal for all automotive enthusiasts out there. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and possess a combined industry experience that s unparalleled by any of the other shops in the area. Take a quick drive by JFM and you ll have a glimpse at the exotics and luxury cars that they are entrusted to work on.In my particular experience Enrique and Leigh (Lee?) were great to work with; they worked on one of my weekend cars with utmost care and treated it as if it were their own car. The quality of the work performed is second to none and they exceeded expectations by completing the work two days ahead of schedule. Highly recommended, folks!!

This past week, I had a couple of concerns about my 2003 BMW. The owner not only offered to check out the car at no charge but offered a tow as I was afraid to drive it. He even had one of his mechanics drive the car for 25 miles to see if any off sounds could be heard. If that isn't giving enough, he spent time with me on the phone answering all my questions. He felt more like a friend than a greedy businessman. Needless to say, if you want to be treated with respect, care and thoroughness, please see Enrique at JFM Motorcars. I highly recommend.

I cannot believe my good fortune in having JFM recommended to me by a very highly regarded West Palm Beach shop that had serviced my cars in the past, as they believed the techs at JFM had better skills to repair a transmission issue with my Porsche 928 than they possessed. When I arrived at JFM I knew I had come to the right place. A classic Porsche was sitting in the driveway along with several Ferraris, Bentleys, Jaguars and even a Ford GT40 replica. JFM diagnosed the issue, ordered replacement parts (including one that could only be obtained from Germany) and performed the repairs not only in a timely fashion, but for a price that was not only way more than reasonable but far below what I had anticipated. I brought the car back a few days later to see if they could solve a troubling AC issue. Once again it was correctly diagnosed and repaired (this time the same day) at a more than reasonable cost. The owner, Enrique is not only a knowledgeable master tech, but an absolute pleasure to deal with as is Abigail, JFM's customer service manager. From now on when I have my other cars (a Ferrari and Aston Martin) here with me in Palm Beach (I only live in Florida half the year) those cars will now be serviced at JFM. They have my highest recommendation.Services: Transmission, Air conditioning

These guys claim to be Mercedes experts, but they are not. I took my 2001 SL to have the AC repaired. Not only was it not repaired correctly the first time, but after taking it back three times, the AC was not fully repaired and the car now vibrates violently when the aux fans turn on, something that was not happening when I left the car with them. In addition, they damaged my rear plastic window on the convertible top by placing a heavy part on the top which left a permanent impression. It cost me over $800 to for this repair and now I'm having to take it to a real expert that can fix this problem. They also worked on my '79 vette conducting a carburetor to fuel injection conversion. They claimed that they had experience with this procedure on vettes. This was not the case. Not only was the total cost hundreds more than the estimate, I had to purchase extra parts in order to complete the conversion. These were parts that they told me were not needed when I first contracted them. In addition, when I got my car back, the odometer had 168 extra miles. Clearly someone took my car for a long joy ride. The car had new scratches on it which I had to buff out and there was beach sand everywhere. What's worse is that despite having to take the car back three times, the fuel injection system still does not work correctly and the car sputters and shuts down when placed on reverse. Finally, they will charge you dearly for everything. For example, I noticed on the bill that they were charging me $50 to remove the car battery. This is a procedure that takes 5 minutes. This guys are not only not trustworthy, you may end up getting your car back worse than when you left it.Services: Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

I needed my Range Rover serviced and I found this place through a close friend who recommended them. They did an excellent job and charged half the amount the Range Rover dealership quoted me for the same work. It s very hard to find good honest people to work on your car, especially with high-end vehicles. Would definitely recommend.

Enrique is the greatest -- so genuine! He communicates with you effectively before doing anything and you never have to guess when your car will be ready. Very timely. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

not only do i highly recommenced JFM motorcars but i use them on all of my vehicles! From old 1955 red Chevy pickup i have to a new 2020 corvette. I am a local independent boutique dealer with about 20-30 cars and EVERY car i have in my inventory goes to JFM prior to being listed online. I have worked with JFM for about 1.5 years and honestly have 0 complaints. from the estimates, to the employees, workmanship, timeliness, cleanliness, expertise and the list goes on they are THE BEST! I have used many different repair shops from Palm Beach to Jensen Beach and this is the ONLY shop ive found that can work on all different vehicles ( they actually know what they're doing ), let alone they mean what they say. LOOK NO FURTHER!!! We had a small oil leak in our 2013 diesel Porsche Cayenne. JFM took the time to explain this over the phone and drive our car to the Porsche dealer. We found out that it was still warrantied and Porsche repaired it for free. They went above and beyond on service when I needed a hitch installed. Attention to detail and did not cut corners when doing the install. I absolutely recommend the shop and plan on going back for any future work I need done to my car.

Like other reviews, I heard about this shop from a friend. Not fond of dealerships, I wanted a place where I am treated with respect and talked to honestly. I found that at JFM Motorcars. (and that's not always easy, being a woman) Thank you JFM for the great service!
