Got the parts BUT there was an area for comments and questions that i submitted a question that was related to one of the parts. They did not respond- not sure why they have that section to ask questions if it is completely ignored. Very poor customer support. I guess once they get yo order and payment- that s were any support ends.I would not recommend based on my experience.with them.

Parts there has been great now on three ocassions. They find the part I need, give great advice, and ship super fast. They are the best place nationally I have found for my F type. Highly recommended. Prices are great too.

This is the best online retailer/dealer for Jaguar parts (2004 JXR) that I have been able to find. They have the parts I need, and I get them in a few days. I wish dealer prices were a little less expensive.

Very smooth ordering process. The part was perfect and well packaged. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because their was a bit of a wait for them to get the part from their parts warehouse and get it shipped. But, I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Had brakes replaced at this location last week. Excellent Service Advisor Daniel Rosen was very professional and friendly, keeping me updated while waiting!I will use this location from now on!

5 starts for getting the part I ordered. The two comes from the Speed of getting the part. Three weeks was unacceptable. The length of time tells me they did not have the part in stock and had to get it from somewhere else. It does not take three weeks to pick a part from the shelf, stick it in a box and ship it from FL to IL.

Fast, but expensive shipping like you'd expect from a dealer. Charged me $15 for shipping a $30 part that weighed about 4 oz and then shipped in a USPS envelope. But I needed the part and it arrived on time.

I can't believe what great service. Correct part first time and timely delivery. I never thought I would be able to find my part let alone an oem part for my old girl 1996 jaguar xj6. Good job we are both very happy

The seatbelts respetical was the safety issue that I replaced first. It went on easily with the instructions for a first time application by me. I know with past experience with the windshield wiper fluid reservoir that it will be the fix for the original one with a hole in it.

I wish I could have Jaguar Parts 0 star.Jaguar Palm Beach Parts online is a joke. I paid $462.67 Never receive my parts this day 7th still no parts paid $39.50 on shipping and Jaguar Palm Beach Parts still no parts why I haven t heard anything from you guys and I thought on 5th day if shipment not receive Jaguar employees will call to inform me.
