Tony was amazing to work with! He kept me informed the entire time and made sure all his customers were content waiting for their vehicles. Very happy with my experience with Tony and the entire Infiniti service department! Felt like I was driving a brand new car home!

Infiniti's rep Alaijah was pleasant and professional, my car had a serious issue, my choices were limited and I don't live in Fl. My experience with Alaijah was excellent, she measured the situation intelligently and offered practical realistic suggestions and offered me the time necessary for making the decision that best suited me... I purchased my infiniti qx60 in 2017. I have been using the infiniti service since then. My service advisor, Mr. Danny Solorzano has been very helpful and approachable. KEVIN JENSEN is the best service person I have ever had. I have owned/leased over 10 Infiniti vehicles over the past several years. Very rarely do you find someone that knows what they're talking about and what they are doing in dealership service departments these days. He under promise and over deliver on everything. We plan on bringing all of our cars for service to Kevin and the INFINITI of Palm Beach going forward. Kevin is truly a car guy who knows what he's talking about. Fixed the problem that two other Infiniti dealerships couldn't truly diagnose. He brought out the cavalry when I pulled the car in and took it seriously. I wish I could give them no stars I bought my 2016 QX60 from there and when I tell u its been nothing but issues since!!!!!! I think it may be a racial issue but whatever it is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM GO TO THE INFINITI LOCATION I BROWARD or a different county, Thats exactly what I plan to do Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I went to that place for a simple simple service that shouldn't cost me much under my vehicle. I ended up paying much more than i was expected.
