This dealership is awesome! Everyone I have encountered has been accommodating and super friendly! I don t normally write reviews but I thought I would make en exception since my experiences here are always great. Tony and Danny from the service department always make sure my car is in tip top shape and make sure I understand what is going on. I truly appreciate how informative they are and I thank them for their patience !

I had the smoothest process ever! I definitely didn t have any great experiences with buying cars before, but Tyrone Sterley made everything possible. I would definitely recommend him, and David from finance also helped a lot! I love my new car !

I've always had a great experience. The service center is one of the best. My vehicle is always in top condition after service, and always clean since the service center offered to wash your vehicle before returning it to you. Excellent customer service and professional staff. Alaijah and Jennifer are the best Advisors. They frequently keep you updated on the status of your vehicle while it's in service, which is a plus when it comes to displaying Awesome Customer service. Keep up the excellent work guys

I ve been a customer of Infiniti of the Palm beaches for several years now. I have always had a great experience in the dealership and the service department however I recently started seeing Tony for my service needs and he has been by far the most attentive and fantastic service representative I ve had the pleasure to deal with.Always with a smile, very knowledgeable, breaks down all the needs in terms I can understand given I m not a car-savvy person.Thank you Tony for the great experience every single time!

I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. Andre was so helpful and made the entire process easy and even FUN! Also, Jessica in the finance department was an absolute pleasure and explained all my options. The car is wonderful. We are looking forward to many years with our QX60...I highly recommend Infiniti of the Palm Beaches...and particularly Andre.

Truly the most efficient and painless experience buying a car I ve ever had. Alonso was wonderful! Not your average pushy car salesman. He was very attentive and quick to respond with information I asked of him. I felt I could speak to him openly without feeling the sales tactics and manipulation. He s a personable gentleman who I felt actually wanted to help. 5 stars to him and the Infiniti team as a whole!

Love my Infiniti Schumacher of the Palm Beaches. We have been long term customers and have been pleased with this dealership overall. They always take care of us. I recently had the pleasure of working with Tony at Infiniti of West Palm Beach and I must say, he is by far the best Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend this dealership enough!! Our experience was luxury and personable start to finish. Alonso helped us find a car, the moment we arrived, he had already pulled the car up for us to view! We test drove it and Immediately we loved it. He was very well versed on the cars features and was quick to answer any question. The process was efficient and quick, but reliable and trustworthy. I like that I didn t have to write any personal information onto any paper, it was all electronic. On top of it, the woman in finance, Jessica, was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. She gave us the real luxury experience by going over our warranties (which we didn t even expect to have buying a used car!) and all I could think of was how glad I was that we came here to buy. I feel like we really got to know Alonso and Jessica in the short time that we were there, and Jessica really fought to get us the deal we wanted. Infiniti goes above and beyond to ensure that you are given a great experience. They are good with giving warranties and really believe in the cars that they sell. Also, the coffee machine had so many amazing options, we couldn t get enough lol. Go here and you will not regret it. I swear.

I highly recommend using Infiniti of the Palm Beaches for servicing your vehicle. Everybody I had contact with during my last visit was professional, focused on helping me and making sure I was treated regally. I need to give a special shout out to Brian Sturgess, my service advisor. Brian showed patience and used his expertise to understand the issues I was having with my new car. Great service in new sales at Infinity of The Palm Beaches by Shak Williams. Our experience for our new QX60 was easy and smooth transaction. Shak Williams most imperative attribute was his detailed product knowledge on this SUV. Dealership experience was fabulous when we were looking at cars. The purchasing of the vehicle was seamless and quick. Salesman (Max Hager) was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
