My cousin had found me a used 2011 Honda Accord for sale to serve as my new car and initially upon seeing the vehicle, I was skeptical to use it as my daily driver as it had a pretty significant dent as well as faded paint on the body of the car.He then referred me to Frank's Auto Excellence to get body work done on the car to restore it to its' former glory. After picking the car up from him, I was floored. The new paintjob that Frank did on the bumpers was phenomenal and you can't even tell it apart from the factory paint. He was also able to remove the dent and repair it to the point where I can't even tell where the dent was.Frank also offered me a fully synthetic oil change for a great price as well to get me on my 13 hour road trip back to my base.I highly recommend this shop if you need any cosmetic work done, or anything mechanical as well, the owner is very fair on pricing and his work is immaculate. I have used Frank's Auto Excellence several times now and the results have always been impeccable. Bodywork was perfect and left the car looking as perfect as the day I bought it. He found tires at a reasonable price, something impossible for my car. He rebuilt my transmission (it works perfectly) and has tweaked, fixed, and adjusted various other parts of the vehicle. His prices are more than fair given the quality of the work (other places quoted me prices that were three to four times higher for the transmission work), the speed and efficiency with which he works, and the customer service he provides. My first impression of Frank was that he would never allow a customer to drive off with a car that he himself would not be 100% comfortable driving himself. I am happy to report that this impression was 100% correct. This man cares about his craft and his customers and it has shown through each time my vehicle came back from Frank's Auto Excellence.10/10, 5 out of 5, two thumbs up, or whatever other metric you might use...Frank's Auto Excellence is deserving of the accolades and your patronage.

Frank was very informative and helpful. Although my situation wasn't the most ideal with the timing and warranty service, he worked very efficiently and was very professional. I typically call around to get the best quotes, and time after time I found his pricing beat his competitors and learned to just call Frank's Auto. Amazing reviews previous to mine speak for itself. Very well deserved. I had also had after market rims, and he went out of his way to refer a place who was able to accommodate my need instead of pushing for the job himself. Lastly, once the work was done, he showed me the faulty old product that was taken out from the product that was put in. This is something I truly appreciated, especially to build a quality of trust that the job was actually done. Every place I had been to previous, I had never experienced that. Will be returning when needed in the future.

Frank totally deserves 5 stars! We brought my son's Audi in to be worked on after purchasing it from a local dealer. Unfortunately, the dealership was not forthcoming with the extent of the problems with the car. We didn't know the work would be as extensive as it was but Frank took the time to be very thorough with the car. He completely explained the how and the why. He got the car fixed and gave us a very fair price, about $700 lower than what the dealership would have charged. I do not live in the area and after my experience with his work, I have found him to be a trustworthy mechanic who takes a sincere interest in his customers. Thank you, Frank!

Went here based off the great reviews to get my Cars A/C fixed and I was not disappointed. Frank was very professional and friendly and made me feel welcomed when I arrived. He then quickly went to work on my car and had everything running smoothly in no time. I was very happy with both the results and the price I paid. Will definitely be going back if I ever need another problem fixed!

Right away you can tell Frank knows what he is doing when it comes to your car. Frank took the time to diagnose my Taurus properly and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.He does not tack on unnecessary repairs and does everything he can to correctly diagnose and repair your vehicle. Frank came highly recommended by a mutual friend and I will be sure to pass the word on.I would give him 10 stars if I could. Even offered to shine and clear coat the headlights for a low price! Will be sure to return whenever the vehicle needs repair or maintenance.

Frank is not an excellent mechanic but a genuinely nice person! His prices are fair. He knows how to work on most cars. He services 3 of mine. I highly recommend him! Jay

I was referred to Frank by four different people,Frank is the only honest and affordable mechanic. There is no BS like from other mechanic shops, Frank will tell you what s really wrong with your vehicle and has it fixed quickly. I recommend him to everyone.

Are you looking for an honest hardworking mechanic, who will also work with you the best he can? Frank is your guy!I was in a shifty situation, i had a 10 hour drive back to north carolina and my car was having multiple issues. Frank helped me out tremendously by getting me back on the road allowing me to make it back home for work on time.I highly recommend this business!Thank you again frank.

My car broke down and had it towed to three different places and they all said that I needed a new transmission. I took it to Frank and he did a thorough diagnosis of the car. Turns out it only needed a transmission computer which cost me 1/5 the price that I was qouted by the other shops. Frank has made me a customer for life.

I took my bmw 528 to the bmw specialists and they wanted to charged me over $6k but I found Frank he got it fixed for just $1500. He did a great job! Im so happy...strongly recommend !!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I m usually a dealer kind of guy but I heard that Franks auto excellence has better service and for cheaper prices so I figured I try them out ..what can I say ? I haven t been happier he has done a lot of work on my Mercedes S500 including Tires and alignment on his new state of the art machine , also a very clean shop and they are knowledgeableHighly recommended to get work like a dealer but for independent shop prices

Best Mechanic in palm beach ! He saved me, fixed my car with in 24 hours, so my neighbor wouldn t know I wrecked his car.. My daughter was in need of a car as somone had wrecked her car. He was great could not do enough to help my daughter get into a sfe reliable car. He went above and beyond. I will use no other mechanic and I would recommend buying a vehicle from him. He stands behind his work.

This guy is a scammer. He will rip you off and charges way expensive. He does insurance fraud to make extra money.. This man will lie about the prices and he is very expensive.if you are lucky and his friend he can give you a reasonable price but I think someone should keep an eye on this place as he lives in there on a daily basis.he makes money by crashing customers cars to claim it to the insurance company.someone needs to stop this. He also buys used cars and sells them for more to make money. I wouldnt want anyone buying a junk for something he spends very little for. As a customer. I was very disappointed.even forgot to put sticker for my oil change. i have rights to complain about my experience with him. Please be careful and always do your research.this guy was never my boyfriend by the way. Can somebody please do an investigation with insurance fraud on him or something?when he told me he does that i found it very disgusting to do. He is a thief. Has stole parts from auto parts when calling for his parts to be delivered. I have no need to lie about this.wouldnt want insurance losing more money as they keep losing billions on an annual basis for doing with what he does with his job.hopefully someone can take this in consideration. No more to scammers. Im reporting a fraud that is hard for even insurance to detect. Thank you!
