I have a 2018 Thor MotorCoach with multiple items that need to be repaired. They came out and surveyed everything that needed to be fixed and said they would file a claim with the extended warranty. I paid them about $200. I followed up after a few weeks and he let me know that the claim was filed. I have called each month for the last 3 months and left voicemails, but I have not received a response from them. When I finally checked with the warranty company, I was very disappointed to learn that they never actually filed a claim. Back to square one...

The slide out would not go back in the 37 1/2 foot Newmar my boyfriend owns. We called and spoke to Ozzie and he came out a couple days after our call. It was assessed that it needed a new motor. It took a little longer than usual to get the part, as it is a 1996, but as soon as it arrived on Friday afternoon, Monica called to schedule an appointment for that Monday. Ozzie came, repaired the motor, and it was done. Very professional, cost was not bad. I would definitely recommend them for any needs you have.

Are you kidding me! All the other RV repair shops don't compare to Florida Mobile RV Repair. First of all, Alex answers the phone. A rarity in these times. Secondly, he listens to your needs, is courteous, and knowledgeable. And, he's not trying to sell you anything. In fact, he told me a better idea on how to repair my RV that cost less. His advice and experience were a pleasant surprise. And finally, The cost of the repairs were far less than the past RV shops I've visited. I guess I save money because Alex doesn't pay rent like the other repair shops, so he passed the savings on to me! To cap off the good news, Alex gave a complimentary RV review and informed me about slider covers, which I didn't know existed. And, of course his quote to install them was lower than anyone else I called to get quotes from. This company is a blessing. Thank you, Alex, you deserve an award for excellence in your field.

I called on a Wednesday morning and was given an appointment for service on Thursday. Wednesday at 6:00 pm I received a text saying SORRY but we only work on 2010 up so we are canceling your appointment for tomorrow. My RV is a 1999 (in very good condition) but I was having an issue with the rear slider retracting. I also had informed them when I made the appointment that I was from Michigan and was traveling back in 7 days. They had wasted a whole day that I could have called someone else. SORRY doesn t cut it at the last moment. Not we normally don t but because WE screwed up we will help ...not this customer service..NO WE CANCELED YOU Don t use these people for anything, let s all send them a message that they can hear loud and clear...bad service will not be tolerated!

Terrible. Most expensive, $200 for a quote, parts are marked up sky high, labor is slow, parts are marked up way beyond the prices on the internet, be prepared to wait forever for service call, only to have it rescheduled.

Called 3 times for rv repair, goes to voicemail about RV rental business. No callback ever received.

These guys are a Joke, they don't know nothing, all they want is to come over collect $99 for the service call for them to tell you we can't fix it.
