Don was an absolute pleasure and took great care of me. I've had too many bad experiences at other tire shops. He was super easy to talk to, welcoming, and kept me well informed the whole way through the process. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you Don! Car has never drove better!!

Each representative at the Northlake Blvd, North Palm Beach, FL location were knowledgable, friendly, detailed and explained everything well. Noticed my oil change alert was on so I ll be back tomorrow morning. I am thrilled with the service I received and the personnel that represents Firestone.

I set an appointment online after hours on Friday. Although they couldn't take me at that specific time they called me first thing Saturday morning and main managed to get me in before my trip the next day.They did exactly as I asked without trying to upsell me. They performed the oil change and inspection and installed my windshield wipers that I had purchased months ago.They also providing me with the results of the inspection and we are going to take care of those issues in a couple weeks.Everyone I talked to was very friendly and Don and Robert explained anything I had questions about.I am very happy with the service I received here.

Went here because I got a nail in my front left. It was in a spot where we couldnt repair it, I was told had to replace the tire. It was a Sunday and it took 3 hrs to put a single tire. The staff worked extremely slow. On top of that, I was charged extra $21 for tire rotation when it was supposed to be free. I had to argue to get that. After this on my way back home the tire pressure light came on and looked like they didnt even fill up my tires to the right pressure. Avoid this place, there are better tire service shops in this area.

I ve been coming to this Firestone for about 6-7 years after having a terrible experience at the Juno Beach Location and I haven t had any issues up until now. There s some funny business going on here. I d stay away. I posted a picture of what I believe to be a clean cut wiring harness. Not the issue I brought the vehicle in with.

Staff was polite and courteous. Car was serviced promptly and all went well. Given a discount with new credit card. Will definitely come back for repeat service.

*update* was contacted by the person who oversees that branch and others and he seems to be addressing the bigotry issue.The following was what I heard from one staff member on my first visit the cheap Jews in NY don t spend any money. I like it here better because people spend money . I had already ordered a tire that they didn t have in stock or I wouldn t have come back after this. Then I came in for my new tire to be put on, waited an hour only to find out that they ordered the wrong tire. I thought I was done with them, but then I got a call that the correct tire came in so on another day I called and Brandon who said that they were busy, but it would only take a minute to put a tire on so go ahead and come in. I did. I then waited over a hour and came up to see if it was done. He went to the garage and came right back to check me out (indicating to me that it had been done and they were just too busy to check me out). It then took 15 minutes to get checked out because he couldn t get the computer to work and kept getting distracted.All in all - I would recommend going someplace more organized and more professional.

The service and staff was excellent. Robert Jackson completed the alignment on my car he took his time and made sure that it was done to perfection. Don, the manager was kind and respectful to all of his staff.

Darius at this Firestone location was the best experience I ve had in dealing with my car. He took his time to understand my vehicle needs, advised me personally and was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend him personally as a go - to for anyone!

Called the day before to make an appointment, and they were able to get me in the next day. I got an oil change, new tires, new brakes and rotors, and an alignment. They were fast; had me out in less than two hours. The staff is very friendly. If I could give this location 10 stars I would the customer service was amazing these employees were patient, friendly and very understanding of my situation and in my opinion they went over and beyond for me. I will recommend and have this location work on my car and my families cars.

Refused to do an alignment on a truck that has all new suspension because they didn't do the work. Not long ago I took in brand new tires to get mounted on brand new rims and they charged me a disposal fee. The install was incorrect because the red and yellow dots didn't line up. They don't have properly trained ASE certified techs.

Honestly not sure why I keep coming back to this location. I understand the short staff situation but man 8 hours for new tires and alignment. Not only did I have to call to see when the car would be ready but when we get here we are completely ignored. When I called it was an oops I thought they already called you, you car is ready. We get here we are ignored and skipped. Still kept our cool. Driving off and they didn't balance my tires Come on you've had my car since 10am it's now 6:45 and I waiting for for them to redo my tires because it wasn't done right the first time around. Unacceptable and frustrating. And I'm paying for all this.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I made an appointment to get an alignment, tire rotation and a new tire for my car my appointment was at four I was out by 5 o clock no later and they always give you an update on your car status I never had a great customer service like that before whenever I get my car done north palm beach is the best

The appointment time was a little disappointing !! I was told to be there at 10 o clock on Wednesdays they didn t pull my car back until 12 o clock the same day. I needed brakes for my new tires. They told me to Come back the next day at 10 and it will be done by 12. It was the sitting area was clean! The guy who checks you in Ulysses I believe is so nice and informative and Firestone is lucky to have him thank you!!!

This place is great. Been going there for 10+ years and they have always given great honest service. They place an emphasis on customer service and not on bilking every penny they can out of people. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
