This company has the worst attention to detail and communication ever. They called us to pick up our car and as we are checking it the parts that were supposed to be replaced were all in the trunk of the car in it s boxes still. That was the first time. The second they called and again as we are checking there were still parts that never got put on the vehicle. Again we waited a couple more weeks without a car. The third time they broke another part of the car that was never even involved in the accident so we had to wait for that to be replaced.Honestly just an embarrassing company to refer or even consider using. If it wasn t because the insurance made us. I wouldn t recommend anyone to ever go near this place. From a simple 3 week fix to a 2 almost 3 month repair and waste of time and money.

I had a great experience with the manager and staff at this location. Travis has helped me multiple times with repairs to my vehicle! Him and his team always do such a wonderful job and I m super happy with the results of my Toyota. Would recommend to anyone who is in need of vehicle repairs. Customer service here was great!

Crash champion even though the parts for my car were on back order from the dealership the fixes on my Toyota corolla hatchback were amazing with the painting and puting the car back together, so the next time you need your car put back together or painted Crash Champion is the place to go for your cars repairs.

I recently brought my Tesla model 3 to Crash Champions for damage to the rear truck. At first I felt a little nervous about trusting a repair shop with my prize possession, but from the moment I stepped into the office I felt at ease. Liz and Jorge were fantastic! Liz was amazing, verifying my insurance. Jorge quickly contacted the facility Tesla Expert , Theo who thoroughly examined my vehicle and arranged for me to drop off my car at my convenience. He knew I suffered from separation anxiety so he made certain my car was taken in for repairs immediately and returned to me exactly three days later, detailed perfectly.What a great experience. He is amazingly!! That s not all.Liz arranged for my rental car to be returned to Enterprise !!Saving me some time and energy. She is an amazing person!The great experience continued when I returned one month later to have the wrap replaced on the truck. Theo has an excellent memory and always follows through. He s a man of his word, something that is difficult to find these days. I admire that in a person. He made all the arrangements necessary to complete the job. I can t thank him enough.I would highly recommend this facility not only for Tesla owners but for all automotive body repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was previously working with Carstars. Crash champions bought them. I had an accident around 2021. There was an issue with shipping of a part I needed, delayed due to the pandemic, so they gave me my car back and said they would call when the part came in. (They as in Carstar) It took about 2.5 years to get that part and I had to constantly call and explain my situation (including with crash champions). However, it was finally fixed by crash champions, so thank you.

Crash champion is not the champions that they say they are I had to take my Car to another body shop to repair the damages that was done before I took it to them and to repair the damages that they did. I strongly do not recommend crash champion 2001 Congress Riviera Beach Florida. Don't do it

Honestly, they fixed my car WAY faster than I ever expected them to. Teslas are notorious for taking forever to fix, but they took only twelve days total. There was an issue I had to go back for (bumper wasn t lined up properly), but I won t hold it against them. Things happen, and they fixed it without question, and only one day after I mentioned it. That was top notch service.Theo was great. He has a memory for names and faces, which is something I always admire in people. It s something I wish I could replicate.The reason for the three star review though instead of five stars, is two other issues I had.The first issue is when I picked up my car. They only gave it back to me with a 5% charge. They are Tesla certified, and they told me when I was there that they had a few 220V hookups specifically to charge the cars before giving them back. Why did I only get a 5% charge and immediately have to go to a super charger to make it home? Not sure, but it happened.The second issue is a missing tow pin cover. When I picked up the car, they told me they ordered it, but it came in broke. Not an issue by itself, things happen, and I won t blame them for minor stuff. They said they would order me a new one and let me know when it came in.A month goes by and they still haven t called me to let me know this two inch piece of plastic is there. I ended up ordering on myself for $7 on eBay, waiting a week for it to come in, installed it myself, and all is good now, expect they still haven t called me to let me know they got mine in. Tesla certified, and I can get a piece faster than they can after waiting a month on them? Doesn t seem normal to me. I have half a mind to drive there and request the $7 I spent since insurance paid them for the piece, but I guess it s just really not worth the hassle to get the $7 back .All in all nice people and quick service, but the small details matter, and that s where I felt they had room to grow.

Absolutely terrible, they lie on their estimates and over inflated their prices to get as much money as possible out of you. Stay away please .

Crash champions blessed me with Chris to repair my car. i chose crash champions as my repair shop because unfortunately someone hit my car, and Chris did an outstanding job with repairing the damage and made my car look brand new.He was very kind and communicative, as well as called me with any important updates about my car. Chris did not take long to repair and once he gave me an estimated day to pick up my car once finished, he had it ready by that day.The front desk was also very communicative and always available to speak to.Would 100% recommend you come here for any repairs to your vehicle. And I hope you get blessed with Chris! Thanks!

Was sent here by my insurance company. The woman I spoke to on the phone at their call center was extremely friendly and helpful. My wife took the car in for the estimate and was told that they would not do the repairs on the car because there is previous damage and they can not warranty their repair because the NEW damage ran through the previous damage (it's a dent in the quarter panel). Fine. They went ahead and wrote up their estimate anyway and sent it in to my insurance company. I called to ask them a few questions about how they were planning to repair the panel etc. and the woman I spoke to on the phone was unbelievably rude about the whole thing. I understand that they could not warranty the repairs and all of that. My issue is 100% with the way she spoke to me on the phone. I even apologized for asking dumb questions. After a few minutes she just flat out told me "it doesn't matter how we we would repair it because we are not going to repair it." I've already spoken to the insurance company and informed them of all of this and that we will absolutely not be using them for our repair.

Love this place & since I am a Crash Champion, myself, I'm returning so my car can look as good as it did the 1st time. Always a pleasure to deal with. As far as waiting, if they r taking care of all... getting approval, car rental & parts ordered before bringing in the car... so be it. That's what rentals r 4! And have a nice day!

I don't even know where to even begin with my horrible experience at Crash Champions on Congress Ave. It has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and I wouldn't wish this ordeal upon anyone. First of all, it took an four months to complete my repair. They originally quoted me at 2-3 WEEKS, but after two months of no contact I called for an update, just for them to tell me week after week (for 4 months) that the car would be ready in a week. Throughout the whole process, I never received any updates from them and when I called, they consistently lied to me about completion dates.When they finally told me my car was complete the first time, I arrived to find that right headlight was obviously scratched and cracked and had significant condensation in the turning signals. A MONTH later I went to pick up my car for a second time to find out the alignment had never been adjusted and the car had multiple errors and warnings displayed on the cars computer. One of the line managers even stated that they had not done anything to calibrate the car.Now, I am only a week or two out of having the car back just to find out from a Tesla technician (for which I had to have come and evaluate my car do to multiple faults) that they installed a faulty headlight and did not calibrate the headlights. the Tesla technician even asked me where I had the car taken to because of the horrendous quality of the repair. I am now waiting for a competent technician from tesla to come and replace the twice replaced headlight.If you need to have any car repaired, I would steer clear of this place. They are incompetent, they will lie to you, provide horrible repair quality, and leave you in the dark for months. Just to huff and puff when you call after 3-4 months as if you are annoying them. If I had to do it again, I would rather drive two states away to have my car repaired than bring it back here.TL;DRDon't go here, they are completely incompetent.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

The lady at the front was very nice, took me to my car, told me take my time clearing it out. Left without my plate, they never called to to come back, I called the 2 days later they said the car was already towed and no plates were there. I had to file a police report for lost or stolen plates.

This place sucks.They don t call , text or email for updates.My tuck is been there for 1 1/2 month and they keep telling me the the parts they order was too small or big. 5 times the told me it was going to be ready in a specific date but last minute they keep saying it s not ready until another week. They did this to me 5 times I m not happy .

I just cannot grasp how badly this place lied to my face constantly.. with the exception of Theo who was literally the only one who took any kind of initiative to help me. What should have taken a week or two to fix turned into a month and i went to pick up my car yesterday that I was told would be ready at 3pm by 3 different staff members I arrived and did not leave that place until 7pm!! And they close at 5! And the guy had the nerve to bring my car around front with no bumper after what was supposed to take 30 minutes turned into 3 hours! These guys were hiding from me and avoiding me on purpose and when I got angry and put my foot down they made a joke out of it and brought me my car unfinished. Needless to say I lost it. I don t get how this place is still in business? I will be having someone check my car and call the BBB on these people!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I know they are all very busy due to increased volume. But if you re not the one constantly calling and checking in you car could sit there for 3 months and not touch with no updates.They are not a group of people or company that takes initiative.They forgot to order my parts so that was a 2 week delay.It took 2 months to get parts (not their fault) but I m the one that had to constantly call and found out the parts came in.They then made an appointment over a month after the parts came in to start the repair process.So now we re 4 months into this process and that s not even the biggest problem. Now the car has been sitting there for over 3 weeks with no update. I called, texted, called texted over that time frame and can t get an update. I get told it s in body a week ago but find out today after all this the car hasn t been touched and now my rental coverage has expired. I could have driven my car this whole time and not wasted my rental coverage.This really has been the most unprofessional and worst customer service I ve seen in a long time. The amount of excuses and ghosting is insane.And I ve really tried to be understanding of the volume and delays of parts but letting my car sit there for 3 weeks not touched with no updates and I could have driven the car is infuriating.Now I m picking my car back up until they are actually ready to fix my car. And hopefully the manager actually follows through in covering a rental when I drop it off the 2nd time the technician is ready for my car .Again one of the worst processes I ve experienced in a while and super disappointing.Don t use this place unless you have to.

So I had an accident in August of 2022 I took my car here I had a deductible of $1000 I paid got my car they told me everything was ok I was on my way to work silo I did a quick off I went so happy to get my car forgot about everything,my kids keep complaining about the doors so I did a complete check only to find out that parts that they say was replaced was actually reused I went back twice and call on the phone they said the parts was on back order but no one told me this ever,so it s been 8 months they still haven t call me to get anything fix. I would never go back or recommend anyone to this place and I still want the work finish on my car.

Do not use this place, and if your insurance recommends you here take the check and take the car anywhere else. Unprofessional, and straight Miami shady business. My wife got in a car accident and our insurance company sent us here b/c it had their adjuster in it. She got hit in the front of the car and rad was spitting out coolant, so we had it towed to the shop. It took a few weeks and communication wasn't good through the process but whatever it rarely is for a shop. Then they call us and tell us that the car is ready to be picked up,... .however, it doesn't run. In short:-I had to have the car towed from Miami to Delray to fix it myself-they tried charging us a housing fee (always wait until last minute to pay your bill)-Had to buy a new alternator, and battery and install myself-on top of that they had white overspray down one side of my marron car-why did all of this happen, their adjuster didn't do a good job of looking over and testing the car, he turned in his final estimate and then they found their mistakes after the fact and didn't want to own up to it and have the shop take a hit on labor. They also know that the insurance company will agree with them taking away any power from the customer. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like COVID.Service: Body & Trim

Claim 0439843050101018-05My experience with Crash Champions has been dismal. Once they determined that my truck could not be repaired but after they had received an initial payment from Geico, no one would respond.Geico would not issue the payment on my totaled truck until after a refund had been issued by Crash Champions. Its now been almost 3 weeks and Geico says they have not received the refund.Terry/Tim Lukes

This is the worst experience I ve ever had. They will try to get extra money out of you and you will be left in the blue with updates. I had to constantly call and ended up just showing up in the shop before something happened. This company is very very shady.
