The work done was decent but it took 5 weeks for what should have taken 1 week. No follow up. I always had to call to get any updates. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They do very good work and the service people are great. However, they are very slow in completing repairs. Six weeks to wait for a not too terrible rear end accident is way too long, in my opinion. And the interior of your vehicle will smell like the inside of a paint shop for a couple of weeks after you get your vehicle back.

Unfortunately I was involved in an accident with my brand new 2019 Lexus. I was rear ended while sitting at a traffic light.The professionalism I experienced at Auto Nation collision was second to none. The best thing I liked was the updates I received from Scott every few days telling me where I was in the process. I never had to call and ask.They were very thorough, and I feel like I got a new car back.I recommend Scott, Matt, and the rest of the folks at Auto Nation Collision WPBUpdated 5/12/2020Believe it or not I was rear-ended again at the beginning of this year by someone who was texting on their phone. It happened on my birthday.They immediately wanted to send me to some generic shop. As this was my Brand new Lexus, I insisted that they send the car to AutoNation on Congress in WPB.I was very happy I did as they did and excellent job and I especially recommend my Service Advisor Scott Baker. He kept me informed every step of the process.Thank you Scott Baker!

AWFUL! Long story short-they lie continuously, especially Kelly, charge your insurance for work they don't do, are super unprofessional, hold your car a lot longer than needed, and don't do good work. Took my Lexus to Penske Toyota after Autonation finished working on it with multiple ongoing issues, Penske diagnosed the problems, order new parts, and within days fixed ALL of the issues that were ongoing that Autonation not only did not fix, but would not admit there was anything even wrong.

I googled Auto nation collision. I didn't know there were multiple locations near me. I went to the one in Lake worth on Saturday, i thought I was was speaking to them. The lady who answered the phone at this Congress location cut me off and would not me talk. I told I'm the customer you should listen to me. She continued to be rude. I hung up and called back. I described the receptionist i saw on Saturday. She said, we didn't do estimates on Saturday and there's no blond lady here you have the wrong location. I asked for the phone number of the other location and she didn't know it. Giving her the benefit of doubt, you need to streamline and train your people how to perform professional customer service.

Good work. I'm afraid I must revise my review. The right front tire had to be replaced on my vehicle. When changing the break pads my mechanic discovered that 2 of the threaded bolts that hold the lugs nuts on had been stripped due to to much force being applied to lug nuts when reinstalling the tire. Took it back to autonation who said they would order parts and call me. After one week I got a nail stuck in the same tire. Called them and they said parts were still on order. Eventually all this was fixed for free by them. I am writing to point out the rookie mistake of ovettightning lug nuts a d taking over a week to get parts that are readily available at any auto parts store in a hour. The customer service specialist Melany F. is the saving grace of this place. She handled my anger and frustration in 5 star fashion. The mechanical side of this shop is questionable at best. So make sure you have any work they do checked somewhere else.

A great experience with auto nation collision. My contact Keli was outstanding. Understanding that I needed my vehicle back on a short timeline made it happen well before my deadline. Kept me updated throughout the whole process and was extremely courteous. I would highly recommend using autonation collision.

Name has changed to carstar new owners and management. In these trying times they do everything to make your experience a good one. A state of the art collision center. Communications with their customers is unmatched. A place you can feel confident to refer them to family and friends.

Matt The Manager Was Very Congenial And Acknowleged To My Issuers With My Platnum Series 2018 Escalade ESV And The Timing Of My Repairs Were On Time Of Completion. Kelli M. was Very Experienced In Handling Issues With The Insurance Co And Experienced In Handling My Situations And I Highly Recommend Auto,Nation,Collision Center.

Was not impressed. There to drive a friend whose English is heavily accented. I don't know if the communication problems were due to Autonation, the Insurance. Company or the fact that the damage was boarder line totaling the car. I wouldn't take my car there after this experience, but to be fair: the place was well kept & ckean. It looked very professional from the outside & was very large. I just got the impression that my elderly Spanish speaking female friend was not helped or guided thru the process as she should have been.

Didn t communicate while car was there. Have had to take car back three separate times to dealerships, in order to fix things on the car. Now my headlight shorted out bc condensation is collecting in headlight after being fixed.

Was told my car would be ready in 2weeks and only to be told it would take longer . After they took the car apart. PoorCustomer service its almost like a trap to leave your car there .

Lexus or Lexus here I would recommend that no one brings the car here they rigged the car get it off the lot and they can't even read it properly we have been going back and forth with them since December 4th and they can't manage to get anything right the car runs worse now after dropping it off and then it did before we dropped it off they refused to contact you horrible customer service
