Someone keyed my car. Why I'll never know. I was crying like a baby. I called my insurance because I was covered and they gave me Caliber Collisions number. I trusted them with my 2021 Ford Mustang, my baby. It took 9 days to repair. When I picked it up I was crying because it was beautiful again. They are miracle workers. I recommend Caliber Collisions to everyone if your car needs body work because they are the best......

Had a great experience here! I was recommended by my insurance company to get my car repaired here. I had a minor vehicle collision on my passenger side doors. They were able to get it done in 1.5 weeks and they made it look like nothing have ever happened. They were very communicative and nice. Definitely recommend :)

Very disappointed in my experience with this repair shop. Chose them because they had a high reviews here.Was told by my insurance adjuster that the shop would contact me to schedule a drop off, and I eventually had to place the call to set it up.Was told the first time around that the vehicle was finished, and after leaving work early to pick it up, the paint had chips in the refinished area, and a pinstripe for one side of the car had not been applied. I waited another week at my expense for a rental for them to finish.Later picked up the vehicle. The finish quality of the paint and exterior was very good. It driving after about 2-3 days, I began to hear a horrible noise coming from the area they had repaired. Turns out they didn t tighten the bolts for the wheel and it had come loose. I wa fortunate it did not come off while I was driving, but it ended up damaging the hub and requiring more work. That job was completed, but not to my expectations.To add more intrigue to this story, my fianc� was unfortunate to have an accident two weeks before mine, and she ended up at this shop based on reviews. The initial quality of the paint work is what made me choose this shop. Turns out when replacing a fender on her car, they damaged crash sensors in the bumper area, and we are still having issues with getting that fixed. She made a return visit (the same day I dropped off mine the first time) to have a sensor replaced, and after still having issues, we find out they never replaced anything.If you read all I wrote above, hopefully you choose a better shop to have your vehicle fixed.Or, long story short Don t take your car here.Would not recommend.

Best Experience I have ever had w a Body Repair Shop. Best part...they finished early n were so nice. Oh n they detailed my vehicle before returning...you need your car repaired.. go to them.

Super great service!!! The staff was kind and very efficient. Rebekah gave me regular updates throughout the whole repair process, which kept me feeling at ease and involved. I highly recommend this place. Should anything ever happen to my car again, I would definitely choose this repair shop.

I have used this company for all our family vehicles, Jeep, Mercedes, BMW & Audi. We are very happy with how they handle and take care of our vehicles they are very courteous and patient, they are flexible and know how to treat their customers. Most of all they are honest and trustworthy, any personal items left in our vehicles are always their when we retrieve our cars..

Someone hit my car and I was sent by Progressive to Caliber and it was the best & quickest service I've ever received. The young lady at the front desk was quick and professional when I walked in til I was picked up by the rental company. Freddy updated me from the first walk around until the service was complete. I was in the know every step of the way. I was shocked at how fast it was completed & the amazing work that was done. It's like I drove off with a brand new car.

Total waste of time. so I dropped off my car at the Royal palm beach location, they did the inspection and said they had to order the parts , and that service will be 'faster' at Port st Lucie location and took my car there, they kept my car in port st lucie for one week for no reason, and after calling multiple times they drove my car back and apologized for it. Then they told me that they ordered the parts, but later for some reason they cancelled the whole thing. All this while keeping me guessing. Total waste of time, I would never recommend anyone to go to them. Horrible experience . I wanted to give 0 stars but I had to choose at least one star for the review to go public.

Caliber Collision is the definition of quality. They did a phenomenal job repairing my Infiniti Q50 and delivered it to me 3 days sooner than expected. Jared kept me updated throughout the process and explained the repairs to me thoroughly. They kept you informed throughout the entire process. I had to have a rental and they handled calling the rental company when I dropped off and picked up my car. Excellent customer service.

I brought my kia stinger here through progressive after a collision with an object in the road. They fixed my vehicle to my expectations in a fast and courteous manner, and also kept me apprised of the process while it was being fixed. The front end now looks brand new. I would highly recommend caliber collision whether through your insurance or personal use as your auto & body shop.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim

I was rear-ended in traffic, so I drove here to get an estimate on the repair costs. On the front door, there is a sign saying estimates are by appointment only with a QR code. The QR code didn't work, so I called the toll-free number listed on the sign. After over 5 minutes on hold, a nice lady took my info and said someone would call me to make an appointment. That was a week ago today, and I still haven't heard from anyone .

This location is great! Everyone working here is super kind and personable. I was super nervous about my car being repaired but because of their quality customer service it really put me at ease with the whole process. They always kept me updated on the progress and answered any questions I had. I even got my car back 3 days early! Overall just a great experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for the manager Ken to submit photos for a repair on my car. This whole experience with Them from my first phone call to my walk in experience had been a total waste of my time and their lack of professionalism and work ethic leaves a lot to be desired. Will be moving on to a repair shop that actually values customers.

This is the 3rd time I have used Caliber Collision. The first time was in Fort Myers, the 2nd time was Orlando and now in Royal Palm Beach.I highly recommend using them wherever you are located, even if you have to drive a little further to get there.

I came to the front desk and met with the receptionist I explained my situation. She said the only deal with insurance. I said my insurance is not required in this particular situation. She gave me a little bit of a hard time made me feel uncomfortable eventually some gentleman came out and evaluated my situation. But technically I shouldn't have been approached like that. I don't know if I would recommend anybody. They might be too pricey and intimidating
