Extremely pleased with this shop. Customer service is top-notch! They are professional, pleasant, and honest. Bob is on the spot with communication and Joe is great with explaining findings and service needs. Both together make a great team. The free vehicle pick up and delivery is a great extra service I really appreciate, because it takes away the stress of getting a vehicle there and back.

First I want to say the Bob Connors and the team at Bill Tyson's are great people. This review is not a reflection on how I feel about them personally. While the people are great, the service that I received was poor. Sparing all the details of my experience, I will say this: After extensive diagnostic work on my car, they determined that I needed a new fuel pump. They told me to do this would require that my exhaust and fuel tank be removed from the car to gain access to the fuel pump. I told them that it was completely unnecessary to drop the tank as the fuel pump can be easily accessed from beneath the rear passenger seat. After looking, they told me the rear seat could not be removed and they insisted that the tank had to be removed. At this point I told them to return the car to me and I will remove the seat my self. It took me literally less than 5 minutes to remove the seat and gain access to the fuel pump to be easily replaced. I have attached a picture of my car showing the rear seat lifted and the cover to the fuel pump is clearly visible and easily accessible for replacement. (round, silver plate in the center of the picture is the fuel pump cover). They would have charged me thousands of dollars for labor that was totally unnecessary and, even after telling them this, they still insisted that there was no other way to do the job. My car is a Volvo V70, not the most common car on the road but certainly not rare either. Nevertheless, I asked before bringing the car to them if they had the competencies to work on Volvos and they assured me they did. As a customer, I should not be expected to be an expert on how to perform repairs to my car. I should be able to trust them to do the work correctly. It took me only a few minutes of research to find out how to do this repair properly and they should have been able to do the same research. They have far more experience and access more resources than I do.

Found Bill Tyson on the web for an alternate for Benz dealer. So glad I did, they picked up by flatbed tow & returned free of charge. My service was much less than Mercedes dealership, I got my tires and oil changed and very reasonable prices. I m a customer for life! Service managers Carlos & Bob took care of every question and needs. Thankyou or your impeccable service

I'm sorry but 5 stars just isn't enough for the experience I had. I had taken my vehicle to another business because it was making a squealing noise. They told me what it was but they couldn't fix it they also told me I could continue to drive it! Well it stopped running!! I Googled auto repairs and Bill Tyson's came up with really good reviews and the fact that they pick up and deliver was a real plus for me. As it turns out it wasn't what the other shop said and because I did drive it I almost ended up needing to replace my motor!!! Thankfully Bob Connors and his awesome technician were able to get it running again. It runs like a brand new vehicle. I have been burned so many times when it comes to auto repairs that it's a great relief to find a business that really cares about their customers! I believe I have finally found my go to auto repair shop!! Bob Connors is the nicest guy you will ever deal with. Thanks again Bob and thanks to your awesome technician!! Looking forward to doing business with you in the future!!

Bob was very informative and responsive. Loved the ability to text and complete info online. They were upfront honest and provided me a very reasonable estimate. I love that they will pick up and deliver your car and even washed it before they dropped it off! Will definitely use them again in the future.

I had my Silverado serviced through Bill Tyson's. These guys were amazing! They communicated from the very beginning from pickup during the work then drop off. Great team and great service. I highly recommend them. It is difficult to find honest mechanics and I am glad I found Bill Tyson's Auto repair in Royal Palm beach!

Bill Tyson s Auto Repair is the best shop in town. Great service, Customer care is spot on and they really take care of you. Just purchased 2 one owner Chevy Tahoe s and had Bob bring it in for maintenance. All I can say is these guy s are awesome. Trucks are running like brand new.. Good Good Good service.

This shop is not honest . Especially Bob . He took over $3000 to fix my dodge Ram 1500 . For mixed oil and coolant in the radiator. He keeping have me back for the same problem . His work don t have no warranty. It s all about get the money from customers without good value of work. Please don t go to this Mecanic shop. His work can t be trusted. I fully assume this feedback . I am planning to take him to court

I am very pleased with the service, professionalism, and timely communication provided by Bill Tyson's Auto Repair - Royal Palm Beach location, when my car needed to be repaired. They diagnosed the problem and kept me informed. Not only did they pick up my car, they repaired it in a timely manner, and delivered it back to me. They were highly recommended to me and now I see why. I plan to utilize their services, moving forward, for all of my future maintenance needs.

We had an air-conditioning problem and we were heading out on a rode trip in a few days. Saw the great reviews of Bill Tyson Auto Repair on Google, and called for help. They squeezed us into their highly booked shop. Picked up our car, fixed the problem and returned the car later that same day. The service at Bill Tyson's Auto Repair Shop is exceptional.

Brought my car in for a quote and diagnostic and Bob was speedy with a response. They took my car in and upon arrival of parts my car was done with a basic front end suspension replacement! The car is good to go and the cherry on top was the free pickup and delivery service they offer! I will be returning here for service!

I had an issue with an engine shield replacement for my Audi Q5. I found them online and contacted the office. They scheduled an appointment and fixed the issue. I found them to be very nice and professional and I would recommend them. Give them a call and check it out for yourself.

I have been to many shops throughout Florida. I was mostly disappointed. However, I came across this one and I have to say the professionalism is outstanding. The price is more than fair plus it is all about service. They realized that I was sick and they went out of their way to pick up and drop off my car without charge. I can only say, if you want exceptional work and good service, go with that company.

Would highly recommend! I first heard about this auto repair from my Father. They did a great job, were very straight forward, communicated well, listened to our concerns, wrre friendly and helped get our car into working order again. They did an awesome job making the process as easy as possible after our car decided to quit working on us. Bob was very helpful and stayed in touch through the entire process. My car is a 1999 with low mileage and i dont trust anyone..but bill Tyson as done me GOOD i will never go anywhere else bob at the front is amazing and so are the guys in the back....thank you guys so much for taking care of my P.O.S....lol see you soon for an oil change

My car's 6 year full warranty expired on September 17th, and I am so glad not to be dealing with the Lincoln dealer anymore. ;-)When the check engine light on my 2017 Lincoln MKZ came on, I went to Google to search for autocare, and found that Bill Tyson's Auto Repair had 930+ 5 star reviews. I've NEVER seen anything like that before.The on-call service over the weekend was professional and first rate. The web system to fill out the paperwork was excellent. The free tow to and from the shop was terrific. The online payment system was an easy to use.The amount the shop was able to accomplish in 1 day is incredible. I had my car in to Lincoln to get the cruise control module replaced two months ago, and it took 7 days!!! :-(I'm excited to have a car care shop available to help me keep this car running for years: I really love it.Based on today's experience, I could not recommend Bill Tyson's Auto Repair more highly.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair

I recommend this shop they are very honest and up front with you. Pricing is good. The team found a problem with a job that was previously done by other shops, so they fixed the problem Bill also let me know that I was over charge for the work that the other shop did. See photos.
