My daughter broke our family iPad when we needed it most. I brought it here and the service was amazing. Not only was the repair quick and easy but the employees were very informative on the process. Every time I go here, I'm met with kindness and never feel like it unreasonable in price. I highly recommend this shop for repairs and batteries.

I went to this location to have a screen repair on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. While I knew the screen was broken I also thought I needed a charge port due to my phone not charging all the time. The gentlemen informed me I didn t need a charge port and all that I needed was a charge port cleaning and nothing else. I highly recommend this batteries plus for all your phone repairs. They help explain exactly what s going on with your device and do honest work. 5 out of 5 customer service

I had the unfortunate experience of getting my iPhone screen fixed at this store, and it was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they overcharge me for a simple screen replacement, but they also used low-quality parts that malfunctioned within days. To top it off, they claimed to offer a warranty, but when I went back with the issue, they conveniently disappeared, leaving me with a broken screen and an empty wallet. Avoid this place like the plague!

Low quality service, Low quality parts, low quality business. Not sure what they got goin on but it s grits. Never felt more played in my life then I did walking out that store. It s shameful and outright blasphemy to be honest. Lastly, dude behind the desk was looking and talking to me crazy. HR gotta deal with him pronto.

An old relic of the past because there has been new owners & new young unexperienced men telling you your battery is going to swell if you wait it out on the service.. Seriously I ve heard this spiel every time I have been in and out of this store recently.I ve had the displeasure of working with Juan, a young man who did not check the part number before advising me to order an outsourced battery online. After ordering and dropping off my phone and battery, My phone was held at the store for over a week during which I was informed my phone s screen had broken due to Juan s original error of not fact checking the phone parts mentioned. I then had to wait for the store to order the screen, and again, he orders the wrong screen under the same assumption lazy and unacceptable. From there, I buy a second outsourced battery as they offered to perform the service free of charge. Okay, at that point they were trying. Meanwhile I accepted my phone back with my old battery (the one that might swell ) and glitchy replaced screen ANYWAY when I called in later I was told the manager will not call me directly. Instead I had an immature young man, Juan, that couldn t handle the social pressure of putting me into contact with the manager, who could have de-escalated and fixed the issue (like installing the correct battery), they refused to service the phone, and Juan yelled degrading profanity at me like a toddler before hanging up the phone.I now have two batteries and a broken phone.I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who values their time. What a disgraceful and improper way to conduct business.

Below is a review left by Alyza about her unpleasant experience with the store recently. I am a witness to the conversation held with Juan over the phone and am truly disgusted by how quick he became aggressive and unhelpful, to say the least. It is NEVER okay for an employee, a male in fact, to scream and curse at a female customer. I m a local and have frequented this store over the years, they lost my business today. To the local parents; please consider another phone repair shop to send your young adult children to because Batteries Plus condones disrespecting female patrons, and they have employees that don t know how to do their job. Alyza went for repair and left with one incorrect battery the store advised to order, money wasted, they broke the screen installing an incorrect part & now refused to service Alyza s new correct battery that she purchased with a verbal agreement from Juan and in front of several employees in Batteries Plus, that the store will install the correct battery once we drop it off. I would like the owner to contact us, because the emplyees in store & who answer the phone act like they can not facilitate a call to the owner to resolve the situation. We ve also complained on Yelp and the BBB because the experience was disrespectful, dismissive, a waste of time, and inappropriate.

Better pricing on battery than the shop I had my truck at. AND, Batteries Plus was able to offer free install on my truck. Great Customer Service, but I do not remember his name. I'll be back

Great customer service! CSR Spencer s was an excellent technician. Found solution that saved me money on iPhone repair that was ready while I waited. I highly recommend the Batteries Plus store in Royal Palm Beach Florida.

Spencer was amazing! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my laptop, got it repaired in record time, and did so with a smile. What a pleasure. I highly recommend this store and the staff for any of your computer needs.

Called this place today totally clueless about what I was doing. Spoke with spencer and got the information I needed to go to the store. When I got there, I was greeted by Spencer and able to successfully collect by two battery s for my TOPENS gate opener. Spencer was very knowledgeable and professional about the products in the store. Will be coming back for all my battery needs. Thanks for the excellent customer service and sharing your knowledge!

I broke my phone screen yet again and called first to see if they had a screen in stock. I spoke with Spencer and he was more than helpful from the second I called, to the second I left the store with a new screen.He had wonderful customer service skills! I rarely write reviews, but I really appreciated how welcoming and nice he was. I have been to other electronic repair shops where the workers are not as friendly and are almost rude. I highly recommend this store! Ask for Spencer!

The customer service here was AMAZING! I needed help testing my battery before purchasing a new one the staff here helped tremendously. I was directed to the proper battery and my staff member installed it for me. This was the most amazing help. Definitely recommend this location!!

I went in batteries plus store with a broken wristband for my watch today(1/24/21) already thinking that they were NOT having the proper pin or something to fix my watch wristband. Ryan Russo the store manager was very professional in helping me to see what he could to help me out on this. He not was able to fix it but he didn't even charge me for the necessary part. Thanks Ryan and I appreciate your help with this. I am looking forward in coming again to this store again for batteries and other things if they have that I may need. Great store and great customer service!!!

I had a great experience at this location today. I called and spoke with Ryan about coming in to test my vehicle's battery. I needed a second opinion because the dealership where I service my vehicle insisted that my car's battery was fine when I went there yesterday. (My vehicle had to be jumped yesterday, and the tow-truck driver commented that the battery was bad and needed to be changed.) Ryan was very pleasant and helpful when I arrived. He conducted a battery test and it showed that the battery is near the end of its life. (My vehicle is only 2 years old.) I highly recommend Batteries Plus as they have a large selection of lights and batteries along with helpful, knowledgeable, and personable employees. These qualities are lacking in many places today, but happily, they still exist at this store. Go visit them. You won't be disappointed.

Gentleman who helped my Husband was courteous and knowledgeable. Fair pricing and honest assessment for a repair that Apple told us would only be a total replacement! What a honest business this is! Thank you for your prompt attention and service. Thank you for your honesty. Thank you for your kindness. We will definitely refer EVERYONE we know and ever hears need repairs to this business!

I recently changed my battery but my car key was still not working. I went into Battery + Bulbs to have my key looked at and they were able to fix it in less than 10 minutes! Great staff here! Would definitely come back and recommend this location to my friends.

This place is a godsend. I would give it 10 stars if I could. We have visited this establishment on 2 occasions. The first was after Office Depot attempted to fix a cracked screen but left my phone screen, front camera and charging port not working and couldn't get it to work after I waited 3 days for my phone. Brought it in and Ryan had it working in less than10 minutes. Second time my charging port on my wife's business phone wasn't working. Ryan took the charging port and the battery from my kids old phone and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. Their prices are the best around and the service can't be beat. They know everything there is to know about fixing iPhones and Ryan is a godsend. We tell everyone we know about Batteries Plus!! Thank you.C. Beetle

Great customer service! My husband and I visited this location to look for a Power Wheels 6V (Red) and they didn t have it in stock but the guy (I forgot his name) in the front was very helpful. He called another location and verified if they have the one we were looking for and asked them to hold it for us. The store was very clean and organized. Thank you so much!

battery died, I have AAA and a Costco membership but it was much easier and faster to just come here for a new battery.BTW, No hassle warranty replacement. I wasn't sure when I first purchased a battery here a few years ago for another vehicle but I am very happy with the speed and courtesy of all 3 employees at this location and, of course, the new battery for my car.

NOT A RELIABLE PLACE FOR CELL PHONE REPAIRS, even though they advertise themselves as so.Monday I contacted this store and spoke to Marlee about my cell phone not working, and he explained that the part he need to fix it, would need to be ordered and it would not arrive til Friday, which was a bit concerning due to the fact that I need my phone for business.He said their shipment usually comes in around 4:00pm and they could work on it that same day so, feeling confident that they would do what they promised I told them to go ahead and order the part. I called on Friday to see what time the phone would be ready, to find out the part never got ordered, and I never even got a phone call to let me know. How irresponsible!When I was on the phone with Ryan, he did apologize and said he could have the part over nighted an get the phone fixed right away. Feeling a bit hesitant, I still gave them another try.Well, WRONG AGAIN.When I called Saturday to check when I could pick up the phone, they tell me the overnighted part, NEVER CAME IN. AGAIN! not even a phone call to let me know. At this point I just picked up my phone and drove to uBreakiFix at 300 South State Road 7, Royal Palm Beach, #422-2200.Walked in to the store, immediately got greeted and was taken care of right away.The the procedure was very easy and professional. They had the part in stock, the price that I was quoted was LESS than at Batteries+Bulbs and would even fix it the next day, which was on a SUNDAY. Does not get any better then that. I will never go anywhere else for cell phone repair, again.

My battery died and it is Saturday, everywhere (auto centers) was swamped with other vehicles to work on and some places said they couldn t even change the battery, on my type of vehicle (2016 Kia Sorento)So I looked online, who replaces car batteries and came across Batteries Plus AND it was 20% off if I ordered online. I called the store to make sure they could change out my battery, if I bought it on their site and IF they could do it on my type of vehicle . I called and spoke with Marlee, he answered all of my questions and said I could come right in. I got there and they had my battery ready AND Marlee INSTALLED IT for me!! Free installation!! ...and I saved 20%. I couldn t beat that. I will definitely recommend Batteries Plus in Royal Palm on 441. The whole staff was friendly and attentive!

In and out within an hour. We looked online and everyone seemed to be closed on Sunday. We also received a 10$ coupon Which made this location the closest and cheapest. Customer service was great. Ryan helped us so much. Highly recommend.

This is a good place to find those odd batteries or light bulbs. They are knowledgeable and their stuff last. I have an old laptop, they got me a battery for it. I needed a charged for another laptop, they got it. Small batteries for a car remote, done. They also carry batteries for your home alarm, your battery back up watches etc. I go to them all the time know. For both work and home. Save yourself the time and just come here instead of trying to find what you need somewhere else. This place is very convenient.

My name is Kim I just left out of store #68 in royal palm Beach fl Nicole was very professional and helpful. She was extremely honest about not having the exact product I needed and also recommended a similar product that would work just the same. She gave me an estimated time in which my iPhone would be finished I came back and she was fast simple and loving. My phone looks brand new again thanks to Nicole is definitely recommend my friends and family to batteries plus bulbs located in royal palm beach fl on st road 7

Excellent knowledge. Have the exact battery I need each time I go there whatever it may be. ATV, lawnmower, and both vehicles each have batteries from here. Our sales person was more than happy to help change battery out of our vehicle. Even after I declined, he came outside to make sure we got it handled.

These guys are absolutely amazingggg. They fixed my phone in less then a hour and only place in town that had the parts for my phone and there not even a phone repair place just something extra they do !! What a good group of guys and a great business!! Thanks guys
