I have a 2020 CT5. Last October an intermittent problem started with the drivers side door handle. I requested that the required part be ordered. Apparently the part was ordered and received, but I was never notified. The intermittent problem became continual. Yesterday I brought the car in for repair, they found the part and fixed it, even thought I did not have an appointment. In and out in two and a half hours, including a car wash. Great service !!!

They were wonderful! We used the "Mike" team and they both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! If you are looking for an Escalade, this is the place to go! They go out of their way to ensure your happiness, comfort and safety when purchasing a new vehicle!

This is based on my most recent service at this dealer.I came in for an oil change, Marc the service writer told me one high price but I had a coupon for a much lower price. I asked about something wrong with brakes it was a very high fee to have them even check the brakes. I took it somewhere else for half the cost of the fee to repair.Mechanic seemed to do a great job and within 2 hours had my car back. but the service writer was looking to get more money out of me than he should.Last service before was amazing and the service writer I had couldn't have been kinder and helpful. Unfortunately this time not so much.

First visit to service. I drove from Delray and told the service person I would wait. I was given an appointment for 12 noon the prior week when I called. I arrived 11:50, there were many cars in the service bay. Nobody approached me to get information for 15 minutes until I got someone. I was told to go into the waiting area and to make a long sad story short- the oil change service was completed at 2:45. No apologies, handed the key and escaped with an approximately 3 hour oil change! Ridiculous!!

William Jackson & William in parts, are at least two people I know that say they will do the "right thing" And then actually follow through.My car was well taken care of and I'm quite happy to drive well out of my way to go to Autonation Cadillac instead of my selling dealer for any future needs I may have. They handled me in a matter as if I was going to hand them. Thousands of dollars (which wAsn't the case) (Warranty claim), and I still was treated well. Chuck

If I could go zero I would . Had our Escalade towed in and they couldn t find it then they found it and said we will get back to you asap. The next day same story can t find the vehicle nobody has a clue about what is going on in there own service department called spoke to Brad Owen wow talk about a manager who cares non at all just says if your not happy have them tow it to another dealership I ve never been disrespected by someone especially a manager I will be calling corporate office today and yes unfortunate but they are the worst I have ever dealt with don t ever buy or service a vehicle at this place you have been warned!!!!!
