I had an urgent issue with my new Audi Q5 and they fit me in the next day. They reserved a loaner but also allowed me to wait in case the issue could be resolved soon, which fortunately it was diagnosed and resolved within a few hours. They kept me informed of progress throughout and I enjoyed a relaxing wait in their customer lounge with coffee, bagels and treats. They fixed the problem, explained what had caused it and sent me off with a nicely washed and vacuumed car! Great service here. Aleeyah was terrific!

The service and quality of work at Audi Palm Beach has been exceptional. Richard Kelstrom has been one of, if not the best service advisor I have ever worked with. All of the staff are friendly and its always nice to see the same faces when I visit. Cheers !

It's always a pleasure to come to this Service Department, Jennifer is always professional, courteous and extremely easy to work with. With her help in dealing with my husband Larry and the car, she makes everything work seamlessly and we always leave happy.

I ve been buying cars for 20 years, and never have I experienced customer service to the likes of Audi West Palm Beach. From sales, management to service, it s all incredible and I m with them for as long as physically possible. Special shout outs to to Stephan in service for his impeccable communication, and General Manager Lewis for being a true problem solver. Thanks for everything. I LOVE MY SQ5!!! And I trust you to take care if her.

Adam Romeo is my service advisor. He was ready for me at my appointment time and explained everything about my service and arranged for a loner. He called me when service was finished so I could pick it up.i highly recommend Audi WPB for service, especially Adam.

I have a Q7 lease with the dealership going on 3 years. They have a wonderful service department. Their waiting area is pleasant and comfortable. My service advisor Allayah, is the best I have ever had at any dealership--period. Jennifer Kassner is worth 100 stars!!! Her impeccable customer service goes above and beyond. While on my way to the airport a low tire alert showed up on my Audi. I called Jennifer and she had me in a loaner and on my way within 20 minutes. Thank you Jennifer!!!

I've been working with Alleyah at Audi WPB since I got my 2018 S7. She's always been really attentive and works hard to make sure I know what to expect, help me understand, and get the car in and out as promptly as possible. At this point, she knows my car well, and helps me anticipate service intervals and warranty timing. She's never tried to sell me something I didn't actually need, but always let's me know what's available that is likely to enable me to save. I think she appreciates the fine vehicle Audi built (for me) as much as I do.Services: Tires, Auto side window replacement, General repairs & maintenance

I have had so many cars over the years, purchased or leased from dealerships in the NE and in Florida, but I have NEVER had as good an experience with a service department as I've had with Stephan and the team at Audi WPB. Courteous, helpful, efficient, and quick are just some of the adjectives I'd use. I couldn't be happier that I got my newest car from Audi WPB.In particular, my car was just six days old when what must have been a large rock hit and cracked the windshield AND the sunroof. The repair was done in three days and with utmost helpfulness along the way.

Very disappointing experience after five years of being an Audi owner. Although I took my car in for an oil change and recall, it took four days to do the service. The service person never returned my calls and when I spoke with a manager who comped the service, I was told the car would be cleaned and ready. The car repair was completed but I was given a filthy car. Just not what I had come to expect from Audi.Service: Oil change

I had an issue with my 2023 Q5 that I just took delivery off. I called the service department to make an appointment to get it looked at.I received an appointment the next day. I was given Robert Irvine service consultant to check in my Audi . He advised me to take a loaner so they would have the opportunity to throughly check out the vehicle. He sent me a Vito of the technician making the repair.Robert also sent me a text when my Audi was ready to be picked up. Robert and the staff at Audi west palm beach is

My experience each time with Jennifer has been exceptional. All the staff are professional, polite and friendly. Jennifer communicates at a high level and ensures the car is indeed serviced properly. Exceptional in every way. From the moment I arrived, Stephan took. great care of my needs and concerns. The repairs were done well, and the car rental could not have been handled more smoothly. Great experience all around.
